  1. Kaon Under Siege and The Lost Island flashpoints both have hard mode entries in the group finder but no tactical mode entries. Tactical mode is in the game but you have to go over to the quest givers on the ship with all the Ops entry points to get it. Suggestion 1: Please add [Tactical] Kaon Under Siege and [Tactical] The Lost Island to the group finder. When talking to the quest giver I noticed that there are no solo modes for these flashpoints. Suggestion 2: Please add [solo] Kaon Under Siege and [solo] The Lost Island to the game. I'm guessing this was all overlooked.
  2. My guess it that its like this because what they are wearing now is what the cut scenes are set up to have them wear. Not that that's a good reason. Lana at least should have two more outfits available. Namely the two she wears is Shadow of Revan. Can we at least get a companion customization vendor on Odessen that sells all customizations to both factions?
  3. Why is everyone being so mean over this suggestion? Its a simple little thing. Treat the black-yellow crystals the same way all others have been treated. It is a reasonable request. Stop having such a fit over it.
  4. agreed. It feels like such a chore having to do this planet after the core game.
  5. Agreed. Seeing a small mob of Lana clones is disturbing and breaks the illusion of being in the Star Wars universe. We also need a vendor on the Odessen that sells core game companion customizations to both factions.
  6. The only reason I have a stronghold at all is for the legacy cargohold. I'd much rather have all of the customization options available for my class ship. That includes the ability to pick an entirely new hull as well.
  7. The whole concept of this helmet is disturbing to me. I can't think of a single companion that would take one look at me and think "Wearing HK-55's head as a helmet? This dude has seriously lost it". I'm all for the idea of dumping this in favor of an energy helmet that drops hoods. I've passed up on numerous chest pieces because I didn't want the hood. I know a lot of people have been asking for a way to drop the hoods. Can we move on from the HK droids please? 47, 51, 55 .... its getting old. I idea of 55's head being carved out to be a helmet is not only disturbing it proof that you've hit the bottom of the barrel in your efforts to milk the popularity of HK-47. Please, move on. Its getting kind of embarrassing.
  8. I like this idea. Having to go to great lengths to get saber hilts or gun barrels for the main hand items when I buy gear for all the other slots with rank 208,216,220 mods is not really worth the effort and fairly messed up. If selling Dark Matter Catalysts doesn't work for you then how about selling main hand items with 208 - 220 mods? Or better yet let us change the appearance of weapons in the outfit designer.
  9. I have to agree. I gave up on doing the Heroic 4 missions not long after they came out because its such a pain to get a team together. Since you've decided adjusting the group finder to help find a team for these missions is too much of a hassle perhaps allowing a legacy unlock for the seeker droid and macrobinoculars would be easier for you to implement.
  10. As you may have heard Leonard Nimoy has passed away. While I know full well that Spock is not a Star Wars character, surely there is room in the Star Wars universe to pay homage to the man that was so important in making Spock the sci-fi icon that we all knew. On the second level of the Jedi Temple on Tyhon there is a library. Perhaps a holocron that contains some of Spock's and Nimoy's more memorable quotes.
  11. Your wrong about this being an MMO. Think about it. How often do you see people grouping up where they are not forced to in a Flashpoint, Heroic, or Op and its not some high level baby sitting a low level? This is something I rarely ever see. Most of the time when I do it probably people who know each other in real life. This is why I think the term MMO is wrong and it should be MSO - Mostly Single Player Online Game. I've seen this in every MMO I've ever played. Have you noticed how fast groups disband after the mission is over? I can't even get the team to stay together long enough to turn in Heroic 4's to get the easy social points. Its as if people are treating it as a job they don't want to do where they work with people they don't like but can tolerate just long enough to get the job done. How is it fun or worth doing if you are forced to be who can't wait to get it over with? This biggest failing of this game it that Bioware blindly embraced the old school MMO mechanics without actually looking to see how people are address them and the kinds of behavior they encourage. I'm backing the idea. More companions in the flashpoint and heroics. The simple commands of stand here and shoot that are enough.
  12. Any chance for a single player patch when you shut the game down? I ask this because I don't see much of a future for the product. The name, The Rise of the Hutt Cartel, suggests that this is the beginning of something bigger. There is even material in the expansion the could be developed into a story line that lasts several updates. Instead, we get something that can be done in an afternoon. CZ-198 is even more depressing. Do you really expect anyone to believe a centuries old, galaxy spanning corporation that owns whole star systems allowing them to elect executives to the Galactic Senate and is engaged in illegal activities would simple hand over the keys because the Republic went "Boo"? This could have started with a one time two week event about investigating Czerka that lead into new space mission, ground and space based PvP, planets, companions, gear, and story lines revolving around a desperate race between the Empire and Republic to claim the wayward star systems. It could have lasted the better part of a year. And yet we get a two hour long add on that quickly devolves in mindless rep grinding. The short story is this: I see a game that has no long term planning capability. No grand vision on where they are going to take the game. Despite the fact that you embraced old school mechanics that are well known not to work and even punished us for complying with your single unique name restriction policy I still found the core game fun. I'd hate to lose that when Elder Scrolls Online and Disney's X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter free PvP game shuts the Old Republic down. A little more motivation - A lot of people, like me, would pay for that patch if its done well enough. Don't let your hard work fade away.
  13. I'm bumping this one just because I really like it and it makes a lot of sense. All are characters are connected via the legacy it make complete sense that they should be adventuring together.
  14. Your idea making the game free to play/subscription is a good one. I'd like to see it go further. Most people probably have some part of the game they have no interest in. Suggestion: A tiered subscription model. Full access to this with Cartel Market access to that. You might be able to get more people to get subscriptions this way.

    Names

Please allow us to use the spacebar when creating character names. This seems to be what ArenaNet did with Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2. It works beautifully. No fussing over names for 30+ minutes and the customer gets in and starts playing quickly.
