  1. Found the fleet troll whose upset they agreed to specific terms and agreements and people are asking Bioware to enforce said terms and agreements.
  2. I would also love to see an official remark on this. I had just made a separate thread on this, but from the search results and finding your post from last year, it seems this is not something new or unique to the fleet chat I typically see.
  3. The amount of harassment that goes on within fleet chat is out of hand. Racism and bigotry are worn like proud badges of honor for some of these people, and they have no fear of harassing other's in fleet chat. My guild members and I have multiple tickets open that have gone unanswered for weeks. This is honestly the most toxic MMO chat I've seen. Players in League, WoW, EVE, New World, GW2, ect, will all face punishment for such behavior. Why isn't that the case here?
  4. Well, just ask yourself: Are you going to be pvping between now and early April? If so, why not just get some gear in the meantime and have fun? Those commendations will come buy fast again considering you get 100 per game.
  5. There are two problems that I see, unfortunately. The first problem will need to be addressed before we consider anything of the likes. 1.) How large, spread out, and isolated will these bases be? Frame rate drops when there is more than 20 people on the screen. This is the biggest obstacle in the way. 2.) There is population imbalance. With the ability to spend " Honor " on NPC guards would mean that the more populated side would have more guards eventually, and with the random NPC attacks from the less populated side, it seems it would be a snowball effect. Other than that, you have very nice ideas, and a great view on why world PvP is fun.
  6. Wow...I applaud you OP, I really do. Those are some great ideas and key points you make. I love world PvP, and my friends and I will go from planet to planet, trying to take over small towns. However, once we get through, the guards respawn with 5 minutes, and it becomes a fight that will never end. There is no way to actually "take over" the town, but only a way to be a nuisance to the players trying to quest there. This is a great idea, with no rewards, which is all we want. This gives meaning. I can take over a tower and feel proud and guard it as mine against all foes, rather than join a instanced spoon-fed warzone. I love the idea of say a Watch Tower giving +1% NPC Health, and how it is made for solo or small groups. /signed /BioWare Hire
  7. It may be a small feature, but why the heck does our group still get disbanded after a warzone? Been like this since beta....come on...
  8. Nice. "QFT" really showed your ability to converse with others. I recommend "hooked on phonics" so that you may learn to better read and comprehend others. Anyway, to the OP: Yes, it seems their priority is all f***ed up. We have yet to get a response about ANY of the problems over in the PvP section of the forums as well. GG Dev's. Seriously.
  9. Yeah. He lost all credibility and just made himself look stupid. Although with typing skills like his, I'm sure he gets that a lot.
  10. This online petition will be a nice way place where we can be organized, and show our numbers in strength. If you have thoughts, opinions, suggestions, ect, that you would like to appear on the petition, please let me know. Don't be afraid to tell those on your friends list and in your guild about this petition. http://www.change.org/petitions/bioware-ea-take-steps-towards-creating-meaningful-open-world-pvp ( If link doesn't work first time, just click it again ) This way we can say we at least tried. Update: 7/100 signatures
  11. As it stands right now, players have no impact within the world of swtor, with queue times and maybe GTN material being the only two exceptions. Do you see this as a problem? Will you ever incorporate the much wanted sandbox material?
  12. Hello there, Like 90% of the SWTOR population, I have a lvl 50 character, and several alts. It seems that because of the lack of end game content, most people I have talked to in-game have alts already, if not multiple 50's. When the Legacy system is introduced, it will unlock new customization features, and who knows what else, that will be character specific. Now, will you guys take the time to re-roll that same character that you just leveled to, say 24 ( about 20+ hours of actual time ) for the new features? Or are you hoping, like I am, that these new features will be available to pre-existing characters, considering that lack thereof during launch. What are your thoughts?
  13. http://www.ingame.msnbc.msn.com/technology/ingame/diablo-3-finally-gets-release-date-454851 Diablo 3 is to release on the 15th of May. Thank you Blizzard for making my day! Can't wait to play it.
  14. Yeah, I find it amusing how much money they pumped into the Voice Acting, only to have the majority of players spacebar convos. In flash points: After the second or third time running a FP, who doesn't spacebar? Leveling Alt Characters: besides class quests, I don't beleive many people listen to the same dialogue that they just listened to not to long ago*. * Not to long ago because leveling is a breeze and if you have half a brain, you can remember things that happened 3 weeks back.
