Have played Consular to 50 (fiished) and 34 on my Inquis so far. They were both interesting although after helping a jedi knight complete his story line I felt mine was a bit.. less... epic i suppose would be the word. For the Inquis part, it makes sense and I think I'm just getting to the fun part of the first chapter now. i know some of the stories cross over a bit, or at least... I had Mako make a cameo in one of my republic stories.

A lot of people don't like the LFG tool. The Dev's have spoken about community and what not. Myself, I'd like a dungeon finder style tool. It's just too darn convenient. I still run into people questing as i level or during the dailies. Or see people putting groups together, notably with my guild/friends. I'd just like quick queue's to fill in the blanks.

I like space battles, lots of people I now like them too. What I really appreciate about them is I can play SWTOR in a different way. It broadens the depth of the game just having that fun little diversion whenever I feel like. I've often thought MMO's could use diversions like this to spice things up and I was really appreciative of finding one in SWTOR. In this line of thought, I was thinking of other similar games. What if there was a walker battle. We would pilot a large walker about a battlefield smashing entrenched opponents in an assault / defending against the enemy faction. I think this would nicely spruce up as a different "quest" players could do through planets but also as a daily thing they could hitup empipre/republic command @ fleet perhaps. Would you guys like to see something like that? I'm hoping that with the space battle things you could recycle the basic engine for that task by adding a ground element. PS - Oh, and how about some AIR battlles, where we're flying about the planet on bombing runs and what not.

DPS Commandos, we need an interupt. If you're going to balance HM encounters around interupting abilities. We need to be able to do that, or we're a liability in the group.

Bounty Hunters animations are top notch. Trooper animations are... a pass without honors. (sorry devs who did trooper animations)

I'd imagine its a damage balance thing blah blah, they should just make you fire the gun during animation to provide extra kickback into their face.

Yeah had the same issue, It's not the first npc email I've received that referred to attached items that didn't make it through the mail system either so I guess its /bugged. I sent a ticket in as such.

Thankyou for addressing the concerns of the community, and perhaps more importantly, communicating with us about the development. We appreciate the SWTOR team taking our thoughts on the matter seriously and keeping us in the loop of development. This helps us feel trust with the developers and I'm sure you'll agree that is another important aspect of MMO life. Also, thankyou for those constructive posts from the community which eloquently detailed the issue and helped provoke change.

Agreed, its really great at getting people's attention to say thanks or help out or ask about a quest. Not everybody pays attention to the chat window.

oh LOL I thought you were referring to a server issue we're having atm lol. Lord Praven has no responsiveness in game, we're just stuck. )= Yeah my pet has issues with some elevators, not so much with others. actually been better in the last day or so. He still dissappears sometimes, and I have to rememebr to reset his auto use abilities like crazy because they keep turning themselves back on.

I run around 80-100 FPS depending on where I am, with an old 5850 that has been through 3 pc's now. It's in a brand new system now though, clean with no issues so I guess maybe you should tidy house inside your rig or poke nVidia for new drivers. [edit] PS - With everything turned up high.

Lord Praven karked it too. We've been stuck in game with no ping for a few minutes now. Chat still works though.

I find searching for things on the AH inconvenient, you have to jump through hoops when just typing/dropping would be so much better. Also, even though there's so many sub-divisions you have to setup to search through, it fails to let you filter for the objects you really want (such as types of armor listed above). It's functional, but I'm not impressed with it nd to be honest have been avoiding it.

Lvl 27 Seer, very easy. DPS is pretty good and I tend to run with my first companion/tank pet. Can solo just about anything I've run into except 4 player heroic quests (can do some of them if I'm careful). Have even taken down many champions like the rakghoul overlord and the gathering the Jedi holocrons in the taris republic HEROIC areas (gold+silver elite mobs, super crazy high health). Depending on the spawn, if there's tough guys I'll send my pet in first. CC any extras (elites), dps the adds down fast. Once you get force armor you can toss that up and buy a buffer. Keep dot's stacked on the big guys (dps other spells when you can). In really tough fights I'll try to conserve mana, I'm biochem with infinate healpots so I use noble sacrifice (lifetap) to get a lot of extra force. For lots of little guys, I'll just dot'em all up. Do the AOE knockback when they hit me and then just execute anything that survived. TL/DR; you've awesome survivability and respectable dps so far up to 27.

Well they have been stuck out in the sun for ages in those cages... Seriously though, I've seen them re-use identical assets a lot. Not always, but then I gues not every person/team does the same quests right? It's not as noticable when they're all in armor but they often have the same vocal etc., to be honest though I didn't really notice it as much as it probably happened.

CCing isn't the problem. It's breaking the CC on a 1 min CD / out of combat only that's the problem.

Pllleeeaaasssseeee make actionbar changing macro's. I don't have enough space and changing slowly by clicking is annoying and potentially hazardous to my tanks health. Also, yeah. there's an assist keybind but I didn't seem to get it working or something, a bigger issue imho is sometimes the raid/party-frames are still out of sync with actual player health (bars over their head, anyway).

Yes. Apparently I "accidentally" ran a darkside diplomacy mission or something in a sleep-deprived state of playing. Ooops. SORRY NPCs!

I logged in, I couldn't logout. It wasn't a bug. Just too damn interesting... I eventually collapsed briefly, then was back on until maintenance. <--- suffers from Just-One-More-Quest-itis.

Empire side? I just went through on Republic side and only had one glitchy issue which I later resolved by abandoning the quest (get infected, it showed time because it kept reseting when I logged out or zoned but had expired so I couldn't actually get infected).

The problem with official forums, is everybody enjoying themself is playing and really not posting much at all. Gives a skewed player experience.

27 Jedi Sage Seer (healer), came in on wave 3. I'd probably be a little higher but I plowed through every quest over in Taris. was +5lvls over the mobs by the time I finished. Skipped over Nar Shada (just did class quest line) and hopped straight into tatooine. Advice: You'll need about 65k creds @ 25 for learning to drive, your mount, and your class skills (or was for me, figure its comparable for others). Yes, crew skills are great but sending them off, esp when you have 3, costs a lot of money!

I know exactly what option queues would be like, I've been playing mmo's for a decade. They actually work pretty well, most recent launches have been fairly smooth. To be fair in comparison, WOW came out when there was only a handful of mmo's. The industry is a lot more evolved these days. Factor in instanced starter zones to spread out server population (one of the major issues for just launched games) and you're in good standing. As for the anticipation of christmas day. Try telling your kids on christmas day you're going to let them open their presents sometime before new years but give them no idea of when exactly and see how well that goes over.
