I have not met him the second time so if he looks like the Emperor from the current timeline then he definitely the different. He had no features the first time i saw him. Just black wrappings like a mummy or something. I thought it was strange but whatever. Definitely no underwear stuff going on with the other guy. Maybe he was flirting with you. Maybe it was a graphical glitch on your system. His head was wrapped in cloth when I saw him and scouriage (sp?) was clothed. I bumped up all the graphic setting on my system and found that when I turn anti aliasing to HIGH I no longer see holo calls. I knocked anti aliasing to low and now see them.

Can't be stopped while it runs it's course? I accidentally interrupt it all the time in chaotic fights so that is news to me

Best news I have heard in a long time. Lucas lost his way with the franchise. He didn't even research his own movies when making the new ones. All kinds of continuity issues. The Phantom Menace was the worst movie I have ever seen. To this day I can not watch it.

I have the best answer... bad storytelling. Lucas tried to wrap it up with limited time. He should have NEVER made The Phantom Menace and the third movie should have been the the second. The last 40+ minutes of the third movie should have been expanded in to another movie with more content.

SWG was great when it first launched. My friends and i loved it. The fact your could build your own home where you wanted and decorate it was amazing. I put mine on the side of a cliff on Tatt where no one else lived. Had a great view. I had one person I bought my droids from. It was a blast putting in the order and checking to see if it was ready day to day. It was a great game until the dreaded "update". Then it fell apart. I quit soon after the update. SWTOR is the first MMO to bring me back. I'm loving it! To all the Starsider server people... remember at launch the guy who would dance at the spaceport all the time? LOL

I came across this and here is the answer... "farm" lower level planets for loot and cash. I needed 40k and did it in a few hours when I set my mind to that one focus. I went to Taris and near the entrance is a Heroic area to the right I could run with just my companion at that point. Each guy you kill give you 60-100-or more credits. Then just go to town on them.

If you have limited credits then go back to a lower level planet and spend some time "farming" mobs for loot you can sale quickly. I did this and got 40,000 credits fast so I could get my speeder license.

A lot of people forget to keep their companion's gear updated. Make sure you do that. There is an option in the preferences that will pop their stats up when looking at stuff in the market or picking up loot. Turn that on. Helps to see if they can use the gear. Second... Not sure if Bounty Hunters use them but do you have relics? They are not passive. They need to be in your action bar and you have to activate them. Is your action bar getting full? You can also add one or two bars to the sides of the screen to add room. I found Alderane to be the place that the training wheels start to come off. I too had a hard time at first. You have to open up your play style. Play smarter and use more gear, stims, and med packs. I just finished Alderane and I am honestly 200% better at combat now.

I say this but assume you have tried it. Turn down your graphic settings. Especially the shadows. The game ran great for me for a few weeks and this past weekend I had really bad lag. I unplugged my router and reset everything and then it ran great. Guess the router was clogged.

Here is the catch 22. If you go the MOD route then the upgrades I found end up costing more then just changing gear. Don't ever try saving a MOD for another piece of gear by the way. It will allow you to remove it BUT it will cost you BIG credits.

I don't think so. I believe I read in another forum that they wanted this but it was not an option. I hear you though. I have gear I LOVE right now and looking ahead in the market area I don't like what is coming up. Right now I look like the Jedi on the cover of the game. Jedi robe with basically Mandalorian armor under neither. Pretty sweet. Granted... What I wore before I got my present gear I really liked too.

Try going to the briefing room on your ship and hitting the intercom. They might open up then.

Kira wanted to talk to me FOREVER but wouldn't. Even when I used the intercom on the ship. Then I got to a mission point about her. As soon as that mission was over I got a flood of conversations with her. Like 6 of them in a row... back to back.

Something similar happened to me as a Jedi. Try using your holodeck in your ship. I missed that I needed to do that

Well if you are role playing say a smuggler or bounty hunter... "Gosh darn it"... Doesn't really fit the personality.

Play with both of them. I have 5 characters on one server. All I leveled to about 13 until I found my favorite... A Jedi Guardian. I personally found the story to be better then the Trooper and fighting with a lightsaber.... NICE

Great info! One last question then. If playing on a pvp server would it be better to wear the pvp armor in the pve areas to prevent being ganked or should pvp armor only be used in warzones even on pvp servers?
