  1. it sounds stupid but there's logic to it, often indie games have longer playability than commercial games, because commercial games are all about quick turnover, when you finish a game you have to buy a new one, so they don't want you playing one for too long.
  2. i guess you are right, i changed none to little, ilum is a ghost town now on my server at least, it's not like it used to be
  3. The problem they have is that existing customers are leaving in droves because: - there is little open world pvp - there is little end game content - the game is boring (repetitive) after you've reached level 50 two or three times. - the population is so low on most of the servers that there are no people to play with or against - there are only 3 warzones and if you're a imperial you will be playing the 1 warzone most of the time So unfortunately they have to focus on getting new customers because the game has a very limited play time.
  4. allowing same faction warzones = fail doing nothing to help faction balance = incompetent adding MORE same faction warzones effectively making factional balance WORSE = priceless
  5. Remember for some basement-dwelling fanbois this game is their life.
  6. yeah i'd like to see fat chicks in the game, i'ma bit of a chubby chaser
  7. Exactly, before vent/teamspeak/mumble i used to love big groups, raids, etc. I could put up with the guild politics even, it's really the idiots in vent that ruined grouping for me.
  8. why i hate grouping/guilding: - 12 year old kids raging in vent - 16 year old kids thinking they are cool dropping the f bomb and c bomb every third word in vent - 18 year old kids who love the sound of their own voice in vent and feel the need to tell us ever detail of their lives and every opinion on everything constantly. - 24 year old kids who are running dps meters bragging about how much uber-dps their fotm OP class is doing compared to everyone else. - guild politics - guild events that require you to be at certain places at certain times or you get booted from the guild - guilds make you jump through hoops to get into the guild, it's seriously easier to buy a kilo of uncut ****** than at is to sign up to some guilds. at the end of the day it is just easier to play by myself and roll with pugs when needed than be part of a guild.
  9. wow Ma, look at all these here fanbois! /spits tobacco
  10. no, 1.2 is worse! - no credits for wz wins - nerfs galore
  11. they're talking about getting 0 credits for a wz at level 50, not noob stuff.
  12. I used to like BW, and then I played Tor. BW have proven themselves to be immensly incompetent, they are not only making bad decisions, they are continually doing the OPPOSITE of what they should be doing. forcing pvp'ers to pve......that's one for the record books if this change goes live consider me /unsubbed, actually i just /unsubbed until i hear that this change has been reversed.
  13. these figures are for february, i'd love to see them for early May when all the 2 month time card subs are up, all the 2 month subs are up, and all the suckers who bought 3 month subs are up. you just have to login to the servers to know there's a fraction of the people playing who were playing in dec/jan/feb. yes they are trying to "buff" their terrible figures by releasing in asia/oceania , but i doubt the small amount of sales in those areas will offset the massive drop in subs they will have by then. i'm tipping <800k subs come early may and later in the year after gw2, d3, tera, secret world etc have all released it will be closer to <400k there's just no lastability in this game, once you hit 50 a few times it gets boring quick
