I think that if they put in a new open world pvp planet you could slot in spaces where guilds could claim/buy plots of land and build installations/compounds that could be attacked/defended. resources could be won and lost. It would be a cool wrinkle but from concept to implementation it would be 2 plus years and i think people realize that. guild ships for me when the game lost i thought was exciting. but really. if you can't show it off it's just a credit sink.

You are right everything would be way better if they gave it away for free and everyone had it.

I get a similar thing where I will have a loading screen stuck at about a quarter and it won't proceed. There have even been times where i have loaded the sounds and such of the wz and the loading screen remained.

You see it more because you don't PvP. Meaning things that are normal anomalies you think are cheating because you don't see it on a regular basis. I've done well over 1000 wz's and i've seen 1 person cheat. i never saw him again.

every companion gets a story that it's pretty obvious when it wraps up. then after that you get this like "your not so bad i think i am going to stay here a while and hang out with you" talk.

I think their idea is that content will fix server population problems. In that many of the lower population servers will be filled out by new and returning subscribers when the mass of content that is 1.2 is added.

you don't need to have tons of alts to get a high legacy level. I am legacy 35 with only 2 50's. you can easily get 20+ with just 1 max level character.

someone did the math it's 13.2 mil for all the unlocks. that's a lot of red goo up on the gtn

tracer is getting a minor nerf. it's healing mercs that get screwed. one class that i think most people agree was actually balanced.

I spent a lot of timing farming legacy experience because i was told that i would be given retroactive unlocks based on it. The only thing that is free are races that area already in the game that i couldn't care less about. 0 new content is available for legacy alone.

why bring any dps at all then? just bring tanks and healers you can never lose.

WAR was absolutely unplayable patch day and the 2 after.

In rift we always tried to win cross server scenarios because of server pride. sounds like community to me. and once you settle into your elo you should start to see more and more of the same groups/people anyway.

I don't recall Han Solo force choking anyone. is that in like a directors cut somewhere in some star wars universe that this would make sense in?
