Hehe I and others did, but I do not think its to late. Yes its not a week patch but it is something they could do. As for the 50s that why I said add a quest that can be takin at 50 to change factions. It's a giving this would not be simple as 123 but it can be done. And a lot of the code is there as your just reusing what's in place already.

I'm a DAoC fan and still play a it, a 14.99./m sub for a 12ish year old MMO that did all most every thing right for PvP , pve was and is very lacking. For its day it was one of the top mmos, and held a market share of the mmo gaming community at that time. Today DAoC holds at most 5k players. And is 100% about PvP. So what I'd support for SWTOR is to merge the DAoC PvP with the pve of SWTOR for a unstoppable monster of a MMO. How is easy First you need a 3rd faction, any would do. From Malgis, Revinites , from this imp side or separatists from the republic side even huts. Working them into the gg ale is as simple as adding a quest at level 50 that would let dark repubs change to the imps or 3rd faction and light imps change to the pubs. Dark imps and light pubs could only go to the 3rd faction. This would need to be a once every 30 days quest if not a one time thing per toon. Now we have the 3rd faction fleshed out a bit we need to look at the realm vs realm pvp. DAoC has Rellic keeps , keeps and forts. You can take , NPC guards some upgradable. Siege weapons , walls to smash down doors to cave in. It's takes at least a 8 man to siege a undefended keep. For SWTOR we could have space stations with planetary defence you would need to bored and siege before taking the planet. Might even be a way to get space PvP into game there. (Not my thing but could be cool) Now 3 planets per realm would be needed + 2 core world haves for a realm relics ie holocrons. Owning your realms relics + any of the other realms would give xp, spell power, and weapon dmg bonuses. Owning the most planets and space stations would open a neutral raid planet, (darkness falls) that once open your realm would have until one of the other realms took back planets and space stations. The realm holding the raid planet before your realm would still be there and would need killed out before things would be safe. ( just like darkness falls) For me this would give us the best of both worlds or all 3, we would still have some of the best pve iv seen , wz PvP for every one that likes them, and true world PvP that requires you to fight for what you won't AND most important, a way to balance out the realms, with a 3 realm system no one realm can push the other 2 around. As the 2 smaller realms can team even for short times to beat back the bigger realm. With luck to many any ways BW will do somthing like this. As world PvP is in needs of help una bad way. Ps did this post with phone, could be a lot of words jacked up. Post your ideas for a world PvP system so we can at least have something to point at for BW .

10 players from 2 full guilds peak time on the weekends log in that I know. M-F there's 5 They need a big play to save this as a PvP game. And lots of adds/reviews showing the new PvP.

That dose not mean they have PvP right, it also dose not mean that his point is off. This game is blessing subs in a big way, I'm the last holdout from my guild, a allied guild has 4 playing members left. The PvP in this game is lacking in a big way. I think BW can change that its why I'm still around but more WZ is not the answer . It's just not. Wz are cool every now and then but it will not hold pvpers. Not the hard core type any ways. Not to belittle any of you that thunk wz PvP is PvP but no one I play with dose. It's a fpshooter with spells. I stopped playing quake back in the 90s DAoC is still a paying sub game for a reason ,they did it right with pvp, they did ok'ish with pve. Combine SWTOR with daoc PvP and you have a game for the record books.

I am with you. I play both imp and pub , I'm more of a world PvP player and a huge fan of DAoC . But wz are a must in thus game as boring as I fiend them. At this point any thing short of a DAoC style siege system will fail. PvP in this game is not dieing its dead. On my server imps are trying to get the pubs to come out of the bace , but its still 50vs20 at best. They need to Add a quest at L50 to change to any one of the other neutral factions, or even change to imp or pub so we would have 3 factions. Darth malgis, revinites , huts, separatists any would do for a 3rd faction. Give us DAoC style sieges with realm bonuses and opens a darkness falls style dungeon you can't enter if you don't own the most PvP points like in DAoC. Stop trying to copy wow for PvP as wow never has had true PvP and never will. Do.away with PvP stat gear, the reward of PvP should be in PvP levels that open up skills you can train that are PvP centered , not some lame stat. More depth in PvP skills the gear. Do that and pvpers will come back , keep going down this road we are on and this game dies for pvpers.

Lol this dam post keeps popping its ugly misinformed head up. Sorcs are not op with cc or any other thing in or out of groups. Sorcs are the support cc class they are ment to have more cc then you. What is op or broke is the resolve crap. It needs fixed and all this op blah boa qq qq qq is over. It should be a 80% stun immunity after the first stun for at least 5 seconds and 100% after the 2nd stun if within 20 seconds of the first. No more op cc chain stunning from ever single stun/Mez/root spamming sob. Each class has a stun, root or mez and in the wz every one spams it , brakes some ones and stuns mez or roots not bothering with timing. Why should they as they know its going to stick 90% of the time. Do that and no one has op cc . More then one sorc in a group as a hybrid cc spec is pointless , your happy the sorcs in your life are happy . It's that easy, stop QQing nerf and force them to fix are game. The longer you qq nerf the longer its going to take to get this game going right

