  1. No. Only the Rakata versions are re-usable and they are learned from the trainer.
  2. IIRC, some Bounty Hunter/Imperial Agent mods that don't have accuracy can be used instead. I wouldn't replace any mods in Rakata gear yet as I think it is changing slightly in 1.2 to reduce Accuracy.
  3. If you want pure melee DPS, you should roll a Maurader as Assassins are more or less a hybrid melee-ranged class.
  4. It's been bugged since the game launched.
  5. Battlemaster 367.0-551.0 Energy Damage Total Stats: +126 Endurance +103 Willpower +51 Expertise Rating +77 Critical Rating Champion 363.0-544.0 Energy Damage Total Stats: +121 Endurance +97 Willpower +48 Expertise Rating +72 Power Difference BM gives you: +5 to +7 Energy Damage +5 Endurance +6 Willpower +3 Expertise +77 Critical Rating -72 Power I would argue that Power > Crit for a Darkness Assassin. Either way, they are very close arguably a smaller upgrade than moving from Champ to BM on almost any other piece of gear.
  6. If you are an armormech or synthweaver, you will need certain levels of Valor to buy the schematics to craft BM and War Hero gear (mod-able shells).
  7. BioChem (Rakata) reusables will eventually be worthless as better items are introduced. Besides the reusables are not the best at the moment, the Exotech ones are which have a 2 hour duration. And in response to another poster, BioChem can crit craft Implants with augment slows in 1.2
  8. Pre-1.2, the Champion dual-bladed lightsaber is better than the BM version as well.

    Which in pvp?

Biochem isn't being given to everybody. The biochem Rakata re-usables will just fade away as newer more powerful biochem items are introduced. The current Exotech are better than Rakata now anyways and they last for 2-hours.
  10. If you just turned lvl 50... 1. Low HP = low expertise = easy kill 2. You're a healer = priority kill

  12. There is no point switching mods pre-1.2 And yes, tank spec + Stalker gear is great.
  13. /bump for justice. Tab targeting is absolutely terrible in the game.
  14. I prefer to take gathering/mission/slicing while leveling and then when I hit 50, I drop slicing for the crafting skill and level it up in a few hours. All crafting skills require a supporting gathering and mission skill.
  15. All Stalker and use a Focus. The extra HP doesn't help all that much and a tanking shield generator is mostly useless. The huge benefit is the extra damage you get with DPS gear.
  16. Correct me if I am wrong but come 1.2, Armsmech, Snythweaving and Artiface (maybe I am missing one) can ALL craft Augments and I think Slicing will needed to get the materials that these three will need to make the augments? This correct? I really need more coffee.... Edit...found this:
  17. Come 1.2, Biochem will arguable be the worst crafting profession. The current Rakata reusables (stims/adrenals/medpacs) will still be there but Bioware won't introduce new ones so these reusables will become obsolete over time as better non-reusables are introduced into the game. Besides, the 2-hour Exotech versions are currently better than the reusables now. The next nerf to Biochem is that medpacs are only usable once while in combat. This makes reusables less desirable and will also lower the demand for the crafting and sale of Biochem medpacs. Lastly, Bioware is now making the biochem Implants non-augmentable meaning that when crafting an implant, a crit will mean you get two implants rather than an implant with an augment slot. This is definitely a nerf to the profession as other gear that other classes can make can be made with an augment slot. There is really no reason to go Biochem anymore. Just buy the mats off the GTN and get a fellow biochem guildie to make you what you need. Or roll an alt and take Bioanalysis for the ability to farm mats.
  18. 6. Gunslinger/Sniper (the best kept secret right now) LoL
  19. Pro-Tip: Force Shroud does nothing to stop fire damage. Nothing.
  20. This has been happening to me quit often in warzones where I was stuck moving forward and could not stop moving. My forward key was bound to"W". The only way to stop it was to leave the warzone which stopping the autorun on my character. I have now bound moving forward to my up arrow to see if that fixes the problem (I use a Belkin Nostromo n52te game pad).
  21. His info is correct. Two sets of War Hero gear with identical stats, just slightly different look.
  22. You're a little slow, aren't ya? Maybe check the patch notes, hmmmmm?
  23. Build up your warzone commendations now so that you can buy BM gear when 1.2 drops.
