  1. Endgame??? Are you sure we're still talking about TOR??? LMAO!!!
  2. My spelling doesn't have to be 100% as 1) this is a forum and 2) I don't represent a multi-billion dollar corporation - nuff said...
  3. I'm on the Harbinger and happy to say that the imperial fleet was over crowded with me, myself and I lmao!! I was the ONLY one on there and it felt great An entire imperial fleet at my disposal. While playing I noticed 3 ppl total on the server so quiet, no queues and quite enjoyable. And having those other 2 ppl on the same server didn't bother me as I only saw one other person very briefly...
  4. It's simple economics really. Gold sellers only target games they think are going to be profitable for a long time down the road. This game obviously isn't. Gold selling is big business and a huge time sink involved in the investment. Obviously they don't consider this game to be so great in order to invest a lot of time involved. EQ2, WoW, Rift, etc..., all the big name games that have a presence and been around for a while do have a heavy gold selling presence but not this one. Even they know this game is not doing as well as it should. Am I bashing the game - no, just giving an unbiased economical view. If the game was doing so great and could be compared to the "second coming" I guarentee you, you'd see a lot more gold sellers hawking their wares. I've been here since the very beginning and remember the gold sellers now they've all but disappeared. It's sad really when you think about it. The gold sellers are really what determines the games true success. Better the game the more gold sellers. During the last year of playing WoW, before MoP beta was introduced, I saw a dramatic drop in gold sellers spamming trade chat until it was non-existant. You REALLY think that Blizz can stop them?? If they can't stop them, then NOBODY can. As I said, it's all about economy and time investment. Gold sellers are spamming the channels in D3 lol!! We'll just see how long that lasts. If the current trend to leave D3 for the myriad of different reasons that were presented, you'll also see a dramatic drop as well.
  5. Actually it's not stupid. It just shows the intellectual prowess, or lack thereof, of what's supposed to be a "professional" company making such a blatently obvious error. Shame on Bioware... The word is "Sorcerer." it comes from the Middle English sorser, sorcerer, from Old French sorcier, from Latin sors, sort-, lot, fortune. The verb form is: sorcere. Example: As a sorcerer, he is able to sorcere through the forbidden dark arts. Once again this is NOT rocket science folks...
  6. I believe it is a fail when their installer has constant issues with corrupted files. I'm not the only one - the forum is rift with them... it's just very annoying to pay for something you can't play....
  7. Well I do like star wars and thought about giving this game another chance but I'm still waiting and waiting and waiting fighting an epic battle against the "Repairing Corrupted Files" Boss on my computer... Ah some things about this game just NEVER change...
  8. LOL! I guess it's like everything else in this game either bugged, broken or coming soon... sigh...
  9. Ok Mr. Snarky... seeing that this game is just about dead in the water, I was HOPING that the community was going to rally for this but obviously not. Oh well, I guess F2P with a B2W platform will recoup EA's losses in time...
  10. I have to agree with the OP on this one. You spent all that money on something that everyone else thinks they can just come up and use. You should get some kind of kick-back. Ppl in other MMO's do it all the time; my mage charges to port and chant for others in WoW. I think you should just start charging ppl and not let them take advantage of your kindness. For guildies it's always free but tell them not to exaggerate everyone else, you should charge according to their level.
  11. That's actually a great idea. Since BW "borrowed" so much from other games, Rift, EQ2, WoW, why not add shinies for collections, archaeology, etc... that YOU do and not something dumb like sending out your useless pet to do...
  12. HMMM... Some time before launch of this "MMO," I vaguely remember talk about us getting guild ships. Whatever happened to that idea? Is it still viable? Or has that sunk after hitting the iceberg of reality??? Thoughts on this anyone???
  13. I look at it this way, this game is already dead and pops are already 6 feet under. So If I'm on a "dead" or very low populated server, that's great for me - more nodes for me to gather without the competition from anyone else And I can pretend to be the emperor of that server mwahahahahah!
  14. Tsk, tsk, tsk - haven't you learned by now that BW has made an art out of leaving us in the dark and not providing us with any answers for if they did, we might actually know something that's going on and they can't have that lol!
  15. I think the best thing that they can do for this game to save the Tortanic from completely going under is to make it F2P and set up a microtransaction centre for P2W platform. That would bring in more ppl cuz at it stands now, this is probably the most expensive "MMO" failure in gaming history...
