In the pts there was a crit nerf. I have noticed my crit really hasn't changed from this patch, do you plan on doing something about crit again. Because let's be honest, peeps are hitting a lot harder in wzs now than on the pts.

Yeah I think this is a big thing to be addressed. I too noticed this. My Commando had 33% crit. Which is what is was before. I noticed that wz's have much more dmg flying around than it did on the pts and as a result people are dying faster. Granted I am doing all of the killing mostly lol, but I'm thinking in terms of rateds. It's really looking like whoever can get the first punch.

My guildy got on his lvl 33, because it felt like lower lvl players were hitting harder. Him wearing all blues had more primary dmg and more expertise than anyone in my guild who was min/maxed at lvl 50. Bolster is way off. No reason blue gear should be better than my min maxed purple fully aug'd.

First off I want to say I am pleased with the split between the different levels for pvp. Good thinking there. On the other hand this guys right. Why not toss Commandos a bone already? The excuse that there wasn't enough time to put it in 2.0 is a terrible one. You had over a year. I can tell you from personal experience that it doesn't take even a single man, let alone a team that long to fix a balance issue like that. -
Except for the fact that the same nerf that the pt got applies to the merc also

Why do people post about stuff like this? You're just letting the community know ur bad. I play all 3 healing classes and get over 900hps on all of them. I've gotten over 1300 on both my sage and scoundy in wzs. I would say healing is just about perfect actually, minus the mer/mando. Even then you can still be useful if you're good enough.

Kills are good yes, but I think a good team requires a little of everything. I know I wanna bring at least one dot spec'd class with me on top of burst. Burst is great so that you get rid of people right away instead of having long battles, but you'll find that against good teams you're going to have long battles no matter what. If you have nothing but burst and you're trying to cap a point, sure you're going to kill people but others will be alive long enough for the guys that just got bursted down to respawn. That high dmg that you're talking about is necessary. If you have the whole team burning down or sitting in aoe while the burst spec'd players are killing another guy, it will be that much faster to clear the field enough to lay down some cc and cap your objective. So is everything about total dmg? No; burst is definitely necessary. However, that huge total dmg is good too. You don't want the team streaming into an objective one at a time constantly stopping a cap. -
Fuh real. My guild was in a Q for 3 hours the other night. I think the rated system needs to be fixed. I think a group should be able to set a team and have a drop down of what they still need. I.E. we have seven players and still require 1 ranged dps. Then a single player gets to Q for ranked and the team is notified that there is lets say a gunslinger named "...". Then the team can choose to use him or not. This way you have a lot more teams Qing for rateds. It would be similar to the group finder I suppose except you get to choose specifically what you want as not to ruin your group structure. Either that or cross server rateds would be nice.

You clearly aren't a competitive player. Tanking is essential to any decent team build. You go into a rated match up against a team that has a good tank and you don't have one, you're done. A good tank should be swapping his shield to players being focused using a combination of staring at your ops frames and having a decent view for the field. On top of that you should be single target taunting, and looking for groups to aoe taunt. Most importantly, and I believe this seperates the good tanks from the great tanks, you should be cc'ing for whoever is getting focused. If you feel like tanks are useless you for one don't have a healer, two you aren't doing your job as a tank well, and three you probably aren't popping your defensive cd's or don't have them because you're still a lowbie.

Every update I have waited for a fix. 1.2 came and I was like, "Well hang around for 1.3 they might make fixes. Then 1.3 came, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7. Finally the news that we are getting fixed in 2.0. Then this. I don't believe you at all when you say the class is done being fixed BW does not care at all about Mercs/Mandos. All of those suggestions on the forums, some of them were fixes that could be implemented in probably less than an hour.

Yeah he pretty much said it. I think it's better overall. I'll be the first to say they need to fix some things but overall I'M excited about it. -

No that's no the case at all. It benefits errbody. The prob is that you have to cast so much to get there right now. When this happens it will offer team utility. -

Good idea but i would make the duration 6 secs and the cd 45 secs. For those moments when you're getting focused only. -

I know how I'm changing my game with this. Every time I cast a new grav round I will be switching targets so errbody has an armor debuff. Slingers have this ability too but the difference between them using it and us is that we rely on this move as a base for all of our dmg. And since it lasts 45 secs, if we ever have our mobility probs fixed, this class actually has something useful to bring to rateds.
