  1. Again tears in forums for nerf. Operatives and scoundrels have nerfed to the ground already and now to remove them? You aren't serious!!!!!
  2. Scrapper tree already suffer much of dps with all this nerfs have take so far (with operative also) but with 4 attacks you are out of action as well very fast.That is something must bioware fix. Is so annoying after shoot first-fists-flech-back blast-fists or kick u can't attack except pistol basic attack. And the cool head doesn't help especially in long combat.Fists take to much action+upper hand.Back blast and backstab consume a LOT of action compare their damage. Before 1.2 update , concealment and scrapper was very funny to pvp and now they have lost survivability also.The h.o.t. they have is very limited (even this nerfed ). A year now i play with my scrapper only to gear the character 2-3 wz's per day.I do a much lot dps with my shadow and vanguard. Operatives and scoundrels need boost to be balanced.Increasing their damage or reducing the consume of action. Ofc many go 'happy' when they nerf them.Many on the forums burst with tears 'this overpowered,this is to much dps, this is to much heal' Bad's cry all time because they can't kill even a sick jawa .Keep in mind if someone haven't gear can't do many things in this game.And especially many who go with pve gear inside war zones. Ruin the groups without reason....
  3. You aren't serious! Many pvpe'rs don't care to take pve gear throw raids. I am one of them.Maybe you like raids and op's , some not.Why to go to flashpoint or op for 3-5 hours? Is a waste of time. And besides stop crying. A large amount of the community have job's,real life to spend and little time to play (3-6 hours more or less).Why to force to do pve to get gear as you say? Use your brain first before write something here! For me will be better if bioware fix the bolster and in 55 wz's exp points will be apply ONLY who wear pvp gear. So if you want to pvp without exp points to be dead in 1 smash-hit. That is the proper. Anyone who care for pvp, can cap the ranked tokens and normal before 55 so when hit the final lvl to take some pieces of conq and obroan armor. Is so easy. But you cry maybe because you didnt care for pvp at all and you want to do 'everything' with your pve gear.This isn't make any sense.If you don't like then don't pvp at all.Will be better for anyone...
  4. Scoundrel.... Before 1.2 update I do 9k-12k dps with shoot first. After 1.2 was rare to be more than 4k. After 2.0 things have go better but not much. The scrapper tree have suffer a lot nerfs all this time.I tell you this cause i play scrapper with my scoundrel always.But even after all this nerfs in 1v1 u have the 'upper hand' to kill but keep in mind that needs diffrent tactic to kill tank or dps or healer. Another thing is the action go fast down.And still after 1.2 this tree suffer from action.Plus u have to learn well the right cast-skill rotation.Your success depends on that. Also 90% when u attack as scrapper the same time u have to move as well.People try to get away from ninjas almost all time so means need a good exercise.It will be little easier if you have gaming mouse. If you learn well and become skilled in scrapper you really will enjoy it.I laugh a lot with a guy say 'hey there a jugg in snow with 41k hp u cant kill him' but I do my job well.If you use good tactic u can survive in long combat as well.Scamper will help you also
  5. Oh yeah ..another thread full of tears for scoundrel/operative healing.Some people are so bad everything they can't kill need to nerf. How about learn your classes better ? Cry more........
  6. You right. Really tired of people crying in forums about classes. 'This need nerf', 'this need boost' ,'heal is overpowerd' , bla, bla ,bla Already operatives and scoundrels have nerfed 3 times in the past.This getting tiresome.Many are bads here, most of them some jedi's who thing with their class can kill everyone. Bioware finally must put a red line about classes.The devs remember very well with 1.2 update when they nerf everything they lost half of community! Nerfs make the game reducing population.Entire guilds left TOR because of this.And the same people who cry they write in general chat 'this game is dead'. They don't know what they want really. Smuggler shot first in scrapper tree is rare to do more than 6.5k dps. And smashers/sweepers can do 8k+ 2 times in a row.And they still crying! Final words to nerf lovers: If u can't kill someone in 1v1 find another way.Or maybe the class u have isn't for ya.Try another one.And if u don't like it at all, then uninstall the game.Better option than to be here and QQ all time
  7. I Agree. And let me add some things because many here are players after 1.2 update and they have no clue what happened. First of, the game before 1.2 update launched, had a good open pvp on Ilum. There where missions in pvp terminal with rewards work both for open pvp and warzones. Everything was promising for this game ,because many pvpers we enjoy this battles as always have in the past with other MMO's. Unfortunately after 4 months game launched, the devs take a critical decision : To remove them. Why? 2 reasons was enough for this. 1.) The code of TOR is heavy. And I mean it. The lag on Ilum when one instance had more than 140+ players not only do the game unplayable (you press your skill and it casts after 4 sec ) but even with 8GB ram I had after an hour for first time In my previous system I see a blue screen!! 2.) In the beginning the game was unbalanced. A lot. I don't mean the classes but in faction population. This days the TOR was 72% Imperial and 28% Republic. Most of the day you see 40-60 Imps waiting to farm 25-40 Reps who hide in their base. For this 2 reasons only was enough to remove this option. You cant re programming entire code (to late for that).Many see this and that's why a lot pvpers left the game after 1.2.It was natural the game fade out. How many warzones you can play per day? At least on Ilum ,even with this problems 3-4 hours gaming passed without noticed! As for the arenas I have no confidence about them. 4v4? Is more like a meeting in a table for dinner than pvp battle.
  8. Rotten community? Well you can say that from a point of view. Especially the people who are new in MMO's. The truth is after all this years playing MMO's when I start playing DAOC in 2002 no one had behavior you will find now.Reasons? Many of them. Most important ,no kids Only mature people had access on internet and we all had the best polite behavior to each other. No trolls, blames and all this stupid things. We where all serious and we looking to have fun plus meeting people from other countries to discover their culture. It was something new to us to meet different persons from Eurore or US. And that's why I have still many friends from this 2 games and here almost all left. Entire guilds .Ofc was VERY rare to find un-guildy characters in games. Same in the SWG also. Best community I have ever met. Factions can speak all time to each other.That means the game IS social. When we don't PVP we had groups with rebels and imps together going to do something (DWB comes in my memory) And I am glad this communities still exist as legal or with reprograming projects (like swgemu).Very rare to find idiot to call you 'noob' if you play it for first time. Even if you do mistakes either on PVP or PVE content Here things are different. And I mean A LOT. Many blame each other, even for nothing, Personal experience in warzone .4 months ago. with a guy from Coral we fight to kill an imp and after died he go mad on me and he say 'I stole his kill'!!. 12 years PVP NEVER see that before! I have nothing with anyone or the guilds Just because one person is so idiot that doesn't mean the guild is not good. This happen in any guild. But the fault is not only in guild mates but most of the time on leaders as well. They have to control and observe who recruit .And depends on them to trust their officers what people to recruit. But this happen in PVP servers... That's about rotten communities. The more idiots and 'trollers' have a game, the more 'rotten' the community is.....

