I chose cybertech on my main and have been helping to outfit my alts with blue mods for their level/spec to make it easier to quest/pvp. Only I have hit a snag with my current alt. My Vanguard is tank spec and as a cybertech I cannot learn any recipes for tanks from my crew skill trainer and I can also not learn any recipes from reverse engineering tank mod/armoring found on vendors or as quest rewards. Why are there no mod/armoring recipes for tanks? Is this intended or an oversight when you were expanding the crafting system in 1.2

Friday night prime time server downtime is getting beyond a joke. Please only take the server down on fri-sun to fix game breaking bugs. Minor bugs can wait till the next week.

Would absolutely love it they extended the event even if by just a few more days. It is quite fun and a really refreshing change from the normal daily stuff I do.

Great event, wish it ran longer. 1 week is way too short =( My only gripe is the 'lockbox' the companion customisations come from. Would rather less RNG, either they were unique or you could just choose what ones you wanted to buy.

Does this mean the servers will be going down during prime time friday night for us Asia Pacific people again?

About to drop it myself. All I am is a glorified ship part maker for the guild but nobody does space missions anymore so that has dried up. Was thinking maybe the droid parts would be good, but the market isn't large enough to make any real credits from. Then that leaves me with the mounts, the plain, ordinary mounts. Why people would want to buy these instead of saving for something else that looks better is beyond me.

Cybertech Make mounts BoE so we can sell them Lower the CD of the grenades/or give them all a separate CD Make BoP Cybertech only mods. Possible ideas for these:- Make them equal too(with low mat cost) or one tier ahead of the best mods/armoring available. Another possible idea is account bound orange mods that scale with level and spec for your alts. Give us schematics to make mods/armoring for all specs. Example:- Currently we cannot make tanking items Make a series of ship parts that are unique equipped, as in, if you have the special shield generator equipped you cannot equip any other special part. Give these bolstered stats compared to the highest level equivalent ship part. Letting you customize the way you do the missions. Like if you get hit a lot, get a suped up shield. Like to go in guns blazing, get the suped up beam generator. Give them a massive CD or credit cost to remove to prevent abuse when doing different missions.

Great news. I'll be going where ever my guild goes. If they choose to stay, I'll stay. If they want to transfer, I'll transfer. After all, all that matters in an mmo is being able to play with people you like. Re: Singapore concerns, isn't it only Optus that has major issues with latency? (ironic because Optus is owned by SingTel, a Company in Singapore? I'm with Internode and my ping to Singapore is virtually identical to West Coast USA.

I feel your frustrations. Coming from another well known mmo where originally there were only 'unofficial' oceanic realms, it was a rather huge adjustment to cope with the ridiculous queues, not only during my peak, but during the peak time of America as well. Often I would find myself getting home from work at 5pm, logging into a 3000+ queue and not getting in until after 8pm. Rather than get mad at this *wasted* time. I used it to watch tv/go for a run/walk the dog/spend time with loved ones/cook and eat dinner ect. Once I got in, I was treated with an online version of a 24/7 city. No matter what time of day I log in, there would always be plenty of people to raid/pvp/quest or do whatever I want. Meaning that the few hours I was able to play everyday, were always spent doing something I enjoyed and not just idling in town waiting for people to log in. If Bioware had launched SWTOR simultaneously in Oceanic regions and provided oceanic branded servers and/or locally hosted servers. Yes I would have used them. In 6/12/whatever months time when it finally does release officially to oceanic regions, if we do get our own servers, I will be staying on my 24/7 queue server for the round the clock atmosphere. Nothing beats it.
