/who 50 Start whispering, create group, profit. Same at any other level. Plenty of people not on the fleet who are more than willing to run, you just need to know how to find them. Also create a lfg channel, my server has one that gets a decent amount of use.

You can always start a group, nothing stopping you from doing that. The majority of times I start a group for a FP, I don't sit in fleet spamming general. I /who people of appropriate level for the FP, and can usually fill a group fairly quickly. No need to be in the fleet at all.

You're completely missing the point of FP's. They are a fun group experience, and offer very good gear at level(<50) And people run the all the time. Just because you don't log in to see lf1m for whatever flashpoint you want to run doesnt mean people aren't running them.

The main problem with it that everything gets greyed out for the GCD, preventing you from seeing which abilities are ready to be used next until the GCD finishes. This makes it difficult to time your next attack, especially for a class with proc/conditional based attacks. While in combat, everything is greyed out 99% of the time as a player should be using abilities fairly constantly. If abilities went grey only because they were on CD, not the GCD, it would be fine.

I've found myself outleveling planets on my first character, so I am skipping pretty much every other planet aside from the class quests, and plan on doing the planets I skipped this time around on my second character to keep things interesting. Also playing a different class/role keeps it fresh.

The problem is that you cant see which abilities are available before the GCD finishes, so it hampers the ability to plan your attacks in advance.

Greying out abilities due to GCD was a bad design, especially given the fact that when you are in battle you should be using abilities constantly. If they just left the stuff actually on cooldown(non GCD) greyed out and left the rest the alone so we can actually see what abilities are available, it would be much better imo. Current state forces you to wait at times, which stinks.

That's not how it works, items are either bind on pickup or bind on equip. It was always this way, it does not matter how you roll for it.
