Lolwut ? I'm pretty sure I had to pay 15 USD each month to be able to enjoy the "free" content. And TBH, apart from new warzones which I like a lot, the rest of new content was total crap.

INB4 a Bioware rep comes here and says: "but if you are a subscriber we are giving you free cartel coins, so you should be able to purchase gear you want from the Cartel Market". Ya... The robe is what ? 1440 CC ? That's 3 months of subscription (since 2 months won't give you enough CC), a.k.a 45 USD. Best deal EVER!

A complete rip-off. Just like pretty much everything else in the market. But don't worry though! The cartel market team is listening to our feedback! Oh wait...

You want us to let you know what we think ? Allright. - Selling UI unlocks in the cash shop is an absolute disaster, whoever came up with that idea should be fired because the amount of bad PR this idea created for the game is rather unfixable - Your initial idea with giving f2p people ONE (!) quickbar clearly shows how out of touch with reality you are - How was making the game IMPOSSIBLE to play (you can't play with one quickbar) for F2Ps an even an acceptable idea ? - Mentioning said quickbars in the video is another terrible move - Most of the items are terribly overpriced - A person in charge of the cash shop needs to be replaced with somebody who understands how a succesful F2P model works - Most of the items in the cartel market are really terrible if you are a subscriber, I have yet to find a single item worth spending money on - Stop making such videos alltogether! All they do is remind your subscribers how badly this game has flopped.

Why didn't you give the crappy speeder to all your subscribers is simply beyond me. Instead you decide to charge like 18 USD for it. It's like a slap in the face.

Because the whole purpose of those packs is to milk clueless people out of their spare cash. And boy oh boy, they do sell, since there is no shortage of silly people on this planet.

This was a patch. Now it's an expansion. Tells us all we need to know about how succesful and profitable SWTOR really is.

Well... battlemaster gear on two of my 50s just became obsolete. It simply got deleted, so having it is of ZERO importance now. If the same thing is going to happen when Makeb is going to launch, I simply will not waste time gearing up my 50's and will level up my lower level chars.

The thing is - it's a rather subjective thing. I think the meditation throne is really crap.

Well, the best part of Bioware's attempt at optimization, was reducing the firerate of the turrets in Aldeeran Warzone. In Hero engine each laser bolt is a SEPARATE OBJECT. Those laser bolts were causing insane framerate drop. And still are. Just go to any area where NPCs are shooting blasters and observe how your framerate plummets. Bioware's modded version of Hero engine and they way they are using it is really THAT bad.

I surely hope so, but some official clarification would be nice.

Season 1 ? In 2015. It's all about adding useless crap to Cartel Market now.

^^This is also my biggest concern since I have 6 chars, 3 of which are 50. I'm just not willing to gear them up right now if Makeb is going to make that gear obsolete. Why can't they stop adding new PvP gear to the game ? What's the purpose ? Are people who "pvp just to pvp" really such a minority ?

What happened to never paying for an expansion ? It took a HIckman to the knee (this will never get old, lol).

Well, if you haven't been playing since launch you missed A TON of badly handled situations. Have you seen all the false statements and broken promises they made ? Probably not.

I've cancelled, since I'm pretty sick of the bugs, crappy cartel market and lack of open world PvP, which will never be possible due to the shoddy engine. I'm also sick of terrible customer support they offer us. Hell, I haven't even received my complimentary cartel coins this month, they should have been added to my account FIVE days ago. Go figure.

I did, but it seems like they are talking about PvE gear, which I couldn't care less about, since I'm not doing any PvE activities. Also, I'm pretty sure that a lot of PvPers would like to know an answer to that question, rather sooner than later.

But I'm not fine with paying a sub and having some scrub beat me in PvP just because he spent a ton of RL money on his gear. It's pay2win, no matter how people try to spin it. A definition of pay2win is VERY simple. IF you can spend RL money to gain a competetive edge above other players - it is P2W. And of course EVERY SINGLE MMO DEV out there, will try to convince you otherwise. Have you ever seen a game developer go: "well... yes, our game can be pay2win" ?

Well, it takes A LOT of time to gear up one fifty, not to mention three. I would just simply prefer to drop the sub and spend that time leveling up another 3 characters to 50 until Makeb launches. In other words 3 new 50's (to a total of 6) are worth much more to me than suddenly having "only" my "old" 3 50's geared up in an obsolete gear.

Like the title say, what's going to happen to our gear ? Will something get deleted again ? Will a new tier get introduced ? I'm asking because I have three ungeared 50s, which I'm just not going to bother playing IF Makeb is going to render the gear obsolete yet again. I'm just going to level up lower level alts. Any clarification on this matter would be nice.

There will NEVER (ever) be a competetive PvP in any sort of a vertical progression based game. It's gear based and grind based, and not skill based. Serious PvPers just don't do such stuff. Guess why Dota 2 is a true e-sport ?

Let's just call it "SWTORs engine" for the sake of discussion. And SWTORs engine is a piece of unoptimized crap, and their "client optimization team" engineers are doing a terrible job. That's all there is to it.
