Look at this previous thread of mine you ignored from 2014 with still the same issues. I have done everything that I have previously done before other than uninstall and re-install the client. I can't even logon to complain about the companion nerfs because I can't play. Why should I have to attempt to fix my client after patches, why should this interrupt my ability to play the game with a subscription I can't use? This is criminal that you take money and supply a half baked product. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

I was thinking about buying some cartel packs and my question relates to being able to transfer via mail items that have been opened on one character and transferred to another, either same faction or opposite. Can this be done for all Cartel Items including titles? Or is there restrictions on what can be mailed? I can imagine getting a fair few duplicates if you were to purchase the Hypercrate Cartel Packs. Thanks in advance. -Wastey

1) Yes that's correct 2) Nothing. All previous level 50 gear such as Tionese, Columi, Rakata and Black Hole had their vendors removed (Campaign Amorings are also removed). Campaign/Black Hole is now the lowest PvE tier for level 50 characters. (info copied from dulfy.net) -Wastey

Prior to 2.0 only War Hero (PvP) and Campaign (PvE) gear had set bonus's that were transferable and it is tied to the armoring mod for that piece, Tionese/Columi/Rakata set bonuses are tied to the shell and therefore the set bonus could not be moved to a AA piece. Black Hole gear had no set bonus. There are 5 pieces of gear that can be used to get the set bonus: Headgear Chest Gloves Legs (Greaves, Lower Robes etc) Boots In 2.0 commendations has changed significantly, best guide I found is at Dulfy.net. My best advise for leveling would be do those [2+} and [4+] missions as they usually reward a AA piece and use the comms to upgrade your mods in them and fill in missing pieces your not crafting. Don't forget your companion can wear the AA gear to! So if you get a reward that you like you can always, if possible (has to be of the same armor class) give your old piece to your companion, and keep their pieces upgraded as well as you level. When I first started playing at launch I had no idea how the AA gear worked and was spending planetary comms buying new pieces hope this helps others not make the same mistake. Take care -Wastey

As excited as I am for the xpac I can't help but feel disappointed that you haven't completed the server merge PRIOR to it's release. I'm not overly looking forward to experiencing the xpac on Master Dar'Nala as a ghost town, and am now wondering if I should play 50-55 with my only high level character on Master Dar'Nala or do I continue to level my new character on The Harbinger and wait...

Some stats from my connection in NSW via Optus Premium (100Mb) cable. 165ms to The Harbinger is OK in my books. Not as great as 12ms to Master Dar'Nala but it's still faster than my tests to WoW (Blackrock) servers which is 210ms. What's the point in having low ping APAC servers if your going to have cross server PVP/Flashpoints with US servers? There isn't enough players across all APAC servers to warrant this. Just merge them with the US servers and be done with it. If they announce character transfers paid or free I'm off the APAC servers the game isn't engrossing when there is bugger all players in zones. Feels like SWG all over again after CU.

I don't think blackdots is incorrect at all. Yes I agree with you that 'Deadly Reprisal' and 'Unyielding' are great for generating rage especially in PvP there is no denying that, but effective use of 'Enrage' which isn't on GCD can counter not spec'ing them. Really these numbers mean nothing. 244,000 people could of bought the game in August and activated/registered their key in November. This waved release crap is when you registered the key, not when you bought the game.

Stop believing that this is linear as to when people ordered and registered their code. On my grandmother grave I swear I purchased on the 21/7/2011, the day it was released and within 10 minutes of receiving my code from Amazon I entered it in to the user account mgmt and claimed the code. We have a guy in our guild who ordered the game 3 weeks ago and last night we were on Vent waiting to see who got an email and he did and others that DID NOT order on the 21/7/2011 also got in, the few in our guild that ordered on release day did not receive anything. Stop perpetuating the lie that this is linear. There is no logic behind it.

You can't be that naive to think that they are going July, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec for invites..... Read through the 40 pages of posts and there is 1000's like myself that ordered on the first day 21/7/11 and didn't get an invite last night. Every pre-order code is in a database and it's probably picking codes as close to @rockjaws birth date but the code also has to cross reference the theory of relativity and the meaning to life. There is no logic behind how people got picked last night, there won't be tomorrow night or the night after that, and I can bet my house on it if they have 100,000 codes left by the last night of the Early Access program they will send them all emails so can say they gave everyone Early Access even if it was for 30minutes prior to launch on the 20th. The 'no grace' period is a bigger fiasco than this, but that's for a different thread... Enjoy the wait
