I have a few questions. I'm not that great an MMO "lingo" so help me out please. How do you farm for PvP gear? What advantage does PvP gear give you in PvP versus PvE? How do you know what set a piece of armor goes to? And how do you determine if gear is ranked or unranked? These are all questions I've wanted to ask a guild I join. But I haven't had any luck with someone wanting to take me under their wing and show me. So please don't insult me too much for asking.

I tend to make decisions based on how I would react in real life. I find about 50% of the Dark Side choices to be completely over the top, as if they tried too hard. Some other times, I will select a choice and wonder why I am getting DS points for it.

Hi, I'm a returning player who is interested in joining a guild I would prefer a RP/PVP guild but if it's only PVP I can handle that too. I'm currently leveling a Pyro BH and plan on making a Sith Jug afterwards. I'm looking for a guild with a good sized community, voice chat, and that does not just accept anyone. I want to have to learn/earn my way in. I would also like a guild willing to help me learn how to become better at PVP. I mainly play 5pm-10pm cst with times varying, but increasing, on the weekends. Im 21 and would consider myself mature. I've been in some top notch guilds in other games and know how well run guilds can really make a difference in the game. Hope to hear from ya soon!

Real life comes first. I'm in college and I started a new job that gave me little to no spare time. I didnt want to spend what time I had playing a video game.

Just thought I'd lighten things up by saying 1.3 has helped me decide to re-sub! This game has a lot of potential and I want to help out by staying subscribed! Im a day one player and can't wait to see what BW does next! They have released an incredible amount of content since release and I am very impressed. Keep it up BW!

A question I have, as a noob, is what are daily commendations? Where/how do I get them? Also how do I use them?

Okay, so I get Game Informer magazine. And last month they had an issue out where it advertised the Emperial classes. Each page had a different class and the Game Informer writers played that class and then summarized them. So, as a republic player, I assumed they would do the same next issue for the republic. Its been a month, and 2-3 issues later, and I still havn't seen it. It is very apparent to me that the empire is advertised way way way more than the republic. Pre-orders got a statue of a sith warrior, the swtor strat guide has nothing but sith on the cover, the game is literally advertised around the Empire. I dont get it! No wonder the empire is more populated than the republic.

Because I do not know which way to go... I dont know what character to choose. And im so burned out on grinding past the same starting planets I don't want to make the same mistakes i've been making

So I have played every character to level 20 and I haven't found one that I want to play past level 20. I have deleted them and now I do not know which to restart and grind to level 20. Damn my attention span

Can somebody explain the PvP box you unlock at level 20? Also, when so I start getting pVP armor? I play PvP ALOT but feel that I am missing out on alot.
