They have changed it. You can't get to the fleet like that anymore. It's OK, I don't mind leveling characters through their starting zones. Cheers.

Hi, I assume that, just like in WoW, there is no mailing between your Empire and Republic characters and vice-versa. So, if I want all crafting professions (I currently have 4 - Republic), I need to create two more Republic characters, and replay the storyline for two of my classes, right? Cheers.

Hi, I ran my first Flashpoint last night. It was on my level 14 character and we did Essles. It was really fun, but got me to thinking. When you're high enough level, with a companion, you could probably solo Flashpoints to grind out Commendations etc., and for fun, and a bit of profit. So, can you queue for a Flashpoint by yourself and go in with your companion? Also, what levels do you think are right to try soloing Essles and Hammer Station? Thanks.

I sort of agree with you OP. I was running my characters without Stims and med-packs and doing fine. Then my Trooper hit a roadblock on the mission 'Shadow Fist'. So, I started another character with Biochem to make Stims and Med Packs for the others. Now, when I face a gold boss on any of my characters, it's Stim up, and use a med pack halfway through. It makes them much easier. I still do die from time to time, but I'm not blocked these days (although I still haven't gone back to Shadow Fist yet). Cheers.

Just one point. If you think the narrowed search for Silk comes up with too much, why do you want a global search for Silk that will come up with more. The GTN is OK as long as you know the categories of things you're searching for. Cheers.
