  1. Again... You started from scratch at 50 also... allow others to do the same.
  2. It's also disrespectful to think that people who don't buy the recruit gear are actually trying to hurt their teammates... I'm not going to lie, when I hit 50 I had barely 80k left after buying my skills for my rotation... Recruit gear is pretty expensive for a freshly hit 50. And keep in mind even if you waited 30 minutes to an hour to days, that person has waited JUST AS LONG AS YOU, and not only that, you were in the exact same boat as he or she was.
  3. If you want to cut down the amount of people leaving warzones and such, you can't place a complete lockout on someone all it will do is cause people to do is just horse play around in the warzone giving rats *** about the objective. You pretty much have to bargain with them. Like I said before, give them an incentive to play it out.. Half the reward of a win is a little over if not equal to a loss. So in turn there will be no reason to leave a warzone unless they just really do hate being there. That can easily be said for myself (Voidstar can go play chicken with a planet for all I care). Granted this will not fully fix the leaving problem but only to decrease the amount of quits
  4. Most noticeable? Sith or Chiss... but if you're going darkside No point in both of those races.. Both already have red eyes
  5. Actually don't mind NC compared to Derpstar. But I must agree an AV type warzone would due wonders for this game. Only problem with an AV type game, I don't think a lot of people's systems can hold that much memory and such to be able to run the match/game effectively.
  6. I say invoke a "reserved compensation" system for warzones... By that I mean if a person leaves a warzone, they are marked with a debuff. If that person marked with said debuff reques for a new Warzone and wins, they recieve only HALF the reward/compensation and debuff removed. If the person continues to lose warzones the debuff will not stack but only stay there till they win.
  7. I'm not going to lie, I am that guy. I take pride in being "That Guy"... It has occurred to me that a lot of people function easier in combat/PVP when given directions. For Example: on Novare Coast when having capped West and East.... My team was struggling to hold West and East because we had stragglers hitting south for some odd reason. I took the initiative by telling everyone on my team to "cycle out" (People dying at West would then spawn and defend East while the East group goes and defends West.) saved us at 16 resources. I encourage people to be "that guy", you never know when your words might cause you to be victorious.
  8. Played both Shadow Consular and Assassin Inquisitor, Mercenary BH and Commando Trooper, Sith Juggernaut and Jedi Guardian... NONE OF THESE AFFECTED MY PVP THE SLIGHTEST BIT. This isn't a biased opinion either, I enjoy playing Republic over Imp side. If you can't handle these small "obstacles" you have no business playing a fast pace PVP game.. Go play some pong... the PVP is nice and slow.

    How To Guard in PVP

Pretty sure he knows what he is talking about... He's just restating what should be known facts... Do you always come off as a meanie weenie?
  10. Tanksins... Powertechs... Both have a grapple and a stun + Guard
  11. Your make some excellent points, never meant for this strategy to be used for all 6 tries... I just get very tired of running with PuGs who can't work across the ramps effectively ultimately causing us to lose...
  12. Run a stealth on one end and you're golden. This concept is safer than being stuns in flame vents, knocked off the edge which usually ends up people passing to the endzone from the pit anyhow, and just being nuked on the way on the catwalks. People facing "Good teams" will face pretty heavy opposition for both methods, the pit method just makes scoring faster and easier for people. Almost comes out to a Win/Win scenario... If you pass and score, the team is in the pits, if you die and lose the ball... The ball is in the pit.
  13. No strategy is fail-proof at the beginning... If you're facing a good team, your chances of making it across both flame vents and surviving the catwalks is very slim at best. With running the pits, you don't have to worry about such variables aside the occasional enemy grapple pull.
  14. In a perfect world that would work... In fact it kinda does, aside the 20 second cool down for intercede.
  15. Running the ball can be tiresome and a burden at times, I believe we can all agree on that. No sarcasm intended, but I would like to tell you a efficient way of scoring in Huttball... RUN THE PITS All this method requires is you to have someone of some sort to sit in the end zone and to catch or be a grappling point. (Stealth usually works perfectly for this). Now a whole lot of you probably think running the pits is a death wish but it really isn't. Its faster than running up the ramps bypassing two flames + narrow catwalks(which makes it easy to be knocked off). This method can almost be done with any sort of group make-up, haven't seen one that has failed yet.

    Resolve or D.R.

Give me your opinions on which is better. Diminishing Returns: Diminishing returns, abbreviated DR, means that certain spells and abilities are less effective against player characters if they are used frequently within a short period of time. Resolve: Well yeah, you know what resolve is by now... In my honest opinion, it seems like Resolve works as intended during 1v1 scenarios... Too much mindless CC slinging really ruins the sense of fun warzones should have.
  17. Was thinking this earlier today during a Voidstar...
  18. That sounds like the Rachni mission in Mass Effect 3!
  19. I was running the ball in huttball with my team defending me and all of a sudden the ball neutralized itself... Can someone explain to me why that happened...
  20. Why does capturing "The General" in Black Talon reward light side points? I thought prisoners of the Empire are treated harshly without remorse... It seems more logical to have the options reverse, Mercy killing (hes already wounded pretty bad) rewards light side while Capturing rewards dark side.
  21. The ability to buy a new ship... might not be so little but something to ponder!
  22. When I had my sentinel, I would always take smuggler gear and re-mod. I definitely plan on trying IA gear on my Marauder!!
  23. "Why are you yelling at me!?" Dromund Kaas mission
  24. 5... Story is very cliche...but I give it a 5 because I get to carry a gun
