  1. ^^^^The voice of reason has spoken. What you say is the cold hard truth. Troopers and mercs say one thing in the threads but what really matters is the REAL experience we all can confirm from warzones.

You completely disregarded the part of my post as (blah blah) where I said a commando that "claims" to not spam grav round will open up with full auto, then hammer shot, followed by grav round for armor debuff, then demo round, followed by more grav round. A standard player would be dead here in under 6 seconds. If the target is a healer or merc a trooper would spam hammer shot next, demo round, then repeat grav and high impact at full stack of armor debuff. Like I said before grav round is supposed to debuff armor as a set up to other skills in the rotation. Considering this all we need to do is reduce the damage of grav round by half. I think this is a win/win situation because commandos/merc here that claim to use grav round/tracer as a set up for their other skills (despite the spam we all see most of the time in real warzones) will be forced to use their better skills in a rotation not just spam grav round with its overpowered damage.
  3. No they move on to demo round next and just continue their rotation or that is what the troopers would have you believe despite our real warzone experience proving otherwise.

Grav round is so ridiculously overpowered that a trooper does not even need to finish a rotation or use any other skills.   6. I would rather have the nerf where grav round damage is reduced by half and troopers self heal is put on a 4 minute cooldown. After bioware puts in that nerf move on to sage. Also snipers need to a buff to their cover system so that force lightning or grav rounds are reduced in damage. Today I saw this poor sniper trying to burst a commando from his cover and the commando just mowed him down with gravs in under 5 seconds.
  7. Warhammer online with the exception of witch elf that remained the most overpowered burst dps rogue class in the history of all mmos. Other than that I felt WAR was pretty balanced.
  8. Don't forget that unlike scoundrels troopers do all that in a span of 5 seconds at 30m RANGE!

  10. Exactly. Just nerf the damage on grav round 50 percent and put a 4 minute cooldown on their self heal.

The problem with saying that one class is the most difficult to play pvp such as sniper/gunslinger is that you are guaranteed to get a smug response from someone out there that will claim to know a sniper/gunslinger that gets top dps/pwns whatever. No matter what class you say is hard there will be a troll that will smugly contradict you into a l2p hole.
  12. Lock out the healing abilities of a dps spec sage. Right now I see warzones where sorc have top damage AND heals. What was bioware thinking making the best burst dps and arguably best dot dps class in the game also the best healer AT THE SAME TIME? Lets not even get into their other abilities people think are op like the 3k protection from bubble, all of their cc etc.

  16. Just give people a warning window stating that they will be facing a premade "continue anyway?" and let them just choose no. This way people who are bored or skilled enough to pug against a premade know what they are getting into and will not quit.
  17. They should really change the system to encourage corpse camping like in WoW so a griefer is able to ruin one persons day instead of many.
  18. Yeah sage is the only class I see getting 400k damage and then what?.... 500k heals? Its no wonder sorc is the most overplayed class in the game next to troopers/mercs. Top dps and top heals AT THE SAME TIME what is not to love? If they spec dps heal should locked out completely.
  19. Troopers will always have the excuse in saying that grav round is part of their rotation and their skill tree is based around it so no one can touch this skill. There should just be a 60 percent damage reduction on grav round and their self heal should be put on a 3 minute cooldown.
  20. Sometimes I don't even attack a sniper because i feel bad. In a huttball match I took one down to half health and just walked away, popped my shield, and hoped he thought I was scared. God bless those little guys.
  21. Just nerf the damage in half and a 4 second cooldown so they are forced to actually use what is based around it, instead of just spamming that one skill. Now we can hear the qq of all mercs who will claim that tracer missle is "only part of my rotation because i l2p" while our experience in warzones show otherwise. Its a win win situation though. The pro mercs that claim not to spam tracer will not cry about its damage being cut in half and a 4 sec cooldown.
  22. Too late. The hardcore nerfing has started so every class needs to be balanced accordingly.

On my server Jekk Jekk Tar it is so bad right now where premades on the Republic side are 90% commandos the rest sage healers and you just see grav spam focusing people down before they can even be engaged. You leap or otherwise engage them... knowckback and graved down. You interrupt them? Commandos says "Oh I'll just use my self heal to pass time, great now I can grav round again yay". Put a cooldown on grav round, nerf the damage, put a 3 minute cooldown on their self heal and double the ammo or heat required. Do something to bring this class into balance.
