no the Imperial Agent is the empire equivalent to the Smuggler, BH = Trooper Although i would have loved to play a Storm Trooper.

and Akylios is probably one of the best raid bosses ive ever encountered, pre-nerf.

im a 38 IA, and have 4 (including droid) currently on Hoth where Ensign Raina Temple is located (which i know is an IA companion) although dunno if i get after Hoth or later, but i'll assume once i leave Hoth i'll have 5 including the droid

24 and Empire (IA Sniper) although i will be making a republic character just to see both sides of the story, but primarily Empire.

I can get away with it because Dr Lokin (ie my healing companion) is medium armor and cunning, IE exact same as me, so i can just roll for myself and give to companion on the sly. But no in seriousness whenever im in a flashpoint group if im the only IA anyway then all the cunning medium armor stuff comes my way regardless, so i never have to consider companion loot, and if there are others that can use cunning in my group (other IA's) then we work something out between us.

i have overheating issues myself, i dont help myself playing on a laptop (use cooling pad aswell) 99% of the time im certain its the graphics card as swtor has issues with its graphics currently which is taxing mine like its not been taxed before.

because relying on any form of addons for raiding spoils the fun, and you will have more enjoyment out of it

alot of people with high end (or at least well above the recommended) are having this problem, its bioware at fault as the game has memory leaks and poor rendering (in other words bugs - hopefully fixed soon). my Gfx card hasn't been this taxed on any game in ages, and the graphics are not state of the art either.

this ^^ when you complete a quest you get affection changes with your companion - and + occasionally (happened twice with me) ive got affection changes with all 3 of my companions (Kayilo -sp, vector and lokin) from a single quest.

agree with this, spam is generalised which this sounds like it is, harrassment is very targetted and personal.

keep ya finger off the right mouse button then (or turn down sensitivity) honestly i dont think there is a way to change it, if someone knows about an option let me know aswell, ive seen nothing in options about it.

i bought my lvl 25 speeder, but i think i'll skip the 40 one until the 50, dont see much point in spending 210k for a 10% increase.

one word: Buggy more than one word: Game is at launch so bugs expected, the rendering sucks aswell no other game or application is taxing my gfx card anything like swtor (and the graphics are not state of the art either) Game has the potential but people including myself need to give bioware the time to correct it, still im gone as soon as Diablo 3 hits anyway, pre-ordered that game off amazon back in April 2010.

to be honest if any game is based off WoW today, then its doomed to fail, so Bioware have that one right, if they really wanted to compare with WoW they would compare it to after the burning crusade, that was wow's peak. but if it came down to a choice between comparing SWTOR to wow launch and wow present day, go with wow launch, game was better then than it is now

is it always attacking the healer, or just an unlucky run??

you "can" get away with companion healers, but definately need human tanks for everything. I have often used Dr Lokin as my healer when doing Heroics with me as Dps, friend tanking with his companion.

no raid experience in swtor yet, but plenty elsewhere, in every raid content ive done (most recent Rift) making sure i hit the mob 100% of the time was definately required so once im 50 i will be trying to get to 100% or as close as i can, but it doesnt seem to be as important in swtor as other MMO's

Glad to see im not the only one having problems with overheating in SWTOR, and it is only swtor for me aswell, going to clean out fans to see what help that will give but considering when im doing anything else other than swtor i never go above 70c i doubt dust plays a part, with swtor i constantly go 90c+ and get cutoff when it hits 100c (my max) anyway copy/paste from dxdiag Processor: Intel® Core i7 CPU Q 740 @ 1.73GHz (8 CPUs), ~1.7GHz Memory: 4096MB RAM Card name: AMD Radeon HD 6500M/5600/5700 Series Display Memory: 2290 MB Point to note, which might make a difference in future, i am (once i get my next paycheck) going to be getting windows 7 64bit and another 4gb of ram. whilst that wont prevent my gpu overheating it will make it a bit smoother.

Swtor have the balance right, if lvl 50s were allowed to go and terrorise lvl 10s what do you think would happen to the game?? having the starter planets then drommund kass and corusant as faction specific planets is fine by me.

Given ive never healed in any MMO, it would probably take me more than 20mins to learn it, but if i do role a heal spec swtor it seems is probably one of the easier games to learn it on.

People shouldnt get confused by what the op is saying he means dual spec within the same AC, not having the option of playing both AC's with the same character. The former i /sign, the latter if it ever did happen (im theorising as i know bioware will NEVER do it, then thats this game down the toilet)
