I play a gunslinger/vanguard/commando(healer) Healer is the hardest to get medals, not saying his under powered or anything but unless I ignore healing for a while to get dps medals (and likely let a few of our dps die) he seems to get the lowest amount of medals.

Bring on ranked matches in 1.2 and at least in war zones it's fixed if they do it right. Very unlikely they would put a new level 50 with battle masters then unless skill really could make up the difference.

I use it in ilum when I get zerged. If the fight remains 1v1 I don't. Sorry but I'm sick of giving free kills.

The only thing I wouldn't mind seeing is you can use a companion when you don't have a full team like in flash points, though they still would suck compared to a player but every bit helps! Had war zones where we never got above 7 players....

Ok to be a little serious the problem is some classes need cloaking, would need to change around a lot of things to remove it from pvp and keep it balanced.

The opps is built for short fights. He dies or his opponent dies. If you want longer fights you would also need to make him tougher.

I can't wait. Everything is good but mostly I just wanted the rated warzones. Be good to enter matches knowing both teams should be pretty much equal.

Sorry but I don't understand... The difference between pvp servers and pve servers seems to only be the ability to gank and if your very lucky while leveling to 50 a few real fights. As far as war-zones go there is no difference I am aware of? And if your worried about getting stuck with crap players the ranking system when its in would stop that.

I support cross server war zones, for a start its the only way to match people of the same rank when that system starts up (without makes waiting times a lot longer) and for quiet servers it will be a god send. They said they will still try to match you with people from your server first but no doubt when its taking too long look elsewhere.

Ranked games would fix that as anyone in crap gear would likely be at the very bottom and as a bonus make poorly geared people happy because there not fighting battle masters. We do need a way to kick people for being AFK though I am getting real sick of it and its getting more common!

Now that is the best point so far, as much as I want everyone with even gear that would also solve it. Then I shouldn't have to fight battle masters unless there really crap at playing and my own ability can make up the difference. Bring on ranked matches! Of course would need cross server war zones for it but they said its coming. I actully have hope for PvP in this game now

I think his pointing out that the characters and there gear matter too much compared to the people controlling them. Right now it's player+gear V player+gear not player v player

Everything up to 50 was fun, grinding to get battle master and now I'm bored so moved onto an alt. To me that's not a good thing. Don't get me wrong I love the game, up to 50 nothing felt like a grind. Just let me have a casual PvP option where everyones gear is balanced on entry to the war zone. You guys are welcome to continue your grind if that's what you like. More power to you. I just want to play.

Ok I agree that it's both experience and gear. Why shouldn't it just be experience though? Just ignore anyone that whines about OP classes. BW can see the figures and it's there problem.

Wow so much hate - its not lazy it's a fact I don't have a few hours every day to play. Sorry I know you like beating on under geared players rather than on even ground or you wouldn't mind everyone reaching the same gear level faster.

From what I have seen I think the level 40 pvp gear always look better than the level 50. Maybe that's just me but at 50 they get too over the top.

Because something has been done in the past it must be right? I don't think it is ever going to change but still find it annoying. But as long as people don't want a real challenge and just like to roll over under geared players just have to put up with it.
