  1. You shouldn't be able to break every stun. It has to be used strategically. Wait for your resolve bar to turn white, THEN break the CC. After that you enjoy a healthy 15 seconds of CC immunity. If you use your breaker with a not-full bar of resolve, you deserve to immediately eat another 4 second stun because you did it wrong.
  2. Not only is this ability staying as is, but with the next patch they're causing Warrior/Knight's Force Push ability to reset its cooldown. You angry OP?
  3. I love how many people didn't read the original post lol. He's clearly complaining about the bug that does not give daily/weekly quest credit for a warzone win. He is NOT complaining about Republic's winrate, though that does sort of make the bug stand out even more. It should have already been hotfixed... the scary thing is there isn't even anything in the patch notes about it.
  4. But it's not if you got in for early access and entered your product code before EA ended. Basically they start your free 30 days when you enter your product code, even if you have early access left. This is just another subtle way to jack people out of their free game time using a technicality. Sad. Mine ends in 4 days on the 18th. Yes, December has 31 days. That means we're getting 29 free days of game time instead of 30. Yet another shady thing they did. Now apparently cancelled accounts are being randomly re-activated. So desperate.
  5. Die less. The medical probe is a luxury... use the Return to med center option.
  6. We really don't need more of these threads about people's iQuit stories. I understand that you don't like the game... I understand that there is a LOT wrong with it and it's perfectly understandable to unsub. It really is a bad game being dragged along for maybe another couple months by the star wars label. However, I don't care that you're quitting. All this does is drown out the few legitimate threads that are posted. If you want to tell BioWare you're quitting create a ticket or post on the customer service forum or e-mail them via support.
  7. Sentinel/Marauder gets a 10m range healing debuff for 20%. Also you might be referring to the inherent 30% healing reduction that EVERYONE experiences in pvp combat. That one's called "Trauma"
  8. It'd be incredibly easy to make separate penalties for an intentional leave involving right clicking the Warzone icon and clicking "leave warzone" and actually getting afk-booted. Don't use that as an excuse to ditch every single game you join because you're sick of Huttball or are butthurt that the other team has one more 50 than you do.
  9. Just as long as every other widely request feature; in other words, too long for there to still be a healthy sub base by that time.
  10. They're probably flying out of the GTN, which would mean RE'ing one sacrifices about half the credits he can sell one for. (Due to RE yield being roughly half the mats on average that were required to make the item) That said, credits are easy.
  11. Release date of December 20th should clear any doubts anyone has... It was forced out for holiday revenue. I understand the truth hurts, but that's what happened. I'm sorry, but bugs exist that existed for months of beta. I'm a huge fan and want nothing more than to see SWTOR succeed. I'm 50 and still pumping hours per day. I will pay until probably about March, at which point my faith will evaporate if the game is still in its current state.
  12. A compelling argument and you've firmly explained why I'm wrong and you're right and have therefore put me in my deserved place under your boot. Oh wait, lol. Stop dodging all of the people using your post history to remind you of how terrible you are at the internet btw.
  13. No, they are classes. They have completely different playstyles. If you roll a Smuggler, you CEASE to be a Smuggler ever again upon selection of your advanced class. You are NOT a "scoundrel smuggler" or whatever other desperate justification people have tried to come up with for calling a Gunslinger and a Scoundrel the same class. Your notion of it being a glorified talent spec is not only incorrect, but it's (like I mentioned above) a desperate attempt at coming across as correct, and it's your opinion. your opinion is wrong. I realize that's an invalid statement to make, but in this case I just couldn't help myself.
  14. Same server only, creates group only without without free teleportation, and puts the group members all on the necessary quest to enter the flashpoint and I'm fine with that. NOT cross server, NO teleport (They're all on freaking fleet or Ilum anyway).
  15. It's meant to be a credit sink; even after getting it, you'll have more than you know what to do with. Combine that with the fact that you hardly ever get dismounted by attacking NPC's and the fact that 10% increase really is nice overall, it's worth it.
  16. Mission items tab in inventory. Bring along a medpac and don't forget your CD's btw. That mob that spawns is kind of tough. Obligatory "not sure if troll"
  17. My first thought on this was "Oh, well that works... I have to either use commendations for ezmode mods and have to pick the endurance ones, or I can get the mods from crafters and get the higher primary stat ones. That's fair, encourage player interaction." Then I saw that the ideal Strength and Aim modifications are available from Commendations at the highest rank. Fix plz.
  18. So to be clear, you acknowledge that there is plenty to do but you're prematurely bored with it due to an underdeveloped attention span and complaining about it? Just another thread crying about end-game people, nothing to see here.
  19. There have been plenty of official statements that the majority of the player base in an MMO (Yes, I refer to WoW) is casual, and don't read the forums/haven't played since EQ/etc. It's not like the MMO community has done a 180 with SWTOR or something. It's still mainly casuals who would be pissed if the game were that punishing.
  20. They have enough problems without implementing death penalties that will drive away a majority of their subscriber base. (Yes, the people who prefer current death penalties are in the majority)
  21. Expertise takes up a stat slot that could be used by alacrity/crit/surge/power/accuracy otherwise. Just sayin
  22. People leaving causes a chain reaction the results of which are unsalvageable. 1 guy leaves, this screws up the PUG's togetherness, another guy leaves, and by that time you have no chance because the enemy has the same players on its team. Frankly not only do they need a debuff, but there needs to be a credit/commendation penalty too. That's just my opinion though and im sure no one will agree with it.
  23. So we've all read from various sources that the Legacy system is currently in a high spot of priority on the developer list. (The developer list, not the bug fix list; these 2 are separate, please refrain from posting things like 'OMG FIX TEH CURRENT GAME FIRST') My concern is this: Currently, I feel unable to roll an alt on my main's server where I've earned a Legacy level of 8. The reason for that is Stephen Reid has said there will be additional character customization options available with the improved legacy system. So, naturally, I feel that if I make an alt now, I get my awesome last name (Which is awesome, don't let anyone tell you otherwise BioWare; it's not your fault they didn't read the fine print about it.) but I don't get to take advantage of these new character customization options unless I create a brand new character. SO my predicament is this: Either refrain from rolling an alt with my Legacy name (Which I do want to do) in favor of being able to use the new customization options that come with Legacy, or make one now just to possibly have to reroll if the new customizations are indeed epic enough to warrant such a decision. My suggestion, then, is PLEASE allow character cosmetic options earned through legacy to be applied to already existing characters. I do realize that if I really want to play a different class on the same server, I could... nothing is stopping me. However, I'm sure you as other fans of the game can understand my concern. Thank you. TL;DR - Future Legacy cosmetic perks should be able to be applied to currently existing characters, preventing the need to refrain from rolling an alt til then.
  24. I suppose the question is, is it worth preventing the ability delay for those who suffered from it very mildly in favor of not having an ability queue? (This is a useful feature in many situations) I will try it though
