imo recent mmo's have all improved graphics, at the expense of gameplay.
it's a worrying trend, games released 10 years ago had better gameplay than recent mmo's
even pre-nerf swg, a game released almost 10 years ago, had a sandbox type system, player cities, player economy, multiple stats to balance, legendary items, gm events, player pvp bases and actual open world pvp! (plus much more)
swtor is just a pretty single player rpg with 3 multi-player instances, that got massive sales only because of it's IP, from a game-play standpoint bw really should be ashamed of themselves because tor just doesn't cut the mustard.
here's hoping gw2 pulls one (an actual mmo with great gameplay and meaningful pvp) out of the bag, like the good old mmo's. Looking at the vids it seems a lot like daoc, one of the best pvp mmo's i've ever played, so there is hope
