I've been in games where if there was a big patch we would cancel a week's worth of raids because you knew it would be unplayable. So I would much rather they took their time and ironed out the bugs before rolling out. That said, if the servers aren't up by 3:45 when my son gets out of school it will actually be the end of the world. He got his own account yesterday as part of his Christmas present and he is 9. 25% drop after launch is startling? Really? What did you expect, that every copy sold would lead to someone signing up for a life-time subscription? I'm no fanboy by any means, I've been vocal about problems before, some combat issues need to be resolved, both space combat and crafting are wafer thin, random number generator needs to be phased out of all aspects of the game in favour of some statistic that we the players have some influence over (I spent time doing X so that I can do Y better). They need to iron out some bugs and rough edges but the only game-breaker at the moment is population or lack of it. Transfers, merges, cross server anything will help but we need it now, not soon but now. btw, did this mysterious number cruncher give any details on server capacity? Like how many people you can have online on one server before you get log-in queues?

because we've been given no details like, when, how, where to... the usual kept in the dark, carrot dangling trick.

How do I not pay to play this game? Care to ellaborate on how me BUYING 2 copies and PAYING 2 monthly subscriptions is not paying? I got the same free month that everyone else got if they met the requirements.

What I want is a date for character transfers because if it's later than the 19th of June which is when my free month is up, then I'm off to do man things in my shed! Been playing since pre-launch and my son keeps on stealing my toon to play on weekends, my main is a Sniper and my alt is a healing Sorcerer. His toons include a Marauder and a Pyro spec PT, your viddy has convinced me to steal his after he's gone to bed... he's 7 btw and on Saturday got 3 solo kills on his level 16 PT... I'll need to watch him play for a bit first and take screenies. Nice vid

Yeah Chronomentoring in EQ2 worked well, made your toon a bit over powered but was really handy for helping people level up alts or doing content that you might have missed for AAs.

Until they address either server population or cross server PvP this will continue to happen. 2 nights ago my wife and I were queued and ended up with a lopsided Imp v Imp Huttball (4v8!? From the same faction? Genius). Luckily we were on the full team, unfortunately medals were going to be hard to come by. In the end we were both jumping in the acid pits so that I had something to heal... So yeah, queuing for an hour to join a player vs acid pit game was just what we needed, good times /thick layer of sarcasm

I asked him to PvP on my healing Sorcerer to farm commendations but he said it made him sad when he played that toon... he's a smart kid, I'll teach him how to take screenshots.

FYI my son is 7 years old and he regularly gets 12, 13, 14 medals plus in wz's using my under geared level 18 Mara.... not saying they're a FOTM, facerolling, God Mode class... oh wait...
