i leave the healing to my companion and i only heal myself after everyone is dead with my ability. I also tske out the waker enemy first. No i dont use stims as i havnt needed to use any through the game so far so i kinda forgot about them. should i be using them on small groups of mods? Sould i be buying new armor for me and my companion or just using what i find? at the end of each planet i use my commondations for mods for my orange items but should i be using them to upgrade my blue/green armor for orange or better blue/green armor instead?

Ok so i just landed on Tatooine where i think the level is 24-28 and i feel that my character isnt strong enought to be there even though i am level 27 sith marauder. My gear that is orange (chest, head and legs) have all the latest mods that i could have bought from the nar shaddaa commondation guy and same goes with my light saber and all the abilities i use are the best rank i can get at the moment. I can kill some of the groups of enemies around with no problem but if they have a strong bounty hunter or another strong enemy with them they just kick my ***. I dont actually die but i barely survive and the same goes for my companion too who is a healer but he sometimes die. I have breezed through the whole game so far without any problem the only other problem i have had other than tatooine was the spaceship class quest before tatooine as the enemies seemed a lot harder there than nar shaddaa and the last boss gave me some trouble (i searched around and people were having problems with that boss) I never buy any armor i just use what i get from quests if it is better than what mine is as thats what i have been told what to do from people in game. Should i be buying better blue/green armor if the vendors have better or just wait to see what i get from quests? Thank you. Edit: Also where do you guys get your companion armor from? do you buy it or just use what you find?

I have finally got a decent FPS of lowest around 45 and highest being 100 (still around 25-30 in cantina though) with settings on high and medium with shadows off andy have fixed the awful texture on my character by downloading and reinstalling the game. Thanks to everyone here who has helped me with all the different problems i have had. I do have one more question though. I said i would ask here for someone to see if his mac could run it as he doesn't have the game yet so i don't think he can access the forums. Hi guys i'm in the UK and when i first got the game on the 24th of december i picked a PVE server that was heavy in population. Now today on my server it is always standard population and for the last week there has only been around 40 people on the fleet and it is hard to get into or find a group. Im thinking of making a new character on a new server which is heavy or very heavy populated so i can get into groups easier and faster but was wondering what would be the the best time to look at how populated the servers are. Also does anyone from the UK have a good PVE server i can play on? I'm thinking of making a Healer/dps BH but if i go with the dps route could i still effectivally heal people when doing heroics/flashpoints? I would rather play dps when doing flashpoints and heroics but if we was stuggling to find a healer to join the group could i fill that role even if i put most skill tree skills into dps? thank you.

yes i have no idea how to print screen on windows as i am using a mac keyboard and it doesnt have a print screen key and it uses different keys on a mac. i work with mac everyday so dont know windows shortcuts. Sorry about that but the picture is there. can you help me with my original question?

Im using windows 7 64 bit on my 2011 iMac. Please no 'you should have got a PC'. I want to play the game just like everybody else and this is the only computer i have. thanks

Is it looking this bad for everyone on the character select screen? i thought the texture problem was just for in game character textures.

I'm sure that it hasn't always looked this bad though. Seems to be a lot worse now. The walls floors character models enemies and transport look fine but stuff like tables chairs mod benches and computers look so bad. Maybe I just didn't realise how bad it was untill now but I'm sure it was better

i am confused. so do i have the latest drivers for my graphics card? i got them from making a disk via bootcamp yesterday. i have downloaded the ati tray tools and was someone could help me with the settings i need to change. thank you also when i change the settings and click bench everything on the screen goes big and it says Error No support for GLSL found! Please update your drivers. Benchmark can not be executed. Does this mean i havnt got the updated drivers for my machine? Ialways thought i did becuase i made a bootcamp disk for drivers and when i installed them i have gone to the ati website and after downloading a program that will check if i have the latest updates it says everything is up to date. I am really confused

Hi guys. just got to the third planet and i have a few questions before i go on. Firstly a played WoW for a month or two and only had one DPS character. I am also playing a DPS on SWTOR and am enjoying this game a lot more but nearly everyone that i join up with on heroics are also DPS. Now i am thinking of making a new character which is either a tank or a healer to help out in heroics but because i have never played any of these before i was wondering if you could give me some tips on being a tank or healer and how to play (i know this is a big request) Now onto the lightsaber questions. I have asked in game if i should either buy new lightsabers or just spend money and commendations on mods and the answer was to buy mods. So here are my questions. i have artiface as a skill and have a few mods i can buy but was wondering how i get better spec mods. Do i just have to level the artiface skill or is it my actual character level? I have only found red/blue/green crystals and was wondering if i can find all colours at all levels and they are just rare or do i need to gain a higher level for my character so i can pick better tresure hunting missions. My blue crystal has changed from using just two blue crystals to needing two blue crystals and another thing that i think was called fire something (not sure what it is called) why has this happened?
