  1. From your own post Malphar your only 1400 dps above what a PT tank does on that fight. Walkers 1000 dps behind a good PT SIN or mara Underlurker 2k behind a PT Commanders I do more dmg tanking right side in dps gear Cant really comment on your revan pull as I dont know how many stacks u had to get cleansed on 1st phase or weather your in or out of shield for grenades on hk. The spec is not performing as well as other melee dps specs and never has been since 3.0
  2. Ruffian 6 piece should have 2 charges like slingers smugglers luck bonus... The spec is lacking compared to the slinger version, under performs in both pvp and pve mainly due to the fact there is no surge bonus on any of its talents dots are weak spread mechanic is terrible and all the dps of the spec is loaded into 1 ability, brutal shots. It was skimmed over in 3.0 poorly and its embarrassing that the spec hasn't been sorted as a whole. Yet you have changed sorc 3-4 times now and made changed to sin and PT multiple times and left this spec one of the worst most useless spec for over 6 months

I had starparse crash on me as taunting from a jug after her had reflected a curse gave 12 billion treat, Ixale saw the error logged in guild on my euro server and asked for my combat log, it helped him to fix a problem he had with starparse for a long time. So yes threat numbers from reflected curse are nuts.

One of the most horrid issues is that to refresh ballistic dampers without blowing your roll you have to come out of cover and drop back into cover ..if you even think to try and do this in a reg war zone you have a Mara and 2 Jugs immediately leap on you even though you were out of cover for only 0.5 sec .... Its like they just sit with their target on a sniper whilst they wait and wait and wait for that chance to leap you. Change dampers so they refresh passively with rotation or get rid of the charges and let dampers be active as long as you are in cover.
  5. This is because many ppl rolling new chars on Harb with 12x XP so server load is higher than normal. Just goes to show they have no chance of further future server mergers as the servers break as soon as load gets higher than what there used too.
  6. I am stumped for words... half an area unfinished ... and update to HM Revan that has not been tested and is broken. A costume design tool that will not let me have a pvp loadout and pve in another section because its for appearance only ... Not to mention the new Zoist area you cannot attack opposite faction players on a PVP server ... Motivation to continue subbed to this game is dwindling if 3.3 does not bring RAV & TOS Nim this game is pretty much burried.
  7. I only ever get 1 shoulder throw 1 body slam and 2 stacks between rampages ... this all depends depends how good your dps are as it is % bases not time based. As for the 7 mill one shot I have found that being in melee and standing beside another player as rampage ends seems to reduce the chance of this occurring.
  8. I think the comment that maybe they should skip NIM for now and release a new raid sm and HM that is melee friendly is a fair comment. They made the content so hard that the average baddie that plays melee DPS just cannot handle it even in SM. Its a sad day when I am the last DPS alive on an 16 man lurker run pulling 5k dps and surviving through 2 enraged crosses with only a tank and a commando healer left alive having to do the last 200k dmg alone and this happens all to often no wonder these people get sick and give up.
  9. Again after midnight last night latency was down to 45ms today during the day again it is back to ~200ms if i use my default connection route UK - Ireland. However if I route via France1 with pingzapper 65ms. We are getting sick of you sitting back, too afraid to make comment on the fact you said you were re-routing server traffic and yet you did not. Its fairly obvious that the issue is a bandwidth throttling issue Telia are deliberately dropping packets at peak time because they see game traffic as lowest priority and quick way to free up bandwidth on a congested line.

My usual latency till this began was 40 - 50 ms then it crept up over a few days to 80-90 ms then past two days was 120+ms with severe spikes over 500ms After tonight's changes its back down to 70-80ms and the latency spikes of over 500ms seem to have dropped to spikes of around 150ms. It is a noticeable improvement but still not back to the usual 40-50ms without spikes that it has been for the past two and half years. Thanks for the effort but please do not assume that the issue is totally resolved yet edit :- two - three hours later and its back to 45 ms seems to be way better now, will monitor for the next few days edit2:- A further three - four hours on and its back to 70ms seems its still struggling when traffic picks up.

  17. since Tuesdays "fix" there are red crosses occurring sometimes that do no dmg at all to the raid i.e. 15 ppl step in it (as one guy died to falling rocks or something) turns red and nobody takes a single hit from it. complaining ..no laughing ..yes Last week it would kill any dps or healer it chose to hit if it turned red regardless of what cool downs you used .. now it will be possible with enough rng on lucky pulls to kill it without ever getting a green cross

This is solved by jumping forwards as you land from the leap this will break the full leap animation that plants you on the one spot for a whole global achieved by tapping space bar whilst holding ur W key whilst leaping. I would realy suggest people that do not have ample control of their character movement do not try to play tanks.
  19. For the lolz .... As title.. Serious note .. looks like bio-ware just gave up with this mechanic because they know they will never get their game engine to make it work ever so made it super easy .. A stunning victory to the forum whiners !!
  20. You do not get pulled during rapid fire whilst tanking unit 1 it exempts u from pull whilst the blue is being cast. Most likely cause of blue in the middle is because tanks are swapping via middle during a rapid fire cast .. solution go around the front or back which ever is safer to raid Pull 5 is the only one where this can possibly occur as pull goes out 1-2 sec before rapid fire cast starts .. this is more than enough time to leap/storm back to unit 1 before raid arrives or phase walk. When pull around 5 min mark occurs this is always a possibility and since I am a playing vanguard as my main tank atm (although I run this 3 times a week with all 3 of my tanks) I just take off to 30m - ish with hold the line and out range that pull during rapid fire. TLDR version = don't be bad
  21. Yet they are still the only class that can negate every pull/push (as sniper entrench will only be up for half of them) from the core while you deal with the apparition knock backs ... so ...

Yes this issue is story mode only HM is dropping 2 tokens per boss its because bioware did not put a unique id on 8 man and 16 man bosses for sm so whichever boss you kill you get the 8 man loot container on many of the bosses. This is also making it hard for parsec / star parse to tell the different between 8 man and 16 man versions of the fight However in the giant disaster that 3.0 operations have been so far I am really not surprised
  23. They do not have the resources or staff to deal with the number of complaints received, this is all a result of closed small group testing on pts rushed patches / fixes to meet a deadline they really could not handle, result will me more sub lost than gained tbh
