  1. Its the launch day of an MMO if you expect no queues then you are delusional and kidding yourself. If your going to ***** about something as trivial as this don't even bother playing the game And who cares if its a weekday, im sure there are loads of people that took time off work to play the game.

  3. Good luck with that, you have already used the game.
  4. First of all Have you happened to be from the staff that have to launch a critical for your company application? That sentence makes no sense. Clearly you are American. Secondly Nobody cares it's launch day. They had the numbers of players preordered and so on for months so they was able to calculate what they need. They released 46 new servers on launch. If your server is high suck it up for a few months. It happens to every MMO on first release. Thirdly There are millions of people using the servers. I seriously doubt you have experience setting up a brand new network/server farm for millions of users. And finally You have already played the game so your chances of getting a refund are slim at best.
  5. Its the launch day of an MMO if you expect no queues then you are delusional and kidding yourself. The queues will go with time. But if you are going to be that small and petty about having to wait to play a game you apparently haven't played yet then your best bet would be to contact origin and asked them as you placed the order through them.

  10. If you really expected no queues on the launch of an MMO then you are delusional. There are millions of people trying to play, the queue is only 290.
  11. I honeslty think that the emperor knew anakin was coming, i think he was losing intentionally so that anakin would see his chance to save padme under threat and react accordingly.
  12. You can't compare an MMO to a CAR. you just can't And if we use that comparison: Lets go with ford, been around for years, has a good reputation at making good cars, with lots of experience doing so. Then you have a new car company come out, take KIA or Hyundai from when they first started. Their cars were **** when they first started but now with experience they both make good cars. You cannot expect a company to launch into a new field and match what is currently out there straight from the gate, it will take time.
  13. Yeah, i feel like the empire got BH and republic smuggler because of boba fett and han solo. They could really go to either side or use both sides for their own profit. If anything a war makes they trades more vital so they would want it to continue.
  14. Mainly because in most instances of this happening in star wars lore, they join the empire, and in most cases (not all but most) it makes sense. I think the jedi order would be cautious but accepting of a sith seeing the light. And with a dark jedi they would have succumbed to the dark side and want more power. This could potentially result in them trying to take over the empire for themselves or kill a sith lord and take his position of power. for example count dooku switched sides and became a seperatist as he wanted to gain more power from sidious But as you said they might not change faction, they could stay where they are, that could be a choice given to the player.
  15. Yeah there would be alot to work out, so that it doesnt feel cheap but i think it would be really good to be able to really follow through on going dark jedi or light sith. And it is a very common occurrence in the star wars universe, Darth Vader being the most obvious, but also jacen solo kyp durran etc.
  16. Im not saying you would have to, I just think it would be a really interesting mechanic to have the ability to do so if you wanted to. I know it would cause issues with friends/guilds etc by changing faction. But i think it would be a good progression choice for your character to fully embrace either the light or dark side
  17. Would it ever be possible to roll a Jedi, make dark choices and turn into a dark jedi. Then join the empire?? Or vice-versa, become a sith, then see the light and eventually joining the jedi order and the republic?? Would be a pretty awesome thing to be able to do. And yes i know if i want to join the empire i can just roll a sith, but i just like the idea of being the good guy that is slowly turned evil or the bad guy that sees the light. What do you guys think?
  18. They are probably rolling to play with friends that got access earlier and already have characters on those servers.
  19. Agree with it totally. When wow started making it easier to level and reducing the level requirement for mounts, i thought they were doing it to make it easier for casual players. Now i realise that is all people remember they dont remember the hard grind from vanilla wow. so they play other MMOs, go "this is too hard" and switch back to WoW. Bioware have done an amazing job with swtor, its different from wow and people need to realise that. Too many people seem to think it is wow with lightsabers.
