They just have to limit new content to pre-orders. Since most of it will be on a new planet that shouldn`t be hard.

I don't think it's going to happen now. Every game that I know of that had life time memberships they were sold at game release. I don't think you can start selling something like that a year after the games release.

LOTRO has a lifetime membership.

We will see if that happens but it makes no sense to pull an article and re-release it the next day. The damage is already done.

Please leave these dead threads as dead. The amount of effort that would go into rewriting an engine they didn't write in the first place would be huge. Why would they waste their time improving graphic performance for the the 10 percent who have high end graphics? They would be better off to improving content.

You might want to ask the customer service forum and not restart a dead thread from February.

Oh that's too easy. Leonard and the gang run into Evil Wil Wheaton wearing a hat (sure let's make it an imperial officers hat but Wil's Shriner's hat would work too). Leonard is jealous and wants a hat like Wil so he searches for one on ebay. He finds one from and orders it. The hat comes in and it's too big. So big it pretty much covers Leonard's head. Leonard is mad and contacts the seller but the seller says the hat is one size fits all and can't help Leonard. Leonard finds out the seller has a local store so he goes there to try and exchange the hat. The shop clerk tells Leonard that She can fix the hat if he leaves it with her. Leonard gives her some contact information and leaves the hat. Leonard doesn't hear about the hat so he calls the shop. They tell Leonard that they are still trying to fix it and they aren't sure why it doesn't fit. This repeats for awhile until Leonard just gives up. He goes gets the hat and gives it to Sheldon who it fits fine.

i have a g500 and I love it. I can adjust the mouse speed on the fly. It has a few extra programable buttons. You can change the weight of the mouse. Finally it's not an expensive gaming mouse like some others. What to avoid. I originally bought a logitech wireless mouse but had nothing but trouble with it. It would hesitate while playing the game. It was fine outside the game. The suggested solution was that I was too far from the bluetooth receiver and to move the receiver to a front usb slot. However I didn't buy that and I needed my front USB slots for other things so I gave the mouse away and bought the g500.

Chances are pretty good the CSRs will just ignore any report about this type of action. However if he kept it up for an extended period of time then they would probably warn him. The CSR don't do much about trivial stuff like this. On my server there's a toon named Vette and I know the toon's been reported for violating the naming policy and yet no name change.

They can't do a large scale test without the players help. They don't have enough staff. It's unreasonable to expect them to be able to do that type of testing internally. Lets put it another way, the players are going to test the update no matter what. Once the update goes to live servers, the players are going to be testing it there anyway. The question is how many bugs do you want to go live? How many problems do you want to experience on the live server. The more testing players do on the test server the less issues they will have when it goes live. You decide. For me, I can't afford the bandwidth required to update the test server.

Well maybe not the big success of the BF series. titles like Madden, NHL, Tiger Woods, FIFA all do well. So does the Sims and I'm sure the new SimCity will be a big launch.

If you don't have time to run a flashpoint and watch the videos, you shouldn't be running pug groups unless they all agree to space bar.

No it should be the other way around. New players have the right to watch the video.

To be honest if someone kicked me for not spacebarring I would report them. That's awful behaviour.

If SWTOR is considered a hybrid than so should LOTRO. In both you need to pay to have full access to the game.

I don't have any problems in either area. Only sometimes in pvp.

The only obvious solution is to either take an new name or move to a new server / new game. Bioware at this point is not going to redesign character naming so that you can keep your name. The game was written this way and I'm sure they have more important work to do. If you want a game where every body is named this same, look else where. Personally if I see a Joe running by on the Fleet, then I don't want to have to ask Joe is that really you? Not to mention the whispering, inviting, etc horror characters with the same name would cause.

If you are going to complain at least get the facts straight. The maintenance was done on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Not 3 days in a row. What do you just sleep through Wednesday. The maintenance cycles were not all 4 hours either. Tuesday's was longer and Friday's was less than 2 hours. Also I would be surprised if the Patch notes were complete. There is no way they brought down the servers for a 3rd time in a week to just fix aguments. Maybe it was too reset the buggy LFG tool and the threw the augment patch in because it was ready but I'm sure the augment patch was not real reason for emergency maintenance.
