  1. Valid point, I will start deploying my pet more in the battlefield, not because i want to annoy just than looking for an advantage
  2. I agree, in pvp cast time was so long imps would just run away and dmg done was minimal. I use a bit more now and it still good for clearing an area or preventing a cap.
  3. I would like the matches to start with a even number of players, not 8v4, 8v6, or 8v7- all matches should start wiith a balance number of people. If the timer reach 0 it should be a lost for both or a win for both.
  4. I leave WZ when my wife comes home unexpected. Otherwise i stick it out till the end. Winners never quit.
  5. Dear Op: Know one cares. PvP in SWTOR is all about one thing, and that is having fun.
  6. still on the fence. i might give one more month.
  7. I feel sorry for all those Imp just hanging out with there dick in hand. It is easy to be dark, bit the real heroes are found in the light. So let them hang out their, they are losers anyways.
  8. Apparently the problem is not the tank or the other classes, but your very own. He who blames other is often the one at fault. Learn to play your DPS class, learn how to step away form a bosses aoe attack so the healer can focus on the tank. learn to use your cc skills. learn to focus on adds and when to just ignore them. Learn not to be a gun-ho dps class that die and wonder why know one can play there class the way you want then to play it.
  9. Ture, but I'm just looking at the economics of play a mmo to a standard big industry game. I guess free to play can solve that problem of have a game to play for free.
  10. I would not say that one gets a free month. One still pays $60 for a game that can last up to a month, which is better that most games were one pays $60 and gets 6 hours on game play. So, after 1 month pay $14 dollars and play or not, still cheaper than buying a half-*** game that only is short lived.
  11. I say good! leave Hardcore out of tor-If one want to be hardcore be hardcore in real life with your job, career, profession, the sports your may play in real life, and you will be successful with money and fame. L Leave tor causal for us to escape from are busy hardcore llife. I don't want to deal with alot of hardcore players with achievements that have know impact on real life. With tor one should just want to complete some missions, run some flashpoints, do a couple pvp matchs
  12. Someone already took Hung Dong Kenobi! What am i going to do now?
  13. You guys better hurry, i'm take all the good names
  14. got one- estimated deliver fri the 16th on ebay once in hand. f**k that colleter editon c**p-I like cash-plus i order the stander editon months ago- so now i get the game for free.
  15. 13th-any west coast guilds here. That is the other problem, once i get Early access invite the guild my server is on will be full. Is BW staggering server access so it does not get to full for those whos guild are assigned to that server- or is it a free for all?
  16. I find it funny that they advertised up to five day early access just yesterday, Bw did say it was going to be a staggering launch to spread out the players. I per-ordered a bit late, becuse BW made it sound like there were a cap on copies of the game, and later said all pre-orders would get aleast 5 days early access and those who ordered early get 7 days. if i get in with five days ill be happy. Secondly, the "wave" of invites was just ***- really did not know what to expect but thought aleast a continuous wave thought out the day, not just a short time period. As other said servers are not full and can handle more- I'll live and in the end i will not matter much-just expected more from BW.

I've personally participated in launches of 6 other MMO games, and there is nothing in those experiences that compares to how ridiculous this process is. When you are dealing with a pre-launch even that is only for pre-order customers, after an extensive and massive beta testing period that was a huge success according to nearly all sources involved - it begs the huge question as to what is the limiting factor in the way you have chosen to roll out this game. I personally participated in the beta in a very limited way (not by choice, mind you, I just wasn't lucky enough to get a key) and was only online during the big Thanksgiving weekend test. That test was wonderful - there were a huge number of servers, and a huge population of testers. The game performance was amazing. So, EA/BW - what exactly are you afraid of? The ONLY way this should have been done is to have given ALL pre-orders (perhaps separated only by level of game purchased - i.e. CE customers get 7 days, SE get 5, e.g.) access at exactly the same time. Of course it will overload the servers and queues would ensue and all that - but that's what we all expect. Making your customers wait unknowingly with no idea how long it will be or when to expect an email is just adding insult to injury. A poor alternative would have been to send out emails with a set time and day that your access would be available. I read in the top post how you are monitoring the server performance and are rolling waves based on server performance. Are you seriously saying you have to wonder at this point if your servers can perform up to the task - when you probably still have 90% of the launch day players yet to even be able to play? That is not at all a good message to be sending at the beginning of an MMO franchise. At any rate, I love this game. I love BW. But I truly despise and am sickened by the way you chose to put your customers through so much stress for absolutely no good or justifiable reason. I truly hope you improve, because this is a very very poor way to start out.
  18. 1st- let get started-played beta 4 3 months now i need the real thing
