Jedi don't use lightning, it can be blocked by a lightsaber and he survived force lightning from Sidious the most powerful Sith ever long enough to throw him down a hole, gorce lightning can disintegrate people when it hits them. He was the most resilient force user to force lightning, he adapted his suit to be much more resistant to it. So if he couldn't survive no one would w able to not even Revan or Luke. Luke only survived because Sidious wasn't using full power he was trying to turn him. And yes Vader was saved by stormtroopers but he was about to summon his hand with the force that had his light saber in it. And he had already killed 5 of them in an 8 on 1 ambush

...... ....... ........ ......... Vader was manipulated, it is easy to see that from the outside, you know what is going to happen, so it makes it obvious. But please try and use half the brain cell that you have and see it from anakins point of view. You have visions of the love of your life dying, with all the fiber of your being you want to save her. You allies won't help you, they can't know about your relationship. The person that has been your friend since you were 8 offers you a solution. A way to save your love. I know i would jump at the chance in that situation. Anakin doesn't know its a trap though, we do. That is why it look so obvious. Vader couldn't kill his son because he didn't want to, Anakin Skywalker was reemerging and he was conflicted. A side of him buried for over a decade was becoing known to him again. As for a lightsaber battle Garen Malek was just as agile as Revan, if not more so, and he couldn't beat Vader in a straight lightsaber fight. Palpatine was taken surprise. He planned everything out perfectly. Its how he hid from the Jedi and took over the republic so well. He never thought his one handed apprentice would turn on him whilst trying to turn Luke to the dark side.

If scourge had betrayed him or not it doesn't matter. Revan would have lost. Just because you get to play a character doesn't suddenly make him the best there is. Don't get me wrong i love KOTOR 1 and 2, and i love Revan. However that doesn't change the fact that Vader would roll all over him. Darth Bane setup the rule of 2. Every apprentice surpassed their master, becoming more powerful that the last. This went on for 1000 years. Do you really think jedi and sith from TOR era can compete with 1000 years of constant improvement?? Also just because you didn't see Vader destroy people with the force and have massive light saber fights doesn't mean he is weak. It means the movies were made in the 70s and 80s and they didn't have the technology to show off such amazing powers. Vader was capable of walking into an ambush set by 8 jedi, killing a jedi master with brute strength after his lightsaber was disabled, and then killing 5 more of them without his lightsaber before the 501st showed up. As for Revan knowing both the light and dark side of the force. So does Vader, he used to be a Jedi. And Sidious would bet Revan with even more ease. George Lucas himself has said that Sidious was the most powerful Sith Lord ever, and that Vader had 80% of his power. You can be a fanboy all you want, but George Lucas' word is law in this case. Revan loses. That is not why they built the death star. They built the death star to make the rebellious planets cower under the empires firepower. The death star was designed to rip through planetary shields and destroy the planet in one shot. No planet in their right mind would challenge that power when at any time a giant battle station can show up and destroy thier planet whilst they are still trying to mount a defence. The rebels got lucky, it is as simple as that, if the death star had appeared in range of the planet the would have lost as soon as they got there. They only won because of a convenient plot design.

Sion hands down I don't see anyway of scourge defeating sions will. Even as the exile you only beat him because you convince him to stop trying, otherwise he would have just got back up again and again and again edit: spelling

Its a game They aren't going to make a game where you can't beat a boss, of course it is going to be easy to beat him.

It is a double negative, it is not a word. regardless means to ignore Adding another negative onto the start of it means that it cancels itself out, essentially meaning the same as regard. It destroys the word, and the english language.

I cant link it to you off the top of my head, but i believe it was in a star wars comic. The emperor had clone bodies setup and when he was "killed" by Vader he transferred his essense into a clone body. Because it was younger and not old and decrepid he was able to use the force powers he hadn't been able to in his old body. Such as storms that wiped out fleets and mind wiping entire planets

Romance is set to chapter, level and affection. You could get max affection, but you need to be in the right chapter Or you could be in the right chapter and not have enough affection By the sound of it you need to wait for chapter 3

Its a game so i don't count it too much when it comes to Garen beating Vader, because there would be no point in making the game if you got to Vader and he was unbeatable.

This, this, this. A thousand times this. The OT was made in the 70's/80's of course the PT looks better, of course the force powers are more realistic, making it more intimidating. They were limited by the technology of their time, and did an amazing job with what they had, but they couldn't make massive fight scenes and throw force powers all over the place. Also if you want to see Vader as a bad *** read the novels like wolf said.

And if the sith held back teachings when using the rule of two then the apprentice would've never been able to beat their master Oh wait is that too logical for you??

Of course the game look better it is made 30 years later. I also hate when people say Starkiller made Vader look weak. It is a game, of course you are going to be able to win, why would they have a game with a boss you can't beat. And it disappoints me how people throw out Sidious and Vader just because they didn't look as cool in the movies as the games do, the movies were made in the 70s of course it looks better now!!!

Garen Malek also tears into the emperor. It is a game, the good guy tearing into the bad guy is going to happen, no one would like the game if you got to the end and got absolutely owned by the last 2 bosses. You can't take how well you do in a boss fight in a game as a standard for power. The game is designed to let you win.

I actually think Anakin vs obi-wan is a very well done fight. Its face to face lightsaber combat. Not much spinning and jumping around each other. They kick punch and throw each other. They do everything they can to win. The big flashy stuff was mainly jumping to different levels from what i remember, i mainly remember them just going toe to toe in combat without many silly jumps.

Grevious took out Jedi like they were nothing, Obi-Wan was selected because he had mastered his lightsabre form. He cut off two of Grevious hands, only Mace Windu had injured him previously.(unless clone wars changed this) Obi was no push over, and Jango wasn't luck. He trained in hand to hand combat and fought evenly with Jango. Jango killed 6 Jedi in hand to hand combat in one battle. Darth Maul killed Qui-Gon because of the lack of defense in his style, and yes he was then overconfident from killing a Jedi master (who wouldn't be?) AS for the fight with Anakin. He was retreating the whole fight, deliberately, waiting for an advantage. Which he took at the first possible opportunity. That's tactics not luck.

He had been fighting starkiller 2-3 years before a new hope, he went toe to toe with him absolutely fine. I dont think he would deteriate that much in 2-3 years

Because when he jumps from one platform to another the platforms are on the same level so he can jump over Obi-Wan. But when Obi-Wan is on the hill Anakin can't jump that high, because Obi-Wan is already above him.
