None of the servers are showing up when I attempt to login, and I am unable to create a ticket either. The game is completely down and has been for hours and yet, there hasn't been.... Did you pull the servers down early? Would be nice if someone would from EA would acknowledge this issue..

Hey devs how about you list the server as being down in the server alerts... I mean that what that section is for and you don't use it.. much like everything else here completely half assed, Come on get your act together.

I am willing to be that this is full of bugs just like everything else. Every single update has been released with all the bugs the Testers find... Do you even listen to your Q&A department anymore? Does it still exist? Do you even care or are you going to ignore this like every other post people make about your poor content... how about you slow down for a minute make sure it works right before adding to a list of stuff you haven't gotten around to fixing. Like issues still broken from Launch... this is laughable!

I beg to differ. Every other business uses their website for the bulk of information and sets links to that info on their social media. But no not you, you have to be the one that is different. That line of thinking only servers to alienate all of you customers instead of bringing everyone together and creating a viable community. It also create nothing but scattered info and bad customer service. I am not saying don't use social media but this has to be the central hub for all info otherwise its pointless. The lack of communication can't be view from August 8 and on instead it should be viewed from January and on.. That is how I view your level of communication so saying oh look at how much we have done in the last month is not ok. Look at the run of the game and you are NO WHERE near what it used to be. Until you stop deleting post without notice, stop treating us like children and admit that you have no idea or plan for F2P, server transfer or fixing most issues that are horribly broken and prove it to us by doing it I for one will not believe a single word that is coming out of your mouths. Sorry this is harsh but your company has broken my heart and cause just about every single person I was playing with to leave. They have left due to problems at launch, suspending/locking people of accounts (remember that problem from launch a lot of people left over that one and never came back) Or how about these server transfers, I like medium pop non crowded servers.. you have all but taken any possibly of that happening.. I mean who wants to wait to be able to log into a server. F2P has destroyed more games than it has saved. and you company has NO IDEA how to implement it. In fact your trying to hire people to the Dev team to make that happen because what no one over knows how to make that happen???? Your company lays offs whole teams leaves promised content half finished and seems to have given up even marketing the game.... hence not going celebration VI or pax. so what are you all just going to skip all the rest of the Cons for the year. Your acting like politicians... so no more promises just follow through...

sounds to me like she cancelled because they gave her a 3 point infraction for speaking her mind. Which is absolutely warranted. Our so called community managers delete threads and posts all the time. Some of them for good reason but most of them not. It seems like they really don't like anyone calling them out on the garbage the spew daily.

Now they skip PAX.. whats next.. I mean why bother even bringing new players if you are just going to kill the game by the sheer decision to do absolutely nothing at all the save this game.

what the hell are you going to skip most of the conventions this year... are you even attempting to market this game anymore???

If you haven't read through this thread you would see that most of the posts on this 117 page long thread as been agreeing that F2P is a horrible Idea, I has ruined most of the games that have changed over to that model. As there is very little new content and just new stuff in the "store" to buy. This is going to kill this game. I am trying to finish up each class story so I can be done with it

I absolutely think that they Owe us a major apology for this and they obviously need to clean house and fire their marketing staff and start fresh with people who actually understand that they are not going to have another Celebration for maybe anther 4 years is the current trend continues.

Its the Friday after Gamescon and we don't get any updates about what happened? this week we should have seen a post about something they did. A note about a panel that they had. A link to photos or something. NO they give us nothing. Hell they never posted word one about anything they did at COMIC CON. This is what the skipped Celebration VI to do, which is ABSOLUTELY nothing. This is garbage. So what we have to got the fan sites to hear about anything that happened at Con??? This is the official site and there is no new info yet rest of the world has all kinds of links. This does not help the community feel that are not abandoning us. this is nothing but frustrating

I completely agree. they seem to want to hide their mistakes and hope no one notices. They have screwed up so badly that some one the fan sites are starting to take notice at how bad ALL their recent ideas are being received.

they deleted my thread about Starwars 1313 being at celebration VI and SWTOR skipped. No notice no post from a dev or community manager.. I wake up and its gone and not in my subscriptions... NICE CENSORSHIP..... no wonder so many people hate this game, the devs, and this is becoming one of the biggest upsets of all time. OUR so called DEVS cant take any criticisms or own up to their mistakes.

My feelings exactly!!!!!!! this is no different than Sony destroying Galaxies, or perfect world destroying STO. This does not save games it drives the dedicated players away and only proves that EA is nothing but greedy clowns trying to milk this for all its worth before the walls come crashing down.

First off BIoware or EA should never have picked which cons it goes to... At this point they need as much exposure as possible. the boat is sinking and I don't think anyone there knows how to swim. Yes Gamescon is huge and they absolutely need to go... BUT you can not ignore the sheer importance of Celebration VI. This is the only official for the Franchise for the next few year and it has been 4 years since the last. The PR material for this event alone would last for years. Images from this event would probably outlast the game. This is a marketing dream come true. You might even get a legend of the franchise to "test" this game there. Imagine the good that would do for the game. But no.. the only convention for STAR WARS that happens maybe twice a decade and they are skipping it. They can't afford to miss anything that could bring in new players.. They need all the help they can get!! Hell the images for this con alone, convention videos like they did before the game was released would be a huge help. BUT no they CHOOSE to skip the only convention that bears the franchise name and miss their ONLY CHANCE to really connect with that.. As for someone getting fired over there hell yes.. they clearly need a change of management. they have had nothing but epic fails, No follow through, hollow promises, bad marketing, and even worse customer service. Yes they need to clean house over there and this should absolutely be the straw that broke the camels back. There is no viable reason that they would CHOOSE to skip out on this and at the last minute...

they want this issue to go away and they don't really care or plan on changing their view!!! that is the only valid reason for letting this thread fad away!

more lies from the devs.. they just don't care... this is one of the biggest hot bed issues and they unsticky it, because they have to many stickys just more hot air from our "politician" devs...

exactly what I expected more garbage, and half answers... I should not feel like I asked a question to a politician. just answer completely.. it's not like you even answered all that many questions and you cant write something substantial about these topics... you would have been better off not answering anything at all. besides some people like myself and my my guild mates do not believe a single word coming from the devs right now. As there has been no follow through.

and as for the tag line, SWTOR is expanding... not its not that is a bold face lie... the number of player have been jumping ship since the game launched. so no the game is not expanding is shrinking and they are trying to do anything to save it. I hate being lied to!!!!!

it is beyond pathetic... someone should be getting fired over this. I hope Lucas Licensing and Lucas Arts is not happy about that. and I certainly hope that they light a fire under the devs butts to get them moving again. there is just no plausible excuse for this. I think its because they don't want to face a crowd of very unhappy people.. I think the devs just want to hide in their office and not face reality.
