I agree that the IA OP WH, like most WH, looks pretty damn average. Truth is though, it's all about the orange gear. Come up with your own look, something that represents what an IA OP means to you. I hope you find one. Just remember though, they only made a limited amount and most people preordered them mid to late last year. I preordered mine from Amazon back in August. Also, I have the CE and the statue.. cd.. any other physical stuff is sitting around collecting dust. The security key can be still bought, or you can just use your phone. And the whole "could just buy"... that WAS us too. How hard is it to input some credit or debit card info into Amazon.com? Just another case of being late to the party. I don't know about you.. but I'd been looking forward to this game for years. No staggered release was going to stop me.

Amazon US was the most popular way that we got it. Others got from various Amazon Euro stores. Basically, Amazon was the go. But look, I now get what you were getting at. It is very odd for CE versions not to be included with the official Australian launch. However, it was never hard to get, and one should not shy away from international shopping, it is the way to go. Currently buying a TV from germany as prices here are horrid. They probably would of charged us much more for the CE here anyway.

I'm a bit confused by this thread. Many, many, many Australians such as myself got the CE. The same bunch of Australians that didn't have to wait for this game to be officially launched in Australia. Every Australian had the chance to get the CE, and to play before the official launch. You just had to read the forums that you are posting on now. -An Australian with a CE, and imperial soldiers uniform that remains unused until augment kits are put in. PS: You can still find CE's around.. google them. I believe Amazon still had some not too long ago.

As title says... You gotta love the new warzone. You can be 1%, they 100%, and still go on and win. This is how all alderaan should be. I've been on a team in the new Warzone where we were on 4%, they 100%, and we won. Only way you can do that in alderaan is capping three turrets which is just a silly prospect. Bioware, keep adding good warzones like this.

Yup. I'm over valor 70, so I have augmented boots and gloves, but it's just another thing they hyped up so much and failed to deliver. They made it sound like synth's would have access to a ton of new orange schems, that the world was at our feet. Wrong. We spend our days getting rich off making the same old orange recipes, will some pvp stuff thrown in. I'm rich because of it, so I cannot complain, but there is no depth. Also, please don't turn this into a PVP vs PVE discussion, k thnx. We can understand you don't want to PVP after the first time you said it.

I made a thread about the high pops on the oceanic servers, and then my computer crashed.... straight back to a 20min queue XD I'm willing to wait for some high pop goodness.

Look, I'm on a server where I can still get 30k easily for the missile batteries alone. But, I can just go jump on my synth main and sell an augmented acrolytes lower robe, that only requires grade 1 parts to make, for at least 100k credits. Purple ship parts require mandalorian Iron. Cybertech is just useless to me these days, and when I come to think of it.. it was never super useful. Grenades are ok, but are stil meh. I'm dropping Cybertech, for Armstech on my alt. You know why? I want to make an augmented "The Chomper" vibrosword for my Sorc, that's all. It really says something about Cybertech when I can go drop it over a single sword. I also don't waste my time trying to learn those Q61 mods and what have you. I'm a PVP'er, I don't raid.. maybe if you raid you might find some success. You'd still not make as much money as a Synth selling augments and augmented goods.

Looks like the transfers have all come through. There are now queues on both the PVP and PVE servers. Is the capacity of these servers the same as the US servers? There are a ton of players on though, so I'm willing to wait anyway. Over 110 people on the second instance of the fleet alone on the PVP server. The queues are nothing major, not like the 3 hour queues back in the day, so I'm not too fussed. I just wanted to put this out there anyway, since everyone thinks every server is dead, lol.

Top guild? Is that set in stone? is that a rule? Never heard of them, they're certainly not the best players I know. Don't write opinion like it's fact. Killing an easy world boss first doesn't make you the best. Did these guys play on all servers? did they face all the other guilds? It's laughable to claim any guild is best. Also, thanks for reposting that artical, it just undermined your already rubbish post. BF3 was never doing bad, and continues to be a great success for both Dice and EA.

