  1. Starship was cool to get, but i wouldnt exactly call 2 cut scenes of your ship flying in space "travelling the galaxy" And why does my ship auto take off everytime i just enter it? Seems kinda non fuel effeciency to just take off everytime i need to talk with my companions or use my target dummy
  2. Suggestion, add an elevator destination from fleet to a duel area deck? That way you insure the instance wont affect the rest of the fleet and ppl who wants to duel or watch duels can just go down to that deck.
  3. This is such an easy fix from Bioware to make everyone happy reguarding this horrid interface issue. Option: - Autoskip introdution videos from warzones ☑ Fixed. But not only that, lets go in über customer support mode here: - Autoskip conversation dialogue from quests ☑ - Show class story dialogue ☑ Shame bioware wont listen to the ppl actually playing their game every day.
  4. I totally agree on this, i remember playing arathi basin endlessly aswell and it was great fun everytime. Maybe because you rode out on mounts at beginning it felt a bit more epic than just getting released from a room with a shield on lol, but yea logic is simple, If the pvp is fun, the warzones will just boost this feeling, but if the pvp is not fun, the warzones wont make enough difference for you to enough pvp. Personally i think bw did a huge mistake adding so many stuns in the game. Whats the fun in spending half your time pvping waiting to control your char.
  5. My logical reason to unsub was that ive cleared the story and content on 3 different chars. There is nothing more for me to do so i don't want to pay just to stand in fleet. My emotional reason to unsub was all my m8s left the game months ago and i have lost the fun with the game now and with its developers (Ilum fix 2013??) Which reason weighs the most? Id say properly the emotional one because if i still liked the game i would properly make a 4th char, or a 5th etc. but too many bad design choices and rollercoasting "feel" makes me feel like this "ride" is now over. I guess i just liked the theme too much of the rollercoaster that i took a few more runs. And to the guy that said its ppl own fault for not adapting to the game problems when fx ghost town servers started appearing, then i say no its really not. Another bioware design choice that ended horribly, this one related to server numbers/capacity etc. and you cant expect ppl just to start over because of a mistake not made by them. Personally myself i didnt leave because of gw2, the theme doesnt interested me, starwars did, and i properly wont come back because the emotional reasons will still be the same, and they simply just weigh heavier than the logical reasons.
  6. Funny thing is i played wow aswell from beta till wrath. And i can tell you that in Vanilla wow, i did not go through content as fast as ive done in this game. Do you remember the time it took to get your dungeon set in vanilla wow? Many runs, and when you finally got your last piece, what a bliss And then you were ready to step into molten core and after that BWL. I dont even remember making an alt before end of vanilla because i was so busy doing stuff on my main. In this game, it just feels lot faster to level and alot less to do once at 50. But i am not blaiming bw for this, it is clear they want to focus mainly on the story questing mode, but after a few runs through the same content over and over (very linear path, not like wow where you could choose to level in a different zone if you wanted) you just burn out. That and the silence from bioware where they keep so limited info to us just frustrates me aswell. At times like these where many loyal gamers from start is just basicly waiting for new content, changes, ilum news etc. you should not keep that silent. But yea as i said, i finally decided to cancel my frustration.
  7. Hehe, well i was just putting it the best way i knew how it feels Girls come and go but gaming is 4 life! Nah but i think a lot of ppl like myself had great hopes and faith in biowares final product after so many years of development and it is just disheartening to see now how the developers are handling things leaving us players in the dark, taking long silence breaks where nothing is updated. As OP said, next great things they talk about could still be months away and i for one have done every content there is many times and i simply just can justify for myself anymore spending more money and time on this dead girlfrie....GAME I shall miss the lightsabers alot, but time to move on.
