  1. Hi guys, I've updated my post linked in my sig on the general discussion forums. Take 5 minutes to look at this website http://www.econsumer.gov/english/ What do you think? I specifically relate to how we are NOT getting what we pay for. Rest of the world got extra slots. They paid the same money as us, and what did we get??? Nothing. Use this recent maintenance period as the ammunition for your complaint Someone dig up the silly excuse they posted on the forums about us getting extra slots. I'm certainly going to think up a well though out and constructive complaint. We may not get our money back, we may not get what we want but by filing a complaint through that link you are sticking up for your rights as a consumer!!! Don't let them get away with this! If you do chose to make a complaint, first think about why you are making the complaint, keep it civil and leave emotion out of it, you are more likely to get a decent response. Many of you probabably think I am crazy for what I am doing, but I am not happy, I honestly feel ripped off and bioware has slapped us in the face.   2. I want to get some thoughts and discussion going on the following... I have thought about what happened last maintenance period and the APAC servers being offline for so long and nothing new implemented yet the rest of the worlds paying customers benefited. My question is. As an APAC member, did you feel you got your money's worth from your most recent subscription payment? If the answer is no, I propose launching a complaint through http://www.econsumer.gov/english/. Anyone want to draft up a complaint??? My time is a little limited over the next few days. Keep emotion out of it, keep it civil. Ask for a refund for your last subscription payment. Send the links to the official post from bioware where they admit making a mistake. Ask for an investigation, ask them as foreign consumers what we can do, ask them for advice, I'm sure they can help us out. Anyone else got ideas how we can address poor customer service external to these forums? I know I certainly felt ripped off due to the events from last week. I have spoken to some non gamers about this and they all agree. APAC community, to put it bluntly we have been ripped off.
  3. Hey guys, Chippy here! Excuse any errors as I'm using a mobile device! Firstly thanks for the huge support from everyone and especially to the players from USA and Europe for supporting us although this doesnt affect them. Can we please keep it civil, and keep the concerns coming! At least they are watching this thread closely, les not breach the rules. Secondly I am very disappointed with the following tweet Joveth, There are pages and pages of comments in this thread with zero response from an online community manager such as yourself. Someone sends you a 5 second tweet and you replied with the above. I have put a lot of thought and effort in this post and am disappointed there is still no official reply. Joveth, perhaps you could contact me via my email address in my account details and discuss this matter further? To the community Remember Do not give up! keep e posts coming, email customer service, get on twitter, etc etc. In my opinion we are not getting what we pay for, we are getting a sub standard product, and we are not getting the same gaming experience as the rest of the world. We have to keep our voices heard. Just because we are in a different part of the world we should not be ignored or treated like second rate customers. Give us a fair go! I think I have linked enough STOP IGNORING US **Ok end edit - Bioware I eagerly await your reply.** Hello Bioware I have created this post in an effort to consolidate all the recent posts contibuted by the APAC/Oceanic server communities regarding the current rapid decline in population on Master Dar'Nala (PvP) and Gav Daragon (RP). It appears the population is OK but not large on the Dalborra (PvE) server. I need to make it clear that the APAC/Oceanic community are extremely grateful for having the opportunity to have servers in our region but through no fault of our own the population has rapidly declined over the past few months. From my reading of the forums and discussions online with the players, these are the main issues affecting APAC servers. 1. The servers Master Dar'Nala and Gav Daragon are rapidly declining in population and it is affecting the SWTOR experience by people that play on these servers. 2. Most of the APAC/Oceanic community are in favour for merging servers together by either consolidating all three servers into a "super server" or allowing us to transfer/merge to a nominated APAC server. 3. The APAC/Oceanic Community are upset at the lack of communication from the Bioware development team in regards to future plans of our server. There are many more issues however I believe these are the 3 priority ones that need to be addressed by the Bioware Development team. Sadly we recently had an extended maintenance period where the APAC servers were down for over 8 hours and not even a patch was implemented. The rest of the world got merged together were given "super servers" and even got 4 additional character spots. We got nothing.. I am of the opinion most APAC/Oceanic players are not upset that they couldn't create aditional characters, its the simple fact that we were forgotten about. Developers please take note. The APAC community would like to see the following: 1. Communication and an official comment from the developers in response to the issues raised by the APAC/Oceanic community. Give us an incentitive to keep playing, I don't think patch 1.4 or F2P is going to save our servers. We would like to know something prior to these being implemented, atleast put us out of our misery if the news for us isnt good so players can make informed decisions about their future with the game. Simply saying soon, or we are not sure is not good enough. 2. Do something about the very low populations on Master Dar'Nala and Gav Daragon. People want to stay on the APAC servers and are more than happy to merge to Dalborra as they have the strongest population.   11. Thanks mate, just sick of the way BW are treating us especially when we are paying a subscription fee! I'm early access player so I know all the dramas that have occurred but now populations are critically low I'm making my voice heard! Mylord!!! Thanks for dropping in! I play gw2 a couple of times a week and it's not my cup of tea, currently on the sea of sorrows but I don't get the same enjoyment out of it as I do this game.
  12. This is true however I wrote a non emotive complaint in an email response I had received from bioware. I was actually impressed that e CS rep could relate to my concerns and we exchanged a couple of more emails regarding the matter. Keep the posts coming in the suggestion box and general forums!!!!
  13. Regardless of how these numbers have been generated, the simple fact is: The APAC servers are dead. Bioware knows exactly how many active players are on the servers and only they can fix this issue for us, the longer they ignore the community and our population issues, the worse the problem is going to get.
  14. Guys, I got further emails from customer service, please voice your concerns in the suggestion box, the devs do not read server forum posts. Some good posts here but start new threads or contribute to existing threads in the suggestion/general area if you want your voice heard.

  17. Chippy is mad about how BW don't even give a f about APAC servers, the fact we didn't even get additional slots in the latest maintenance says it all... Keep the posts coming, send them emails do everything you can to make this happen. Bump the threads and voice your opinions on the general and suggestion forums.   18. Hi guys. Some of you would of seen my posts on general forums and the suggestion forums. Please keep raising the issues you have as APAC players with bioware. I can't believe they took the servers down for 8 hours to benefit USA and euro players and AU got NOTHING out of it. Keep pressuring bioware as paying customers, to fix our servers. At least they have acknowledged they didn't give us e extra slots.

  20. Good to see people are voicing their opinions regarding this issue. Keep it coming. I sent an email to bioware complaining how NOT ONE developer has acknowledged the issue of our population. BW replies to me and suggested i raise the issue in the suggestions forum so they moved this post there for me so atleast they are reading it! I'm glad a developer acknowledged earlier today that they were working on implementing 12 character slots to APAC servers!!! How about a develer post something here please! That's what you are paid to do (at least I hope)
  21. THIS I really don't care if I am pvp, pve, rp anymore. World pvp does not exist on our servers and if it does it is usually organised and it's the PVE server that is doing it! I just want LOTS of people to play an MMO with on a server that has low ping. I'm on the pvp server and it's the same small group of people online. If they aren't going to merge our servers at least let us transfer off the pvp server to the pve server. I'll even pay for it!
