I think this is a fine idea, sign me up. Could it be taken further to have an ongoing correspondence with your love interest? Receive a letter and then in the style of voiced conversations have three reply options to choose from? That would be kind of cool.

Hi Bioware, I had a wall of text here then deleted it, giving you folks there the TL'DR version: Played the newest chapter tonight, tired of watching my SW taking orders from poorly written npc's, not able to perform as a SW should and having my guy just acting as a second rate inconsequential character in general. I've been removed from the story and I no longer have any investment in what happens. That is all, thanks for reading.

To the OP: Comparing the Consular to the Inquisitor is a little difficult due to their wildly different backgrounds. Remember the Consular was stated to be more powerful in the force at 4 years old than his master was at 15. This implies that he/she has been trained and tutored by experts from birth to be an absolute master of his powers. The Inquisitor on the other hand is a young adult who probably just discovered he had powers and was thrown into training meant to provide quick numbers to the sith. The very fact that this Inquisitor lives to see lvl 50 is a testament to his raw power, cunning and an ample supply of luck. These two characters could not be more different at the start and mid way through lvling, but at lvl 50 the sith has evolved into something much more in line with the Consular's power level. He has walked his path, learned from the mistakes made and is now ready to take his place among the great force users in both power and skill. My 2 cents anyway...

This. Above everything else this is the reason why I cancelled my subscription. Ive posted my reasons elsewhere but if you want feedback Eric look no farther than your billing department. They will tell you an epic tale of trouble and woe. Treat your customers with respect and fairness, realize they are the reason you are here and cater to them. Radical, but it works.

Been here since the start of the game and played constantly. Bought CC items regularly to improve the look and feel of my characters and I felt good doing it because, I thought, it would contribute to future development of a game I enjoyed. Lately I've had a couple of annoyances which have led me to think about taking time off, then I experienced the biggest annoyance of all and it was a true /Ragequit which is a first for me. 1: BW forum moderators moved a complaint post (maybe even more than one?) to the "Off Topic" section. This blew my mind. This shows a complete lack of respect on BW's behalf for fellow gamers and myself. This alone was enough for me to quit. BW...I've learned that Star Wars fans are one of the most detail oriented and fact based groups around, how did you possibly think this would go unnoticed by the community? 2: Knock downs, stuns, slows. Since starting on the Revan boss fights and heroics with the new expansion I spend a lot of time in one of those three states, I'm not fighting mobs, I'm just outlasting them. Its annoying, not quit worthy but still guys, c'mon. 3: Recycled gear for almost everything. As I said in the opening comment, I want to spend some money on your product to keep the game healthy but I'm not getting a real reason to do so. Let your imaginations run wild and build some real armour and weapons consistently. 4+5: See #1 above. Improve your customer service (Admitting mistakes is a true strength, not a weakness), make an effort on being creative with the gear and do something for all the people having difficulty with their nerfed comps. Oh, quit letting every second silver mob nut kick me into a 10 sec stun. Address these issues and I and my wallet will return, happily.

Hehe, it's odd how all these "unreasonable" people have the full paying subscription isnt it? Its somehow easy to look down on the people who pay to make this game sustainable it seems. Instead of mocking them, ask them to give it a second chance because your not going to play much longer without them.

I hope you don't mind me using your words here. This explains how I feel as well. While my reaction to the companion nerf was much more subdued than many I understand that people are upset and I hope BW will listen and act accordingly. The action that caused me to cancel my sub today was seeing a complaint thread moved to Off Topic without notice. This was the first time I had ever seen this here, although many fellow posters stated this is not an uncommon occurrence. I was/am so taken off guard by such a sleazy move that it made up my mind to quit the game right there. I've packed my wallet away BW, I will miss your product but your customer service is just sad.
