  1. Why is it always a zero sum game with you bioware fanatics? You do realize that have 2 or 3 hotkeys reserved for macros doesnt take away your ability to still have all your abilities mapped and ready to use when the time is needed? Please stop arguing for less features

  3. There is no skill in manually mashing the same ability rotations over and over. In fact, a rift style macro system would do much to downplay the limitations of the outdated UI that launched with this game. And for those that dont know rift let you create an action key that prioritized abilities based on cooldown. Basically your 1 key would link to a single target sequence like this: Single target ability 1 (1 min cooldown) Single target ability 2 (1 min cooldown) Single target ability 3 (30 sec cooldown) single target ability 4 (10 sec cooldown) Single target ability 5 (GCD) When you hit the 1 key your character would attempt to use Single target ability 1 and if it was on cooldown it would cycle down in order until it reached an ability you had up and had enough energy or force power to use. Progress people. There is no skill in having three hot bars mapped just to pull off a simple rotation. Just carpal tunnel.

    TBH, if you like huttball good for you but get out of the thread. We are just asking for an option to queue for the other maps without queuing for huttball LIKE EVERY OTHER MMO. Why do the bioware fanboys feel the need to limit the options of the game...I'll never know....
  6. MMR would be awesome. There is component to SC2's system that you didnt mention though. In team games Starcraft assigns you an MMR based on your team's performance (not individual performance within the game). It also gives you a random team (queuing solo) MMR, and a completely seperate MMR for arranged team games (group queue). Since we can only queue as 4 but the pvp is arranged for 8 people it is a bit tougher for them to implement the MMR system as is.
  7. What business are you in that the CUSTOMERS need to be concerned with the technical requirements to deliver a quality product? Customers only need to be concerned with ONE thing: An acceptable end-product. When customers start apologizing for technical issues they have really drank the kool aid. Customers can only complain if they have all the technical information available and analyzed? Absolutely ridiculous.
  8. Another uninformed post defending bioware and ignoring facts. Check out the queues on the rp-pvp servers and come back with some knowledge if you want to take part in this discussion.
  9. No sense of reality? Im an I.T project manager and I know that we weigh and prioritize many of our risks by what our customers are willing to swallow. Whats YOUR basis for reality?
  10. Customers with low expectations serve noone. People need to stop with the fanboy stuff and demand a great product.
  11. I think its safe to say staggered launch either had no effect or it backfired. I think we may have been better off if ALL servers had been available from day one so things might have a chance to distribute reasonably... Don't mind me...Just a paying customer waiting in a line.