Iv yet to kill trade but are you joking? World PvP is beyond help at this point . Hole guilds are leaving a game they just hit 50 in over the joke that is PvP. What we have is 100% BW and EA fault. Flat out worthless Illum , to the point I do not play my 50 at all. Iv got 7 alts I keep in the 10-49 and run around killing in open world. EA has DAoC they can look to for the best model PvP has ever had and yet has not. No they give us a kick in the twig and berrys and think we should like it. Then you come on and say this. Must be a pve player or a wow crony as most wow kids would not know co , true good solid worth playing PvP if it pk'ed them. Look up DAoC a 12 ish year old game, read about it and you will know what true PvP is. And why after all this time its still pay to play. SWTOR would be 100% best MMO out for years to come if they coppyed DAoC but with space stations and planets . First you would need to fly your ships and take out planetary defenses, board the space station, Fight your way to the ops center, take out players defending , and NPC elites guards so a solo can't just take it down , in DAoC there was a champ keep Lord, in SWTOR a put in a Sith Lord or Jedi master what ever, just a bad as npc that's one tuff mofo. Once you owned the space station, you move for the planet , at least 4 command points all set up where siege is needed to brake down doors and get to a bace commander ,. Add in relics holocrons or what ever owning them gives a boost to your faction. For dmg of all typs and a xp bonus. Now to even out the factions , there are more then a few factions in game now that work for a 3rd faction. With out giving away any thing imps have a faction that splits off and fights repubs and imps. And yet another fighting imps and pubs as Revinites . Pubs have seps and I'm sure others. So at level 50 add a quest to chance factions , leaving your old faction behind. Huts seps revin , 2nd imp faction . Good PvP and worth fighting for

My self I rolled imp with my guild, mist of them de-subbed. So I have a level 41 Jedi shadow now . Have had some of the best PvP on it as I can hunt imps as I level up. Belsavis so far is the first planet I have not seen a tun of imps on. I have to go looking for them. Few L50s but nothing my level. If you are looking for open world PvP its hard to beat playing a pub. It's allways there.

All 12 of you QQing about a sorc nerf should consider this, a sorc has the lowest dps , lightest armor, lowest life pool. With the best cc . Sound like a support class? Yep it is. With the best dps, cc build you can make its still sub Stanford dps for a caster. I'd kill for a true dps caster . Id give 99% of the cc up for a sniper,ops,merc,marauder,assassin,power tec, jug, dps. Each and every class out tjere has more dps. More life. If you losr to even a well played sorc you had more on you then just the one sorc or you suck bad. Sorcs I **** sorcs all day with my assassin so should my assassin be nerf bated down as I can kill sorcs like nothing? Ops>sorc. Assassin>sorc, marauder>sorc, merc>sorc, jug>sorc, PTec<sorc, sniper=sorc as they just don't have a lot of staying power

Lmao this post will go about as good as your last nerf post did. And there are more mercs then sorcs as the fotm kids are seening that sorcs are not op and quite blah for a dps class. I challenge any of you QQing bad players to roll a sorc to 50 and then say they are op. I don't even play my sorc now days as my assassin is sooooo much better. My merc is lol more op then my sorc . Can the in a good group get big heal numbers yes and dmg to but its by using a junk.kill no one aoe spell and spaming dots that do **** dmg. What sorcs have is cc , they have some of not Tue best cc in the game. The kicker is they are ment ti have low dps And the best cc as the are a supper class. The jedi story is sort of lame so you see a lot less sages , sorcs have by far the best story , its finger grate. You get to kill rooms of players in it when they piss you off. so you see a lot sticking with then just for that. At any rate , I know this is just one more in a long list of trolls to nerf any thing , just for a show.

The op was trying to get a nerf sorcs thread going. They seam to think that by posting a pic if a sorc with 115k dmg and 30k healing in a hutball that lasted 3m it was so lopsided we will think sorcs are op. Look at posts he has did in the past I'm sure you will see what I'm talking about just don't feed him and he will die.

I was trying to make the feel better, lead them on like they have a chance. Bw can and dose look at the numbers , knows what the class is doing whats good and what's not. No sorc has ever got a 5k medal, cant use you med armor can't hide so who's op now Yep ill give you ops are the poorest implementiation ever for being uber op . Healing , med armor, stealth, and highest dps of any class in a single hit. Yep ops are just right

Let's take a pole screan shot your level of sorc , then let's see your /played on it and let's have a look at your valor so we van see if you even pvp. First I do not think sorcs are op. Hybrid or other. So WE DO NOT won't class balance any ways we won't group/team balance. Rock paper scissors beats class any day. Stop being bad ie pug solo Rambo hero and group up. So many things in this game needing more time spent on it then classes . This game is dieing, PvP sucks , Illum is a vary vary bad joke, and your QQing that sorcs have a cc you dont. That they do 1/2 the dmg a ops can, use light armor and the lowest life in the game. Just for ***** and giggles I started calling sorcs op in Illum today, even said the patch nots for test said they was nerfing sorcs over the QQing on the forums. No one liked the idea of it not a single player out of the 80+ there. O and there was 10 sorcs there out of them all. Other then weekly I don't play my sorc now as they just don't do the dps I can get from my assassin. O and ya he's a hybrid to , that nerf didt stop me from making a good hybrid spec .
