  1. 3 months after release: - horrible targeting (both keyboard and mouse) - pvp network code is totally unreliable (server-client situations missmatch showing false situations on client side resulting in for example pushing enemy "back" in totally different direction that supposed to) - poorly designed abilities - kind of an overload of unnecesary skills at least for some classes that should be consolidated - no macros support to make gameplay more comfortable - huttball as a "warzone" - warzones where player lvl 17 can fight player lvl 49... - horrible camera with awkward smoothing and random spins - horrible engine performance on high end specs... - bugged sound - harsh interface i could go on, but this pretty much sums up and can already create image of a harsh beta-mmorpg experience. No matter how much content you put up on a harsh gameplay it will remain harsh gameplay. Even if this content have actors sounds recorded it still remains harsh gameplay. I bought new PC just for swtor and you dissapointed me big time. At least i can enjoy bf3 now till diablo 3 comes out. You killed a little sad panda inside me. A mmorpg fan dies within every time company like you releases mmorpg that cant even have engine right.
  2. what cooldowns they share? same? or only the common relics cooldown 30 sec?
  3. Not really. I believe 1.2 is just a marketing hype. It will be s*&tload of irrelevant and unimportant patchnotes and the bugged things will remain in game (horrible tagreting, bugged, stupidily smoothed camera, the server-client situatin missmatch etc). The only reason im yet thinking if i should buy just 1 more subscription or not is my friend (with who i usually play online games with teamspeak) is still not as much pissed off with the quality of swtor as i am and he didnt bought BF3 yet so we dont have alternative to play together - or maybe he isnt so pissed off cause he wants to hold on to swtor as the only multiplayer game he have atm. This will soon change tho and after this month if i would even buy subscription we both gets diablo 3 so common alternative will be there. Question im asking myself atm is: should i take 1 additional month of swtor expensive sub as a gap filler to play with friend before diablo 3 arrives or not? Product alone is definitely not worth giving so much money just to wait for fixes and be the naive lemming as i feel when i pay EA, but playing with friends is fun even if game is pretty bad. Maybe i will make my mind and give you last chance Bioware. You have time till diablo arrives. Make it count, cause i wont be persuaded by marketing list of unimportant patchnotes. If horrible targeting stays when this whole overhyped holy grall (1.2) comes then you wont see me again and thats for sure.
  4. So when there is a discussion with topic about car accident and road safety, you praise people's stories of how OK it is for them that car accidents happens and they are not bothered? What does it bring to discussion? Absolutely nothing but an information that mr.x is content with situation. Its not a freaking poll, its discussion.
  5. Story of your tolerance is really charming. Still: game mechanic is flawed as hell and unacceptable for PvP.
  6. They are celebrating cause its another warhammer online. Cheap game sold for giant money and meinteined by like 1-2 working people. Next title will be also cheap, horrible game but with tv recorded cutscenes with real life actors. And they will fool people again! You fooled me once Bioware, shame on you. Then you fooled me 2nd time, shame on me. - I will not be fooled third time.
  7. I doubt it. It wont survive as "big mmorpg" at least. It will share fate of warhammer online. My sub ends today, and im not paying for more waiting. And im not going back untill they fix the targeting system. They had a lot fo time since they have seen that code in warhammer online (its exact same flawed targeting system as in that game) and there is a good chance they will never fix that as they never fixed it in WAR. Im fed up with paying for hopes and waiting. I will pay when i see quality product. So far its full of slips and fails. I have already paid big money for upgrading my PC so this mediocre-looking game will play on reasonable FPS and im not satisfied. I was about to write about diablo 3 coming up, but since you already wrote that in OP then no need
  8. Today my 2nd subscription expires, and i dont really think the waiting time for the fixes is worth the money... So i will just wait outside of your paying customers group Bioware. Fix the targeting and you may see me (and other players who knows and praise quality) again. Crude, broken targeting system is unaceptable for PvP gameplay, hence your game have really no value for me at current state after dinging 50. Keep me posted. Regards.
  9. i have 50 houses, 5 private jets and 3 hundreds lovers. for real.
  10. Point is: What can be more frustrating over game full of bugs, glitches and broken mechanics acompanied with bad luck in team assembling (which results in loosing) and the stupid comments of the commentator... You struggle to target someone due to broken targeting mechanics of this flawed game, fail to succesfully get lucky and target desired target in time and hear the idiotic Bioware's recorded full of joy commentator mocking whats happening... You run with objective, suddenly camera spins around by itself with no apparent reason, you fall down and you are simply f#^%$d by game mechanics and all of that acompanied with full of joy Bioware's recorded commentator... I mean seriously? Throwing paying customers into beta-quality game with stupid american football "warzone" as a poor excuse of a battleground, and having stupid commentator to frustrate them even more?
  11. It would be fun if you could use drop pod from your ship and it would drop you at your party member positions in the world. Drop pod landing animation could be similiar to warhammer 40k ones... daaaamn that would be cool Drop pod comes from the sky, hits the ground heavily, shakes the camera, release huge cloud of smoke and your party member goes out of it with acompaniament of:
  12. So i today i have had first glimpse on my pvp gear im gathering currency for, and i found out that vindicator have stats for dps jaggernaut and war leader have for immortal jaggernaut. All nice and cool, but why dps set have 1st set bonus that could help immortal much more? It have set bonus "heal you for 8% while using intercede"... not much of a dps set bonus...
  13. You must have skipped the part: If you have 2 defensive cooldowns with no global cooldown why having them at different hotkeys if you are using both of them whenever there is need to survive? This is just an example. There is much more of unnecesarily divided abilities/functions. Smart developer wouldnt divide abilities like that... Smart developer allow players build their characters, choose chance on procs and other abilities like that pre-battle (while choosing talents specs, gear etc) so they dont even have to do macros for the tedious icon's tetris play and can focus on thiking about strategy, objectives, and general battle awaraness, but there is other talking about that so i wont duplicate it for no reason. -------- i say again: There is nothing for really skilled players to worry about others using macros... the mroe macros you use the easier you are to defeat for a really skilledp layer. The fact is that majority of people defending the "no in-game macros" policy are the users of unfair adventage (gaming keyboard/mouse macros)
