Haha, you're a funny guy. It's not like there haven't been adjustments post 2.0 that effect classes negatively, calling for a buff. "All the actual good PvP'ers left for other games before Wildstar" would have been a more correct statement, while still irrelevant.

If by end game content, you mean Story Modes. Deception/Infiltration was buffed for PvP and has not been buffed for PvE in a long time. I suggest you go look at all the top parses and see where Deception/Infiltration shadows rank, because you're a bit misinformed.

????? It's well known that Shadows and Assassins have lagged behind in viability for end game content, in comparison to most other damage dealing classes, for awhile now. This is why they are buffing Madness/Balance spec and are considering avenues for buffing Deception/Infiltration.

Pax Republica takes people of any level, as long as they're interested in a community focused guild. We have several trainees that are 30-40 levels and no level 50's, so we enjoy having that mixture to keep the guild fresh. We prefer to get people that not only like PvE, but PvP as well. We have an equal focus on both. We do have an indepth application and trainee process, but it's only to ensure people are serious about us and that they are "good people" in the sense of the person itself, not necessarily skill. The scam is a great scam. It needs to be detailed and notified to people, just as would be done for phishing attempts. People can be victim to it and ignorant of the danger. Belitting the guy for it is just kicking him while he's down, serves no purpose unless people are making up for a lack of something.

As someone that went through this process, I can say I appreciated their careful way of handling new trainees. That said, once you've become a trainee, there is no limitation. We've taken trainees on HM TfB runs, it is all depending on who is on and who can fill a spot we need. There is never a guarantee of a spot in a progression raid, but with your 5, it sounds like we can get two groups going at the same time. We've been hosting nightmare ops as well lately with good success; approximately 10-12 of the 16 are Pax Republica on these. If you like a community focused guild, again, check us out.

From the sound of your post, you seem to be insinuating that the OP purposely gave a stranger access to his guild bank. He was socially engineered, tricked into thinking the scammer was someone he knew. He didn't purposely do this. I blame Bioware 100% for removing the original post warning others of this issue. If people are not aware of the scam, they have no way to defend themselves against it. If Bioware isn't willing to come out and explain to people some common sense measures and not to trust anyone flat out, then don't remove a post that explains the scam and leave people knowledgeable about the situation and prey to the scammer.

heh reset valor, heh. i played PvP matches since level 17. I'm level 50 as of last Thursday and I'm rank 52 valor. I did it the hard way, the long way. Reset it? Ok, but only if you delete the OP's characters.

Between level 23 and 27 I've routinely had games of 26-40 kills, 1-8 deaths. Also been routinely in the top 3 in dps. I've not been the highest level in the game by far. What will your complaint be when you're rolled by someone not that much higher than you? Imbalancing? Cheats? Better start thinking of stuff now so you have a list ready to ramble off.

I would settle for 10-35 / 36-50 brackets with bolstering. as even as a 50/50 split as possible to avoid queues that were too long.

This is their current gripe. When they're 50, there will be other issues such as supposed class imbalances, cheating, unfair faction imbalances, etc. It will never end. As long as Bioware realizes that people are always going to complain, and to stick to their overall gameplan of releasing content to balance critism, this will be a great game.

You play to have fun, yet you only have fun if you win. So you want to win to have fun, but you can't win without being good, and you lose more than you win. The issue will not always be such a disparity, is my point. You guys are using extreme cases as examples. This has just been one day. The fact that you couldn't wait it out and see, you had to come on and complain, speaks volumes of your inability to see if a system works past one whole DAY.

Thats the thing, theres not enough appreciation of the thought Bioware actually put into it. They even covered if there is too much of one faction, there are more Huttball warzones so that everyone still gets to play, as it mixes up the factions on both sides.
