  1. Anything but that awful Space Station would be fine with me. I just want an option of where I choose to spend my time while waiting for a WZ and/or FP to form.
  2. Would You Prefer an Outdoor Player Hub? If so, where and why. Tatootine because it's one of the most iconic SW environs. My 2nd runner-up is Alderaan.
  3. Ranked WZ queues should never play against unranked. How would BW even award points for winning an unranked game? It would be analogous to 50s getting BM from fighting 10-49s, meaningless. Am I missing something? This seems like a no-brainer.
  4. In the first link, the enemy team had over 1mil+ healing, and the only way a Sent/Mara can generate that healing output is with a bleed spec. --- Those numbers are impressive, were they mostly comprised of single-target damage?
  5. I could not find it either and would greatly appreciate a link. These stats are being passed around the forums like a "left-handed" cigarette and could lead to faulty-metric interpretation by the Dev Team. I am assuming the forums are where they get their information.
  6. Practically 2 players of any class can achieve this, but neither the anti-Sc/Op crowd nor Dev Team will ever acknowledge this fact.
  7. I don't think 1.2 is going to help you survive any more than presently against Concealment Ops. You may want to search the forums for 1v1 strategies.

  9. I posted earlier about why I dislike fleets, but I want to reiterate that having only one (1) option for a player hub is a terrible, terrible idea. More emphasis should be given to iconic SW planets, like Tatooine.
  10. No. I hate the indoor space station player hub concept. Planetary travel is unnecessarily cumbersome and segmented. Planets are sparsley populated by players and feel empty (Note: I play on a high pop server in my time zone - Jedi Covenant). Leveling experience is far too linear in my opinion which limits replay-ability outside of class missions.
  11. With a GTN/mailbox on your ship, I doubt people will frequent any cities. They'll just sit on their ships and play the GTN or Crafting mini-games while waiting for a WZ or FP queue to pop. While I despise the space station player hub concept, it does succeed at bringing the player base together. In fact, it is the only element in this game that makes it feel like an MMO in my opinion.
  12. This is one of the reasons why that will I eventually leave the game if not resolved. There are far more iconic and/or aesthetically pleasing SW locales that could be used as player hubs. I like DK city, but cannot stand Coruscant. I would much rather see Tatooine become a player hub. On a personal note - I really, really dislike indoor social hubs and we have only 1 choice that is a boring as well as unimaginative circle.

  14. Since you cannot buy high-end gear with Warzone commendations anyway, I don't understand the inflated conversion rate for Mercenary to Warzone. What is the difference in having 1000/1000 or 0/4000?
  15. I did the same thing yesterday evening before realizing the conversion rate is a swift kick in the junk. I lost approximately 1,800+ commendations in the process.

    So ... Ilum.

    I play on Jedi Covenant and I think the faction balance is fairly even, but I have mixed feelings about Ilum. Typically, there are either too many Republic or too many Imps and it becomes a zerg fest. Warzones on the other hand are typically dominated by the Imperials. So much, that I have decided it would be far faster to grind out BM on an Imperial character in WZs than on Ilum as a Republic. In closing, I agree with the OP as far as my server goes that Imperials have a far easier time obtaining high-end PvP gear. I cannot explain why, but perhaps it's the gear and/or skill disparity.
  17. I absolutely despise all the hoops one must jump through for planetary travel. In my opinion, there should be a max of 3 loading screens. Space Station > Ship Ship > Planet Planet > Space Station I feel that all of these unnecessary loading screens are affecting the feel of a "live" world. I rarely see players in the space ports because we're all stuck in loading screens at various points. Other than the space station, the world feels empty (and I play on a high-pop server) until you start running heroic missions.
  18. Down with orbital stations and superfluous use of loading screens.
  19. TOR needs an experimentation UI to provide crafters with the option to take risks in attempting to craft critical success (augment slots) items. This may not be the best idea, but something to make crafting more risky and exciting. The experimentation UI was my favorite feature of SWG crafting.
