Self imposed limitations to add challenge to a game is a mark of poor design. Back when cap was 50 I had fun doing the planetary dailes but the level cap increased and the challenge didn't. I don't see what's wrong with wanting level appropriate content again. All I want is one zone or area in the game where I can quest alone or with a friend and actually have to use my brain. I tried bringing my friend from another mmo over and we just destroyed everything so quickly that he has already uninstalled. I hate to see a potential demographic alienated because of a flawed design philosophy, which limits challenge to a few raids and leaves the rest of the galaxy a very beautiful waste of potential.

No i am not but a mmo with only a couple challenging raids and the rest of the game a complete steamroll is a poor design. Such a lack of potential. There is zero reason not to have NM FPs.

This is the only mmo I have played that doesn't include any type of challenging outdoor areas. There were a few sorta while leveling but none at cap and even the heroic +4s are being removed making the outdoor areas even easier. With the amount of comms that drop and the price of mods there is no reason not to be geared well enough to trivialize most of the content. If I want to run around on a planet with a friend and do dailies there is zero challenge whatsoever for us, making the experience quite dull. The HM FPs are not even a challenging/. It's like they increased the level cap but failed to create any new endgame content. Everything I do in this game is just a face roll.

I agree with the op. At this point they might as well just remove all but one companion and sell skins for it which change it's race/voice. I fail to see the purpose of writing a character if it is exactly like all others. I thought this was supposed to be an rpg with characters and story. Not Battlefront.

I wanted to play a game that let me feel like a powerful Sith lord but now if I go back to the Sith academy I am going to be challenged by the worms that are used to test acolytes. I guess the designers of this game have no idea of what an rpg is. GG gamecore enjoy your ghost town

I will also be unsubbing because of this and yes you can have my stuff. There is no point in levels anymore. Part of the appeal of an mmo and a favorite past time of mine is going back to that older content that used to give me trouble and tearing it up. I also don't need the tedium of dealing with these mobs while I am doing an event or maybe just RPing.

I have an extra one with no way of deleting it from my inventory, so annoying.

I am a returning player and found that my characters had been transferred to another server. This is fine but it is a different server type then what I originally selected. Now I am out of luck since they no longer have a RP-PvP in Europe and I am unable to transfer my characters to US.

I have issues with Twi'leks in this game. Instead of giving us some basic colors like red, blue, green, purple, flesh, white. We get a small selection of ugly hues of not quite red, not quite purple and so on. Just some disgusting pastels for both factions. They really need to open the color selection way up for this race. Also the lekku marks being tied to makeup is a horrible idea. It feel like someone was given an afternoon to complete the Twi'lek customizations and they never bothered to finish. I also would love to see some lekku nets and straps.

This is why on Bioware's other game; Dragon Age, they gave the character textures a choker to hide the seam. It's due to how the different parts of the model reflect the light. Try picking a different weight or skin color to see if you can reduce the effect.

Even when you resurrect the screen goes black, just compounding the problem. Why can't a probe res me without the damn screen going black!

I unlocked cyborg by leveling one to 50. I then created a cyborg consular. I had access to all cybernetics from all the classes both republic and empire.

What is the difference with purple and orange gear when the mods are stripped out? They should just remove purple modifiable gear and make it all orange, it makes no sense.

I believe all they've added is a taunta pet for 200k.

I think the plague itself is a very interesting mechanic and should be expanded upon. I am interested in seeing just how long players can keep the plague alive now that the event has ended.

The sad thing is this monstrosity is actually an improvement over the battlemaster and and pve raid gear.

It doesn't matter what orange blank you use, any crit crafted orange will have an augment slot. The new armors released with 1.2 have the set bonus attached to the armor mod. So using crit crafted orange gear and the mods from the new armors (campaign gear for pve and warhero for pvp) That is currently the best armor in game. I wouldn't grind too hard as they will be adding the ability to put augments on any armors in a future patch, Just concentrate on your battlemaster set and you'll be fine, then start replacing them with warhero pieces.
