I watch Maniac's stream regularly and play against him all the time. He knows the class inside and out, and is actively involved in the community. He's an excellent candidate and got my vote. Its a shame all the blind hate, etc. etc from forum trolls and nobodies costed him his spot. I hope you all feel good about yourselves having accomplished nothing.

Focus targeting is essential un high-end PvP. The way we do it is one of two ways. A) We assign a target caller (usually a sniper) and all the dps set him as the focus target. When someone from the enemy team gets low, is out of CD's, or is otherwise a priority, he will call a switch. Our dps will use they acquire focus target's target keybind and promptly hard-switch on to the target and burn him down. If he pops a defensive CD or gets guard, deending on the CD and his hp, we might leave him alone, or continue dpsing. B) In ranked the norm (not including Synergy...) is to run 4 dps. So we have two, two-man teams. We have them focus off each other, and they call separate targets. When someone gets low or needs to go down, we hard-switch on using all 4 dps for a kill.

This. It ruins games. Please keep PvP competitive and punish those who don't use all their available options in an mmo.

First of all this makes no sense. Have you even watched Waka's stream? He's a good player on probably the best Rated team in the game, and he knows the class in and out. And outdated spec? What are you talking about? Waka plays full deception from what i've seen (when he isn't tanking) but the Wakajinn hybrid is still viable. It sounds like you have a bad case of keyboard warrior with a little bias in there.

From personal experience, keybinding is something to get used to, but it pays off. I got a Razer Naga and my effectiveness has gone through the roof since I got it. I would also suggest binding the A key to strafe left, and the D key to strafe right, to avoid keyboard turning.

Agreed. What this game needs to fix PvP is a stun every GCD for every class. And nerf operatives.
