I can only comment on the harbringer It has constantly large population around the clock. Even when it says the server is light during US off peak which is apac peak it easily has three times the population online, if not more. From what I hear the bastion has less of a population but still far greater than APAC

Plenty of room on the APAC server Master Dar'Nala!!! We havent had a population larger than light in the last few months!!! If you dont want ques or no one stealing your quest objectives, its the server to be on!!!! Most of the time you even get whole planets to yourself!!!

Great post mate!!! Had to reply to this! The only thing I dont agree on is the last sentence... but then again stranger things have happened. You really got me thinking now about the cost benefit of keeping all three APAC servers open, surely from a business point of view 1 server makes a lot more sense... but then again I have no experience in this area so I wouldnt have a clue but the above poster makes alot of sense to someone like me. I also 100% agree in the following... Now a lot of people have actually sent me private messages or whispered me in game about my negativity about our servers... I'm sorry but I only want the best outcome for all us APAC people and having three servers open with minimal population just doesnt cut it sorry... Now I know a lot of you will disagree with me here but look at it this way... On well populated servers you get instant WZ pops, ranked are always running. You que for a FP for 5-30 minutes max as DPS, instantly for tank and heals. There is world PVP even on POPULATED PVE servers (i have got into quite a few scuffles on a US PVE server as a level 30)and this usually does not need to be organised through forum posts etc, with the exception of world pvp events. People are always pugging Operations too!***edit forgot to mention they also have thriving GTNs!*** We may get the above with ONE UNITED APAC server however even with F2P, i just cant ever seeing the above in green happening on the APAC servers in their current state, sorry to say this but i'm just saying how it is.

I am going to edit/update this thread in the next few days. Will be interesting to see how F2P impacts the APAC servers... saying that I am not holding my breath.

Hi All I am intrigued at just how F2P is going to play out on this server. After playing on MDN last night for the first time in a long time I had a blast with the exceptional ping however the que times did my head in although we did get some ranked games in. I am still all for population>ping. I know its only a couple of days away but I wonder what is going to happen with F2P and the impact it will have on Master D. This is what I think will happen. 1. Master D will have the least impact in terms of returning players and F2Pers rolling on Master D compared to all SWTOR servers world wide. 2. There will be a large influx of people initially for the first month, many being new players and returning players. 3. Returning players will most likely blow all their cartel coins and if not impressed with the improvements in the game they will most likely move on within the first couple of weeks of F2P. 4. Master D population will be where it is at now within 3 months of F2P launching and our population woes and frustrations will continue Now saying the above I would LOVE to be proven wrong. I really love Master D however it is an extremely bi-polar love hate relationship. Sometimes I wish the thing never opened but sometimes I wish we just had a stable well sized population. Anyway I value our communities opinion... what do you think will happen??? <3 Chippy

By waiting to see how F2P impacts the APAC servers you are only prolonging their death. Please do not allow this to happen! We have suffered enough! Read my thread, read all the responses. F2P is not going to save our servers. I can only predict you will continue to prolong the APAC servers death and continually cause angst to the APAC players over the next few months whilst you try and implement a solution. Then BW will evaluate this on our server over a period of 1-3 months minimum. Then they will sit on it for a little bit more. Then they will decide what to do, which is far too unpredictable. In the mean time paid transfers will hopefully be implemented. edit!!!! I wear that set on Chippy I got all of the pieces including braces and belt. I guess I was just fortunate but i had to watch the GTN like a hawk to get it, most I paid for a piece was about 40k credits. With the server declining rapidly could take you a while to get it Good luck.

Hey Mate What a great Idea. I will try and tune in sometime. Can you try and get as much exposure to this as you can. I am not over familiar with live streaming and how its promoted but if you can spread the word, please do. When you log over to Master D, perhaps put a post up on the SWTOR General section. It will atleast get some more attention. Good work Thanks AGAIN to EVERYONE for their continual support regarding this thread!!! - special mentions to those that arent even affected by this but have shown their support.

Good post mate!!! I am going to nominate this for community round up however they will most likely delete my recommendation as BW will not face this problem. AS per the BOSS forums, I will repost here so the greater community can see. 1. Bon voyage Master D when xfers come in, F2P is not going to save the server. 2. Most likely go to Dalborra with Chippy alone, no doubt BW are going to charge a butt load to xfer. See how it goes there. 3. Continue to level on Harbringer... this server will be the dinosaur server of SWTOR, it will always have population and will only die when the game shutsdown IMO 4. I still want to level lots of chars, i have one of every class on Master D but they are all around lvl 20 so its no loss if i level them on Harbringer, after all why would I want to pay $25 to xfer... no doubt they will charge A LOT OF MONEY to xfer because we have worked out BW are a bunch of *****s when it comes to the APAC community etc etc and will no doubt try and make a quick buck out of our misfortune. In Summary I really really really want to stay on the APAC servers however history has shown us BW doesnt give 3/5s of sweet FA about our community. For the longevity of the game, The Harbringer is it!

Dear Bioware Please STOP ignoring our concerns, you have to fix this dreadful problem that you have created through poor game design, little content updates, and sub-standard communication. Have you even looked at the APAC servers latey??? They are just woeful at best! I have a strong feeling your solution is to ignore us. You wll then release paid transfers and make a mint from the few remaining APAC cusotmers... WHAT A DISGRACE! /end rant.

I have rerolled on the Harbringer. I have only made 1 lowbie pvp video so far but my youtube channel has other pvp videos from my 50 merc healer. Nearly all my videos have retro Amiga 500 music and some sort of theme to them. My latest video is about a group of Aussies rerolling to the Harbringer as our server population is pathetic at best. The situation on the APAC servers is CRITICAL. Please BIOWARE place this issue higher in your priorites. An announcement must be made with regards to this. The players have spoken, the paying customers have spoken! Give us a fair go. Chippy

Sounds good you have set something up on the Bastion but a lot of us have gone to The Harbringer... its bliss... 3 full fleet instances and the longest we have waited for grouped pvp was only 2 minutes and we were raging about it!!!
