Good thing there's a Mandalorian set as they've never introduced a Mandalorian set before. No clue how they could have gone this long with introducing a Mandalorian set.

Dark advisor's greaves work pretty well with it.

Just the hood down version of Exiled Master's armor set, which already exists in game, to be made accessible to players. Also, making Master Ranos' armor wearable by players would be nice.

I had similar (maybe even a little better luck) ... I opened 50-ish T4 crates (I lost count at 38). I'm now 9/14 248 pieces. I upgraded 3 pieces using PvP components and I got duplicate 248 relic and bracers along the way.

WOW ... It would literally take them 5 minutes to add that to the CM and make hundreds of long suffering customers happy.

I read a similar account on StarWarsNews.net ... similar to others, I've got mixed feelings on this. New Star Wars games are a good thing, but to me this will likely further deprive ToR of resources.

Call me a cynic, but I don't think 1 operation boss and a new daily area is going to cause a mad rush to resubscribe to SWTOR.

The thread you are referring to relates to the items in the crates. From a CXP perspective, if you don't care about the current items, then the best bet is to hold the crates until 5.2 and then disintegrate them to get new crates which have better contents.

Idiotic statement ... many of us have been here since pre-launch and know every class like the back of our hands. All we want is to be able to play are alts and not feel guilty that we are neglecting our "jobs" of gearing our main to run end-game content. Despite the woeful lack of content, the game never got dull to me in 4.x because I could switch between any of my alts. That all went away in 5.0 and for the first time in 5+ years I've begun to find this game boring.

BWA could easily sell all Gold & Platinum rarity items direct at a high cost, and then maintain selling cartel packs albeit at reduced rate. I would suspect that with a combination of past purchase data and some trial & error, BWA could easily maximize revenues through a two-prong strategy plus engender a lot of goodwill with the community. Just my $0.02.

CXP needs to be legacy-wide, crate awards need to be BoL tokens

I had something similar this morning with my Guardian ... I couldn't log in (he was on his starship) but I could log into my alts w/o a problem. About 30 minutes or so later, I was able to log into my Guardian; however, I could not access my Legacy Cargo hold or transport to my Strongholds while on the ship. After leaving the ship, I was able to enter my strongholds & access the Legacy Cargo Hold for my Stronghold.

Why are you qualified to be the arbiter of what is a fair price? Only the market will decide that. If they priced it too high their test will fail and very few will buy it. I would suspect the backlash (& hence the risk) is greater by pricing it too low.

I am going to get my main to 300 and then get one or two alts to Tier 2. I recently got my main to Tier 3, and let me tell you that the drop off resulting from not being able to use the 100% boost is very noticeable. I hate to think about what the grind would be like without the 250% event bonus.

I hope that they are successful with it ... people complain about the gambling packs, and now they complain that a direct sale item is too expensive. For those complaining, you do realize the BW/EA does have to make a profit at some point.

When are you going to address making this craptastic system more friendly to alts?

I think the better question is whether or not the game will be here for 6.0.

If you are on Ebon Hawk, I have a Covert Pilot full set available ... I recently sold the Experimental version for about 5 million per piece.

Not to mention, it still discourages people from playing alts ... best case scenario, I will focus on my main to get him to Tier 3, then maybe I can dust off one of my alts that I haven't touched in months.

I'd love this set ... removing the restriction to Master Ranos' armor would be such a simple fix.
