My complaint: I didn't get a pony. I WAS PROMISED A PONY. By the magical MMO fairy that decrees what should happen with games. Without this pony, I am afraid this game is the worst ever, and I will be cancelling my subscription.

Because it's supposed to be a brief little extra to enjoy for a small amount, not something to make it so you never have to worry about your color crystal slot for the entire game. It gives you the Artifact-level bonus for color crystal slot of its type. If it scaled with level, you would literally have the best crystal possible the entire game through.

Is a crafting skill crit when you get extra materials on reverse engineering? Because I've never gotten a bonus when *making* something, just when mission gathering or reverse engineering.
