I got tired of it so gave up my career in 2006 and started a games development degree. because I'm precious I got disillusioned with the degree in the 3rd year because they weren't allowing us to be creative, they were giving me a business degree.
The industry is ****ed, there's no creativity. games companies, like other entertainment providers these days, are no longer in it to create good experiences, they're only about the money and to break into the industry you've got to think that way too, imo.
