I'm sure caps are being raised incrementally. That would be the wise thing to do. I'd expect caps to be where they should be by the weekend at the earliest. Just a guess though, not a fact or anything.

Hahaha, exactly my thought. Either this person has no memory, or it IS their first. WoW launch was worse (some servers were down for days), SWG launch was awful (wasn't even playable for ANYONE), EQ had massive rollbacks for weeks. I mean seriously, OP. Do your homework.

I take it as a fun little distraction from the ground game. Wouldn't pay $60 for it, wouldn't miss it too much if it was not implemented, but it looks great and is mindless point and shoot fun.

I feel your pain but "80%" of the people that bought the game can't play it is just incorrect. Can't play the game =/= not wanting to roll on a new server Can't play the game =/= having to wait in line to log in It sucks, it's a pain, it's temporary.

Yeah, I had a serious bad encounter with Origin's live chat customer service. The CC I used to pre-order expired in November. So, I get my new card and go to change my payment method attached to Origin. No option. Mind you, this is about 2 weeks ago. I do the live chat thing, explain my situation, and get told the only option is to cancel my order. "But what about my early access? I pre-ordered the day it became available only to ensure I got early access" I type to the customer service rep. "You will get your access for today's order date." he/she responds. To which I say "I don't want that, I want to just give you my new CC # and you can charge that". "I hope this has solved your problem. Thank you for contacting EA Origin Customer Support." session ends Those guys are so awesome. However, I was eventually helped via the phone, all was cleared up, and I got my access on 12/13.

Sounds like you're spoiled more from not having to deal with launch issues with an MMO. It hasn't even been a week. Stuff will get ironed out. Your tickets will get acknowledged (eventually). Try and have some patience. I assume you weren't there for WoW's launch. It was a serious mess.

Dude. What? There was no open beta. Wrong shipping date is not BioWare's fault. There is not a queue on all servers. Roll elsewhere. There is an unstick button in the ticket window. I dunno if you are spamming the forums but this is not productive in the least.
