Meh, you can go by with green/blue stuff for the usual leveling. You can get additional stuff from commendations that should be upgrades for some slots.

Haha I remember that! never used the thing cause as you said it only killed the stupid ones. And I didn't need to worry about those people. It was worthless vs anyone with half a brain. Same with the OP. A 42 jumped me, stuned, crit 6 times and got stunned while I ran back to my team. I didn't kill him but I sure as heck didn't die to him. Running isn't the answer you say? Well fighting with half HP vs a full HP opponent isn't either...

Even if you level normally you will be 50 before you get to ACT 3. So no real point in lowering exp.

Shees.. I have pvped from level 10. I have been faceplanted form stealth for 4 seconds, hit like a truck till my hp was down to 1/2 or 1/3 and then I turned around, stunned them and ran to my group. you know what? they didn't follow. i didn't die... guess why? Cause it only works 1 time vs a lonely target!! Saved others the same way. He hits them I stun him, then the target gets up and the OP has to vanish or die trying.... Honestly, learn2 play... And please don't come back with crap like "oh you need a group, that's no excuse" yes it is.... no game is balanced around 1v1 situations, that would be retarded - why give aoe then? Easy answer - stun and run or slow them and go at them from range. OPs aren't ranged despite the fact they use rifles. The only OP thing is buff stacking.....

It worked fine in WAR. You go to close and get 1 shot by a guard. You stay a safe distance, someone wonders out, you jump them and kill them. They respawn and either try to sneak past and backstab you or port out, their choice. Not a hard thing to fix.

You don't like it? Then go. You are free to stop paying. None is forcing you. I honestly don't care. everyone who plays PvP plays it for the sheer enjoyment. If the biggest problem you have with it is that other people got their titles too fast that means you are not enjoying this game and therefore should stop playing. I like titles and shinys as much as the other guy but i won't cut myself because someone got it "for free" in a couple of hours.....

Loving the new system. non-50 brackets are great! Skill actually matters! Now If I'm hitting a guy for 30 seconds I can actually make a dent in his hp and not die right after 1/3 of it goes away! Top spots actually go to people that can play instead of people who simply hit harder due to expertise. Now the only people not liking this are the50's that have no gear. Well boo hoo... Suck it up, you still get commendations and valor for a loss. Farm it like everybody else did before the change and get some gear. You might actually learn a few things while doing that.

I understand them not wanting mods. But pleaseeeeeee let us move/resize stuff...