  10. Doesn't happen. Is very rare plus not only the group will have max 7 or 6 people but and even better players comes they just leave .No one stay in the middle of warzone except worse players
  11. Ok this is getting really tiresome. Bioware must do something about it. There exist to many idiots who leave warzones before even start. And don't tell me about stupid things like some they have no good gear etc. We all pass this path no one had gear when lvl up toons so devs MUST bring penalty to all fools who leave warzone's. Like 200-300 remove tokens from inventory plus 1 hour at least debuff so they will not allowed to que again soon. Bring this penalty so I want after that to see who have the guts to ruin entire groups or no..
  12. Well Iam not a forum person ( I never was) but since I havent write near a year some things must fall into place. Why are people bubbling about ops/scoundrels? 1 year and half same bull*****!! :Nerf this ,nerf that, is really annoying.The truth: The most nerfed classes out there is scoundrels and ops! Already nerfed 3 times after 1.2 update.But some funboys who play jedis and thing they are immortals when operative or scoundrel kick thier a**beging to cry here .With focus, sentinels,marauders doing 8000+ dps and the idiots still crying.For me focus must be the first to nerf! Otherwise raise the damage in other classes and skill trees. Nerf idea from many who cry in forums after 1.2 update bring massive exodus to many pvpers cause become more unballanced.Until 2.0 it was rare to find scrappers in wz's.The good pvp we had before 1.2 I doubt we will find it again. And 1 more thing to bioware. Do you know all you devs what TRULY missing from TOR? Something your remove already.Open-pvp.I dont care where would be Ilum,Tatoine whatever, just bring it back with some mission in pvp terminal.The most serious reason 70% of pure pvpers left the game.But of course as I remember was cry again cause the game after all this months from launch IS still unballanced.Wasnt funny to see 20 reps versus 60 imps camping mostly in bases.But for this unballance is your fault bioware not the players.Wrong advertising before the game starts, with classes. As for warzones ..what to say? Things have messed up.Isnt funny again to have a group with 1 healer v 4 healers.There must be some action.A good example: Make something like group-que for pug warzones with max 2 healers each group or 3 .Ballance things before more people rage-eject......
  13. Is really annoying.This problem didnt exist before 1.4.Bioware fix that bug, more wz's is 7v8 ! What happen? We all pay this game for fun and not a simple bug ruin the gameplay:mad:

