  1. How about we revert the servers back to pre-patch so my guild and I can actually raid the content? As it stands with the "fix" to the droids we can't do anything. This is pathetic.

  4. 1961? That link shows 1500. I am using the dummy on the ship rather than the fleet. It is correct.
  5. 1. I was on the operations dummy. 2. No, that's dumb. 3. Why exactly 5 mins? Raid fights don't last 5 mins, why should my parse? 4. Read #3 5. I have an armor debuff from my friends in a raid, I'll use it on my parse. 6. I did. 7. I didn't. You don't make the rules for Parsing and don't get all butthurt because I can do more DPS than you. Feel free to do this under the same conditions and post.

Edit: I edited the parse to only count the time I was actually attacking, so if you click on the fight again, it will have ~2 or 3 seconds of 0 dps which brings it down to 1884dps.
  7. 1. When Rupture is refreshed and reapplied, I want it to place a NEW bleed onto the target, rather than refresh the current one. That way I can simply apply it and move on in my rotation and not have to skip over it for a gcd or 2. This would be worth a slight nerf in the damage of Rupture imo, if we can just reapply it whenever it is up. 2. I still get GCD's when I shouldn't... Not really class feedback but it is very annoying. 3. Make the 4 piece set bonus less ******(PvE, I don't remember the PvP one off hand). 4. Overall I am very pleased with my Annihilation Marauder in PvE and PvP, and sincerely hope that you don't bash up with the nerf bat. I honestly think it is fair that we do tons of damage when we are able to get in close because, like in every other game, range has such a huge advantage being able to stay at... range. EDIT: I made my own points and didn't bother to read the OP. Best forum poster EVAR! 1. Perceived as OP because I know how to play my class and can top the meters almost all the time. Granted, I do have all the tools to make that happen and some classes do not. 2. I perceive my spec as the best melee dps in the game, with the highest damage output if I am able to stay in close and not switch targets/have a lot of downtime. When Annihilator drops off, damage drops off, and obviously in phases when melee have to run out and the Ranged can keep plowing away health, it's kind of aggravating. I hope BioWare puts some stock into making mdps more sought out for their raids. As it stands most raids can be run with all Ranged and go extremely smooth, but if you run with all mdps, your healer's eyes will bleed, and you're probably not going to have a great time.
  8. Then let's not go misleading people that crit is actually good for Anni marauders. 25% is all you should need. Period. With 25%, that puts you at ~30% crit on white damage(raid buffed) and ~50% crit on bleeds. Coupled with the fact that Berserk is free crits on bleeds and bleeds are 40% of our damage, if not more on some fights, crit after that point is rather silly. Your rationale puts too much stock into the fallacy that white damage crits are > increased damage on said white damage and harder hitting bleeds.
  9. You're probably better at carnage. From what I've heard, annihilation is the better of the two specs as far as damage goes, if both are played at the tip top performance with the best gear and whatnot. Only is what I have heard and I personally suck at carnage, so I can't really test it for myself. That isn't to say it can't be used or isn't good, just the Annihilation tops out a tad higher. At the end of the day, you raid as what you want to, just passing along what I've heard. EDIT: Strictly talking PvE here, btw
  10. To be honest, it doesn't really matter. Just get her whatever has more of whatever, and you'll be just dandy.
  11. I personally like to take Defensive Forms over Brutality. In almost every raid encounter there is going to be random, encounter related damage that melee dps are going to take, and with defensive forms, you will be gaining a lot of Fury from that random damage. This allows you to get through that fury build up phase faster and keep your Berserk uptime optimal. I think this bonus Berserk uptime is worth 2 talent points more than 15% critical strike chance on a filler attack that's damage is not that great. Bleeds are 40-50% of our damage, with berserk adding to this. Savage strike is no where near that. If it were a 15% damage increase on savage strike(or whatever) it may be worth the points.
  12. You really, really, really need to tone done the tankassin nerfs. They are extreme and unwarranted for PvE tanks. 50% off of dark charge I can live with, but 4% of lightning? and 115% armor increase off of LIGHT ARMOR? We're all going to get merc'd. You didn't slightly nerf 3 aspects of tankassin slightly, you smacked it with a 8lb nerf sledge hammer and it's really not alright. Find a way to balance tankassins in DPS PvP gear without killing the PvE tanks and try again.
  13. Well it's nice to see that most of the Juggernauts are happy with their changes. See as how Assassin's got absolutely demolished with the nerf bat. Then the hammer. Then with the bat again for good measure. (One for Dark charge healing, one for dark charge armor, and one for lightning healing. Go BioWare!)
  14. How do they justify this as a slight nerf? It is an extreme nerf... In the blog it said that they opted to slightly nerf these different aspect rather than hit one of them extremely... I guess their definition of extreme is to outright remove it from the game. I hope this gets amended before the release of 1.3, because this is simply ridiculous. I can understand some healing nerfs... but splitting one in half and chopping a third off of the other? Along with a armor nerf? Are you insane?
  15. ^ This. Also might be stuff that we already know and they are just confirming with dates, which is also undeserving of hype since it's not really a big announcement of new material.
  16. I hate how at the moment Legacy level doesn't mean you actually unlock anything. Legacy is just a big money sink... I want to see things that are unlocked with level. The buffs and race unlocks were good, and I like being able to choose certain perks like the rocket boots, but some things need to just be unlocked with level and the achievement therein, not just making it a money sink.
  17. Marauders need every one of them or they will die in half a second. Shouldn't you be complaining about Powertech/Vanguard DPS?
  18. Isn't it disappointing? Also, the Columi weapons for Imperials have +31 crystals opposed to Republic +41. I guess they really don't want top tier purple crystals and so they shaft gearing up Imperials to reach that goal?
  19. I roll a tank on my assassin. 31/0/10 Enjoying it quite a lot. Leveled it because my guild needed a tank and now it may become my new main.(Opposed to my Marauder)
  20. And do what with my money, give it to Blizzard/Activision? No thanks, I'm having more fun playing this game with the miniscule population on my server than I did playing WoW. With transfers incoming, there is really no reason for me to leave.
  21. I'm sure this little stunt has added to the 700,000 that have left since launch. BioWare done goofed bad on this one. Bad. From the original GM that did this to Joveth, they have really displayed what their CS can do for you.
  22. For the sake of this game, literally, I hope that they get this right. I truly like this game, but if this transfer thing goes south, I'm out.
  23. Almost as silly as the 1/2/3 hour reduction in fleet pass and 1/2/3 MINUTE reduction in fast travel for like 100k/200k/300k or something ridiculous like that. I am legacy level 35 and it means absolutely nothing. Legacy is just a money sink, which imo is very disappointing.