  8. I know how you feel. I actually like the game, but i have never ever felt so left out on whats going on beyond the developer fortress as i have in this game. I understand that as just a customer we shouldnt be given explicit details on stuff if it is not ready but this time in between patches is just horrid. So far we've only got a short video of what is coming but not as you say in detail or any announced date. Ive played since december and when 1.2 hit and ranked was delayed, i gave them a chance. When my server was almost reduced to a ghosttown i stayed and tried keeping my guild active grapping as many ppl in as i could. When ppl burnt on waiting for ranked warzones only getting wh hero piece slowly i also stayed. When people left for D3 i also stayed. Now, i have maxed my 3rd char in full gear and a few days back after even more ppl left for GW2, i sat for one minute and re-evaluated if i should make a 4th alt but i just couldn't find the will for it. I have been loyal as long as i could, but this company has got A LOT to learn on how you keep your customers happy and being so silent or giving us 10 questions each week without any proper juice on them just makes you feel so left behind and basicly just that they dont care if you stay or not. So i have unsubbed now and i can tell you, the feeling of moving on is good. Its like being in one of those relationships you just know wont work but dont have the strenght to end aswell. But enough is enough now. I am not gonna sit around waiting for any small updates or level just another alt just because that is the only thing to do atm. Bioware if you ever read this, you have dissapointed me to the heart, you had every possibility to make me stay but the speed of your updates and shutting yourself inside your small little developers world doesn't make ppl feel connected to your game and i for one will not support this with my wallet anymore. I will be checking out the new moba game called Smite, tried a few games already and i am having loads of fun with a game once again.
  9. Cant expect a random player to be aware of where you are and his target is all the time. Dps is properly most of the time in tunnelvision mode, i know when im on my dps char my primary focus is on my target, if he is casting something that needs to be interupted, cds etc. my secondary focus is if he is being helped by a teammate so i must switch or if a ranged enemy is on me aswell and i can los him while still dpsing my target. after that then maybe i check to see where my healer is but as i said, you cant except random strangers to play by your rules. If he dies and calls you a noob then just shake your head, they will properly never know what dance you did in order to keep on landing heals on him My mains a sorc healer dunno if yours is aswell but a pull is fun when you had enough of this frustration
  10. They can introduce as many warzones they want but if there is not a better pvp balance than this crap we got going on atm, then no new wz is gonna make pvp more fun! Fix whats broken first instead of adding more golden poo on top of the excisting!
  11. I move around my target alot to make sure i dont get knockbacked in the wrong direction (down a hill, over edge of something etc.) I only jump when i need to keep moving away from you and jump in the air and turn mid air to do a railshot while continueing same direction. Rest of the jumping is mostly because of ppl are excited i guess
  12. Speaking as a healer here, reason why you properly see more stealths in game is because the best healer class atm is Operative. I at least have noticed more and more op healers around. But yea i dunno really why you wouldnt just go 8 stealths lol, nobody would know where you going to. Assasins and ops can cover every role in pvp
  13. My main is a sorc, after that i made a juggernaut, after that i made a pt. Ever since my pt got some gear i have targetted the marauders just for revenge These tears are priceless to me. Now you know how it feels being a sorc vs your marauder you spoiled *** dps class! God i love stealth scanning a marauder trying to get away with camo, whos laughing now aye? WHOS LAUGHING NOW lol p.s I am AP spec btw, so i am not worried about the upcoming range nerfs cuz i already operate close range, pyro boys looks like they gonna get spanked tho
  14. I have a full combat tech geared AP pt and yes for ranked my opinion is burst>mobility so pyro>ap there. in normal warzones i just love ap too much it is just too much fun seing every sorc or merc use their knockback and *** Nothing happends?? lol immolate is also by my opinion one of the coolest looking animation in the game, it just looks like someone has dropped a napalm bomb oh and the extra speed is so addictive, whenever i am out of AP cylinder i just feel like i have a constant slow on me lol but yea nothing beats the burst potentional of pyros TD+RS

    Sorcs in PvP....

errr, lol dunno if this is your first time on swtor forums, but devs hardly steps out of their developer fortress to adress whats going on with the rest of us "villagers" Devs stated with 1.2 changes that they made it to increase the level of difficulty of sorcs. No more easy mana regen system and no more just spamm our big heal only with reduced cast time. Problem is our flash heal isnt enough now to counter the big hits around wzs and our big heal gets interupted everytime unless the dps is total moron. Okay so take it up a notch on skill you say. Lets start using fake casting, which would be fine if we werent so damn squishy. You dont got time to stand in front of a dps and hope he falls for fake casting. In fact you dont have time to stand still at all when a dps is on you. I havent logged my sorc healer for weeks now theres no point atm and going in just to be the "hey its a sorc focus him" guy, nah, done that for 90 valor levels, time to have some fun with other classes far less broken. Hurts though seing all the op healers run around just spamming instant heals and staying alive. Or the mercs standing total immune to interupt under their shield. And then you spot a fellow sorc getting charged at during force speed >.< If you want to know how the devs really feel about our class, go read the 4 part pvp set bonus. [/sorc]