"if" = buying recruit gear as a minimum. Everyone can do it. If the game is about to end as you join, you have lost little time anyway. And I'm talking about people leaving straight after the first goal, or the team is feeling the pressure. Not because a pizza man is knocking at their door.

I can get healing 2.5k, 5k without being near an enemy. I can get the 3k damage at first contact with the enemy. Just depends what class you are I guess. However, like I said before, if the game is going as bad as you say... whats the point of leaving? even if you as a player don't have the ability to get the rewards, the game will be over very quickly.

I don't want to have people rewarded for being in PVE gear, or being poor sods who can't even afford recruit gear. Don't even pretend like you can't sell your rag DNA samples for 4k+ a piece. Not to mention the crazy AH money making potentials right now. You have no reason to be in POS cent or champ gear.

This sums up Synth 1.2 - A very shallow skill that is currently making a huge amount of money on augmented gear and augments, but with no real improvement to variety or the number of gear we can produce. Basically our money making abilities is amazing at the moment, I can easily sell an augmented acolytes lower robe which cost me nothing to make... a few grade 1 materials, and sell it for 200k+, some people even sell them for 300k, I'd feel bad doing that. However, sooner or later.. most likely sooner, the market is going to calm down and we will still be stuck with a very shallow crafting skill.

How is it possible to get no rewards in a huttball game? Unless it's already 5-0 as they join and are about to score, which doesn't waste your time anyway, apart from a load screen. Otherwise, you can get 3medals+ easily in under a minute, if you have the gear.

Not on only is there an incentive, but a WZ is not lost until the game is over. On the new WZ the other night, the enemy got our bunker down to 4%, they were 100%, and we ended up winning. It was probably one of the funnest games I've had. Now, to even give us the chance to come back, we had a bunch of players give up and leave, the the ones that leave are usually the ones hurting the team in the first place. Voidstar and Civil War are different, and I hate the point of no return on civil war. Capping three turrets is a ton harder than capping two on the new wz. Players that leave after a single goal is scored in huttball are the worst thought, and we usually end up doing fine anyway.

Gl grinding two sets of WH gear anytime soon.

You know, they put recruit gear in for a reason. I still see so many people running around with 1-2 pieces of BM, and the rest being lvl30-40 mods. Waiting until you gear up in full BM while running subpar gear in the rest of your slots is only hurting your team. I'm not sure on your situation OP, you are probably in outdated champ gear, or you may be running subpar gear, or using PVE gear. Just buy recruit gear, k tnx. Expertise has no DM now, stack up on it. At 1000expertise I have a 20%+ bonus against other players, that is huge. You also make it sound like it's ok for one to drop into a WZ every now and then, and be competitive as a healer, when focused by those that do this day in and day out.

I nearly vomited when I saw how ugly our gear is. I've chosen augmented gear that includes a robe(with a hoodie), a head band(chars a female), with the WH boots and gloves. I'm thinking about swapping over to a WH force masters pants, because they actually look pretty good on a female. The head gear.... I'd rather just go watch predator. Anyway, at least we can use good looking gear instead... apart from the boots and gloves, lol. Idk what Bioware were thinking having only pvp boots and gloves be augmented.

Why are we comparing ourselves to the new FOTM anyway?

I'm a bit confused as well, but in other ways. First - They change our BM gear to have a load of crit, which is good with the DM and Softcap changes. I am easily able to pull 40% crit with my legacy IA buff. Second - They take a bunch of this crit away with the WH gear, and give us more power, but don't give us anymore surge. I just.. yeah, I really don't know what I'm going to do. I'll pick the WH Mystics gloves first, because that has surge and the same stat as the BM mystics gloves. It all goes to **** with the masters implants, there is no surge on them at all. I'm already down to 69% surge with the BM gear, and thats with BM implants that have surge. So yeah, like I said.. you actually will have less crit as a WH, with more power, but even less surge. It's derpy.

I've gone for augments with my BM gear, screw the set bonuses, lol. I'd rather have all these willpower/enduro augments that I've been crafting.
