Thanks Guys. I killed the BitRaider process and set the service to automatically start and restarted system and I was able to log in. I was actually able to find the answer this time in the new EA support system.

I can run the launcher and log in but I get stuck on initializing for several minutes before getting an error "This application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again." I have run the game successfully since the last patch and I have removed the disk cache and restarted the client and still the same error. Repair is greyed out so I can't run that. Any ideas?

It auto corrects swtor to store and warzone to warfare. If I search for Star Wars The Old Republic I get battle front 4 results. Completely unusable. So my merc was doing warzones today and the chat was still showing fleet chat and not ops chat. Completely broken. Anyone had this problem?

You in no way need to learn your rotation with 12x class xp and a general xp boost. Man you don't even have to use interrupts for the most part as you are over-leveled before you leave the starting planet. I can guarantee you that most new players do not learn their class rotation until they are told they have to to continue raiding at level 60.

I saw a guy on a speeder on Yavin 4 near the temple slice lockboxes from a moving speeder without even having line of sight to the box. How the hell am I suppose to compete with that crap?

I was able to fix the Soverus resetting bug by logging out and back in. You will be placed just outside the Sith Temple when you log back in so you will need to go back up the elevator to fight Soverus.

Then again may be it is cheating because some times I can't do a damn thing. Completely lagged out. Not even worth playing pvp right now and my game was fine earlier in the week.

I have been having lag issues tonight in multiple warzones on both factions. I am not sure it's all lag spike cheats. I think there's some issues. I removed the DiskCache and restarted my PC and I will see if I am still laggy in warzones. My movement was a little choppy on the fleet too. I think something is up. Update I am still seeing some lag but it's better after rebooting.

I think I am getting sick of people complaining about space barring as soon as they get in the flash point. They even complain in Kuat which has only like a 1 minute dialog at the being. Don't get me wrong, I space bar almost everything even my first time through a fp. I just don't want to hear these whiners any more. Another thing that bothers me is pure stupidity. I was doing a flash point as a healer and had 2 to 3 times the health of the tank and yet he was still guarding me. Why? Or how about the idiot tank that decides to run the flash point without a chest piece because he's on the high end of the mission range (IE a level 20 doing hammer station)? So you want to make it more of a challenge but does the healer want more of challenge too? The worst is tanks who don't know what their rotation is and never taunt or those who try to tank in DPS spec. DPS shouldn't have to dump threat as often as possible thus messing up their rotation. LTP people.

I call BS. I don't even think it's possible to get to location on Hoth and start scanning for parts in 15 minutes.

I have witnessed Cheating in this game that cannot be accounted for by lag. I have seen Sages cloak, Invincibility last for over a minute, speed hacks. Just last week I saw someone from the other team grab the huttball at the beginning of the match before anyone on our team could get to the first catwalk. That wasn't lag. Also I have found that most people who claim that there are no cheats are most likely the ones using them. As for reporting cheaters, I do that all the time but it doesn't seem to help as a well known cheater on Jung Ma is still running around cheating every day.

Hacks I have seen in WZs. 1) Speek Hack - people running from one end of the hutball map to the other at at least force speed speeds. I saw one guy who seemed to keep hold the line up for a minute. 2) Classes without stealth stealthing. I was in a warzone with 2 guildies who will verify that we saw a known hacker on the other team stealthing as a Sage. 3) I have seen a Jug seem to use more than one medkit in a one on one fight. Or healing somehow without any other players in the area. 4) Extended invulnerbility - I seen various classes be invulnerable for 1 to 2 minutes. I pretty sure there's no defensive cool downs that last that long. Most are 10 seconds or less. 5) Lag Spikes. - I seen these a far bit and I know they are possible but it's hard to know if a lag spike is caused by a cheat or just process on your system or the server being blocked. 6) Jumping off the Shuttle in Void Star before the barrier comes down. I know they claimed to have fixed this one but I am pretty sure it still works.

My full shield spec Vanguard in mostly PVE gear (I had a couple of pieces of conquerors) dominated in Novare Coast the other day. Over 100K in protection, 15 medals, lots of kills. I am wondering if I even need expertise for my vanguard in some warzones. I'm basically giving up Health for lots of Damage but I'm a tank do I really want to do that?

I been playing since beta too and actually this game has been very stable for a mmo. Wow was awful for stability when it started, galaxies use to have to reboot daily. Stability is one thing BW got right.

There's actually a better chance of your credit card number being stole by using it at a restaurant or store than online. Also they already had my credit card for the subscription so I just had to authorize the new purchase.