I thing all this happens because : 1.In some wz,it happens 4 to be from same guild that means better communication known each other playstyle etc. 2.most of the times half groups in normal wz's dont have the gear the others have.This is complete Devs fault,the idea to have tiers in pvp.For me is stupid.Why must be like this? what the propose to make a toon, to be 50 and after that to want 2 months to equipment full war hero??In other games doesnt exist that.Whatever lvl u are, u can say your trader to craft what u need and when u caped 50 to wear it.No tiers .nothing.and thats the results:The pvp become unballanced even with same numbers!! I dont blame people become angry and leaving warzones.Penalty to poeple who had the idea with the pvp equipment.Not the players. And 1 last thing...all players who come to pvp,read some damn guides out there to learn what u can do and not fight like headless chickens.........
  16. Hello fellow Farstarians! A lot of familiar faces here ...Idrazor,Shuno,Adarie,Ziso,Cripp,Decico,Johra....and the catalog has no end Farstar toons:Bat'Man and Giatros ( I was in Kyram mostly and Chim in the end for few days ).always imps .But not anymore.I am playing Republic with other 2 guilds we move together from farstar to Basilisk server. -C- and SR. KOTOR was with us as well but dissapeared.Since in -C- we play only 2-3 ppl (almost all left).And most dissapointed ..the entire server becomes dead and I am thinking to move.But I am active in emu also (pre-cu project) I hope we all meet again in 1 server and have the fun we miss 5 months now after SWG closed (I havent stop blame lucas yet )

I agree with you in many things.Not only your server dying but mine also (Basilisk).Yesterday i wait near 20 min to que for warzones.As for low lvl ...dont mention it.And you right about the server transfer.This service must come quick if bioware want to save the game.That was the most wrong thing i have ever see with servers in MMO.A huge number of 'small' servers (32 i thing only the europe that insane). 10 will be nice so the servers have the population needed to have fun. Whoever had this idea with teh servers...propably he/she havent play mmo in entire life o.O:eek:

SWG it was very amazing game.If your fantasy stop then actually you will stop playing it.TOR is diffrent game.Excellent story quests, nice graphics ,etc.A diffrent era.Both games are unique.Tor gives you the feel as 'more friendly'.SWG you had to explore it.Except the themparks and some few quests here and there....but with a lot of things to do.Even if you bored with pvp for example ,you can take your ship ,put your friends in and the fun begins. Or to decorate,or some galactic civil war,or to go to your house, or or grid ....Here the only place you can say 'home' is only the fleet.Tor is more game. SWG was more 'vitrual reality' From my point of view,the shut down of teh galaxies still shock me.But the most important crime was the NGE update...

Wrong.The reasons some people leaving a warzone is many.If you have some phone call and u need to quit then why to penalized?Or you crash ?That makes no sense.Plus Admit 1 thing and is true:Some warzones because of the joining timing maybe can blocked inside a wall of voidstar.Or as happens often in civil war to be 6 reps with 8-9 imps.Why the reason for someone to stay?Battle is already lost.Havent you realize the game is 75% imp and 25% republic?Maybe in the feature fixed that ,but for now this happens.Plus most imps have better gear than republic players because of numbers.Imps can do much easiest hm flashpoints that republic players. Always we must thing both factions not only 1 side:p
  21. Well hope bioware something must do about it.We all have pay for this game and all we want to have fun. But to stay and wait 2 hours to play well ..thats insane. From my point of view, now the game has released,to have an option to move the guild or the characters we have already create to other server.My half guild cant log in because of this situation.We must have an option to move the guild as it is to other servers.Most of the people become angry with that. So please bioware,make an option to move to other servers so all be happy and enjoy the game.
