Just adding my voice to say that I badly want server transfers. I am sick and tired of having half of my characters stranded on another server that it makes no sense to play on, due to the whole Legacy thing. It is getting to the point where I think I might unsub until they do implement transfers.

I agree 100%! With both my Twi'lek characters, and with Vette, I wish that there were headgear that fit with the lekku better. I think really hope there were at least a couple of headgear choices that were at least optimized for Twi'lek characters.

Hello Bioware. I am quite a big fan, and I have been enjoying Old Republic since the launch. Unfortunately at that time I did not entirely comprehend the impact that Legacy would have on the game, and as such I still have characters separated from each other on different servers, even after the many server consolidations. I would greatly appreciate having all of my characters on one server, especially now with the cartel items. I don't want to spend real money on items that I am able to only share with half of my characters. Thanks! P.S. Any news, eta on Cathars? I like the idea of bigger servers, but if servers are full now, what will it be like when the influx of returning (and new) players once it goes f2p? I was also hoping to finally merge all of my alts, but sadly one group was on an RP server, the other on PVE... so I guess I'm still stuck waiting for whenever paid transfers will occur.

I figured that since the Q and A are no more, I'd ask my question in the place it would be most likely to be seen. I thought it was addressed by the Q and A, I must have just optimistically hallucinated it.

Hmm, I should have also said that bigoted opinions and anti-gay hatred will not be appreciated at all. As others have already posted out, there are already same sex romances in Star Wars. Including Bioware's first Star Wars game, Knights of the Old Republic. Juhani was gay, and could only express her feelings for female Revan (ugh, spoilers, I guess? Really a bit late if you are playing TOR). And the idea that something as normal as same sex relationships in Star Wars is demeaning is just ludicrous.

I was wondering if anyone knows, or if any of the officials on the forums, know if same gender romances are still in the works. In a Q and A a while ago, it was said it was being worked on, but obviously many shake ups have occurred since then. I, and many other fans, have long respected and appreciated Bioware's willingness to give a variety of choices in romance, including same sex love interests. After all, Juhani in KOTOR was one of, if not the first, lesbian characters in Star Wars. I really hope that, even with the transition to F2P, that this will be implemented, as I know that it would really increase re-playability, and enjoyment amongst long time fans. This is a legitimate and respectful inquiry, and I would appreciate if everyone responding keep the same tone. Thanks!

I notice that in the upcoming features you did not mention Cathars as a playable species, or same sex romance. Does this mean these planned features have been cut? Or is there some other reason they have not been discussed lately?

I hope that this will prove to be a positive change. I am somewhat disturbed that no mention has been made of same sex romance, or the promised addition of Cathars to playable species. These features are of far more interest to me than a new pvp area.

Not counting Cathar, since I'm quite looking forward to playing as them. 1. Nikto (any subpecies, but I think it would be cool to select them.) 2. Zeltron. Probably one of the most practical and easy to add for Bioware. Plus, Deliah Blue from Legacy is awesome. 3. Weequay. I'd also love to play as a Togruta, but since they are already winning, I figured I'd voice my support for some of the less popular species!

I was wondering if you would be able to go into how the writers and devs decided which class got what companion, and when in the game. What went behind your thinking, and what sort of inspiration did you draw on? For instance, I assume that the inclusion of a Wookiee companion for a Smuggler was obvious, but how did you decide the others? For instance how did you decide that a Jedi Knight would get a force using follower before the Sith Warrior, etc? Thanks!

Do you have an ETA of when same sex romances will be implemented? And could you elaborate how this will be applied to existing characters (companions and other npcs)? I am curious if I should hold off creating characters that I hope to play using same sex romances due to the fact it will mean the earlier interactions with the companions would have been played without the option of a same sex flirt or romance. Will we get a chance at any time to change servers? I am really regretting choosing the ghost town PVE that I did, rather than the more populated RP server, and I was hoping I would not need to recreate my character all the way from scratch. Thanks!

I do not yet have a level 50 character, but the planned changes sound like they make sense, particularly strengthening the GTN. Unfortunately, as someone new to MMOs, I foolishly created my characters on separate servers, fearing that while one or the other would be subject to the long line to log in. Now I am of course regretting it, since I created my character in a server that is apparently a perpetual ghost town, and the GTN is always understocked. And I can't trade between my characters to help make up the deficiency. I have to assume this will only become more problematic as time goes on. Is there any chance that this could be rectified? Or perhaps, allow players to switch characters between servers?
